Property very convenient to ski Sugarloaf mountain..ski in ski out. great shuttle system to get around,,restaurant on premises... was mostly quiet but very much in need of updating and has NO elevator, narrow stairways, old rugs and older couches, chairs and sofa beds

Stayed here for a golf trip at Sugarloaf Golf Club. Hardly anyone around (no staff on site) Rooms are dated, bathrooms are small and no elevator but everything worked perfectly. Its an Inn afterall and the price is fair for the area.

We were well aware of the check in procedure, but signage for parking was difficult to see. Ice machine was out of order. Flooring in lobby, stairs and hallways needs updating. We also knew there was limited dining in the area, but it was more limited than we imagined.

We were appalled. This was advertised as a hotel - its not. Its a condo complex. There was no staff, no restaurant, no elevator. Its old and small. The bed was horrible. The only decent thing about this stay was the shower.

We traveled in August, when many people don't stay at this property (most stay at the higher priced hotel). There were actually no staff on site, directions and room entry were by email and phone. Resturant was closed, must go to one of the other options in the Sugarloaf complex. Room was adequate and very clean. Windows can open, a nice touch. Absolutely request a handicap room on the ground floor if you cannot climb 2 flights of stairs to the next level for rooms. During the winter season, it is fully operational. Adequate for 1-2 nights in off season, otherwise stay at the hotel.

Very outdated! Rundown stinky carpet in My room and all common areas. No elevators and stuck us on 3rd floor. No Ac in common areas either. Had a hard time finding it too. Aside from the beautiful scenery I wouldn’t recommend it I wish I had spent the extra money to stay at the Sugarloaf resort and not the Sugarloaf in big difference! Very overpriced for these Mediocre one down accommodations.

The reception area was warm and inviting. So easy to get to room and store skis on same level as snow access. It made it so comfortable and easy for the first time on the mountain. The restaurant had a happy feeling and great food and prices. It is not brand new but the place, you go to relax and meet others. Free parking and on shuttle route.

We had no complaints about the housekeeping. However this is a very tired, dated property that does not reflect the standard of the newer apartments across from the Inn. Recommend 45North and D'Ellies for meals.

The staff was understanding and accommodating. We had everything we needed. You could text the staff for assistance. The room was extremely clean. There was a lot of attention to detail, such as towel and tissue folding.

The Inn was very comfortable and clean for one person , room was small. All I had to do was walk up the hill for my running event at Sugarloaf. Person at the desk was very accommodating. The place is dated and there was no frills, no fridge, microburst the view was awesome and it was very quiet !it was off season so not a lot of dining choices.

They've done a nice job modernizing the rooms, central location cannot be beat and fair pricing. It didn't hurt GF and I were the only people in the building, including staff during our one-night stay... LOL

We did not see any staff, however their check in was super easy and their instructions were great. It is an older property -the pics do not reflect that. It was fine for the price and a one night stay. I did expect they would have a breakfast- as I thought that it advertised that. But there was none, and they advertised coffee, it was a Keurig and I did not have time to make one. Was expecting ready coffe and just pour into a cup and go.

Room is directly under restaurant and bar, can hear all the noise and music. There was no information when booking room it was located under restaurant and bar subject to their noise during operating hours. Hoping for quiet night and early to bed for a restful nights sleep, not going to happen. I feel I have been completely mislead. Horrible choice to stay here. Want a refund!

I haven't realized that the hotel was not fully open. It was little unnerving to not have any staff at the facility. But instructions were clear and all was good. There were not too many guests there so it was very quiet. I would probably stay again.

We needed a place to stay on our way to Campobello Island. This seemed like a good halfway point. It was off season so not much to see or do. But the front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Thank you.

The Inn was very comfortable and clean for one person , room was small. All I had to do was walk up the hill for my running event at Sugarloaf. Person at the desk was very accommodating. Been going to Sugarloaf for many years and this is the first time I have stayed at the INN. It was awesome from the moment we came through the doors until the minute we left we were made to feel like family. Highly recommend staying at the Sugarloaf Inn and Eating at Shipyard it was a 10 plus
