SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga North/Ooltewah

Great location, excellent amenities & nice morning breakfast. I felt safe and enjoyed the wonderful entertainment and reasonably priced bar specials on the weekend. The rooms were spacious and clean. One of the best floor plans I’ve seen at this price point. The trundle bed couch was a nice touch and great if traveling with kids or teens. Excellent customer service at every encounter. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay. Onsite restaurant/bar. Cracker Barrel restaurant next door. Clean outdoor pool. Polite and helpful staff all around. Room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Loved the option to watch Netflix. Friendly ladies served a nice breakfast. Live music in the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable.

Our stay here was exceptional, thanks to the that are exceptional at their jobs. We checked in Saturday evening and had tons of luggage, it was helpful and a relief to find a fleet of luggage carts right at the entrance. Then, we immediately had a quick and welcoming check in. The lobby was also very nice with a bar and food if you want a drink or bite to eat during your stay. We had a double queen suite that was really spacious for three of us. Very clean for the most part. We used the pull out couch and noticed the sheet had a stain so called the front desk who had all new linens delivered to our room quite promptly which was great! The next morning the toilet stopped flushing. Because it was early and we were trying to get ready to get back on the road, the front desk gave us a second room down the hall to use so we could use the restroom in it. There was no arguing, just an immediate solution offered by a very helpful front desk. So refreshing. She also brought the key for the other room right to us! Last, the breakfast was awesome! Such a variety. They even had allergy friendly muffins, which was such a nice surprise for my daughter who has a lot of stomach issues and can’t eat dairy or gluten. This place was such a nice surprise and stop on our road trip. I will make sure to look for this brand of Marriott for our future travel. Thanks to all there who were so helpful. We were tired from driving all day and could rest easy and well here.

I was disappointed that restaurant and bar was closed on Sundays Was not indicated anywhere on the site Also the Tv selection in the rooms are poor especially that limited sports channels for the baseball playoffs

Great area, nice place, awesome front desk agent, awesome breakfast, decent pool. Sad there was no spa and the bar was closed. But we also loved our room and free printing/copying.

Great staff, very quiet in room. Awesome bar tender….chef cooked a great meal for us.

I like the location of the property, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, safe parking, closeness to the places to eat and shop for grocery.

Great, nice. 24 hour fitness room

I was charged twice. Front desk concierge didn’t understand how Expedia worked and continued to argue with me and charged me even though I paid in full with Expedia. The bathroom was dirty. I found a used contact lens that I stepped on

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were comfortable in our room! The lobby, hotel and rooms were clean. We will stay here again!

Stayed one night and everything was perfect, stayed another night a week later in a different room, and the room was untidy. There were crumbs all over the pull out couch and living. The wall between the beds had what I hoped wasn't evidence of a crime scene. Hand prints going up the walls and mystery splatter above and around the bedside table.

Clean, comfortable, quiet with up-to-date electronic connections. Thoughtfully placed lights for reading in bed another disturbing partner. Good breakfast with great staff.

Great place to stay except for the loud train in the middle of the night.

The room was clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent and overall it was a pleasant stay but had a couple of issues: I'm not sure how the bathrooms were supposed to be vented but they didn't clear well. This contributed to the room feeling a bit humid. The AC, despite a label covering the controls, wasn't really controlled with the wall thermostat and had to be adjusted at the window unit. The last 24 hours of our stay the internet went out. It was what it was.

Stay was fine. The in room refrigerator was a mystery. It was not cooled when we arrived and appeared to have a button so it would run for two hours.

Overall it was great. Nice room but there was a flaw. The bathroom door is translucent glass so when the light was turned on in the night it woke me. Did also like restaurant options nearby

The place was beautiful inside and out. The room was wonderful except for the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable! I slept horribly.

Wifi not working sometimes

My major complaint was regarding the translucent bathroom door. Turning the light on in the bathroom at night woke my spouse because of this feature. Otherwise the room was very comfortable.

The beds where like laying on the floor. They were so hard and stiff it was so uncomfortable my back still hurts from my stay. Also you can here everything going on outside the room.

Linda at the desk was as slow as it gets. Not very helpful and preceded to look her nose down at us because we booked sir Expedia. The staff at the breakfast buffet were GREAT; always helpful and friendly as were the staff in housekeeping!

I arrived late at night. Golda, the night manager, gave a great, friendly greeting and conversation, which was much appreciated after my long drive.

Front desk staff was great and very courteous. We have stayed there before and would stay again.

I had paid for a King Suite weeks prior to my arrival. Paid for it in Expedia, to ensure our reservation. When I arrived we got a queen suite. I told them I wanted what I reserved they said we gave that one away before you got here because you were an Expedia reservation. It’s all we have left. They refused to refund any money despite the fact we all know king suites are more expensive than queen. Very disappointed.

The hotel was newer and very nice. We loved our room and the staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. My family had 2 safety issues with the hotel. The door on the side of the hotel was often open, once door was pushed open it would not close unless pushed closed. Our second issue was the noise of the cleaning staff in the morning on the 5th floor. The would yell at each other down the hallway and across rooms they were cleaning early in the morning around 7:30-8 am.

The best choice I've found in the Ooltewah area. Actual food for breakfast - that's unusual these days!

Way overpriced and of little value. Food sucked and theres somply no reason for the price they charge.
