I like the style of the hotel, the furnishings, the onsite restaurant. I love the Service Robot! The personnel are always friendly and helpful. I love the room decor! The new fresh look throughout the hotel room. I only wish that each room had a Microwave to use. Many travelers can’t eat until late in the day or night. Having to go to the Lobby to use the Microwave is uncomfortable. But I LOVE staying at the Flower Mound hotel! The room rate is reasonable and worth the price!

I have stayed here over 3 times. This is my #1 hotel pick in this area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love having a restaurant to eat at onsite, and open longer than most other hotels. I wish that there was a microwave in the rooms, but there is one in the Snack Store. Every other amenity is great!

Our main complaint was the check-in. Check in was at 3 and we got there at 2:30 so we thought we'd see if our room was ready. We were told that we had to come back since it wasnt 3 yet. After traveling 4 hrs with 3 kids we decided to walk along the riverwalk. We came back at 3:30 and our room wasnt ready and was told it'd be about 45 minutes. Thankfully i asked if we could get a key for the pool so the kids could swim while we wait. I think we finally got to access to our room around 4:45!!!! That pool was a lifesaver with that long wait. We also had to request multiple times for a rollout bed.....but at least it arrived before bedtime

This was our third stay here while visiting family. We could see the river walk and Christmas lights from our window. We especially like the location and covered parking. Our grandkids love the gym and indoor pool.

Awesome staff. Julia and the others were great. The only thing is the room was very dusty and service clean I showed the general manager pictures … dust/dirt on thermostat coffee stain inside a drawer … hanging dust balls under light… spatter on side on night stand. Spatter on wall . linen on bed had stains that should not have been put on bed They were clean but permanently stained. Marks on walls from usage could have been simply washed. I normally wouldn’t say anything but I mentioned to manager who said she’d have the room cleaned, but the cleaning team simply did the basic and I know for a fact they didn’t vacuum because the same plastic bag debris was left on floor. Again. The hotel was a 5 but the cleaning staff will be the detriment of a beautiful hotel if they don’t level up the cleaning. People with allergies will surely have some triggers. I really hope this helps to get on housekeeping.

We were in Flower Mound for the total eclipse and chose this hotel based on it's location in the path and also nearby relatives. It is about the nicest Courtyard I've stayed in and the staff was friendly and courteous. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Hotel. This location is great. It is right off of a Riverwalk with restaurants and it’s such a beautiful and safe area. We happen to be there this weekend when they had a fall festival and it was so much fun. Highly recommend this hotel.
