The room was as expected. The location was excellent for our trips to Zion and Bryce Cacyon.

This was an easy place to stay in Torrey, as we drove right up to the room making it easy to get our bags out. Check in was simple, we called the number on the office door, they assigned our room and gave us our code to get into the room. This was nice after a long day of travel. The motel is conveniently located across the street from Etta's which is a cool cider house that also serves beer and cocktails. We enjoyed our time at Etta's with a friendly bartender and a few locals. There is also a good Mexican restaurant within walking distance across the street (and down a little). The room was basic, clean, and priced right. Would stay again.

Only issue was the lock on the door. Arrived at night and could not figure out where to pout in the combination to open the door.

It's a dirty motel, I wouldn't recommend it. The front door doesn't have a security lock from inside, anyone can potentially enter your unit. The old window ac unit does not have a thermostat. It is manual on/off which is very inconvenient and doesn't keep a desired room temperature. You have to get up from bed to adjust it basically. It is also noisy, preventing proper sleep. The windows don't have a privacy sheer, passersby can see you inside all the time, very bad privacy. The wifi sucks, doesn't work half the time and drops the connection. Overall it is a waste of money for a dirty, old, unsafe property. There are no chairs inside the room or desk seating area, no place to sit to work or eat. Poor sound insulation between rooms you can hear lots of noise from neighbors. Check out at 10am is super inconvenient All other properties offer checkout until noon. We asked if we could check out at 11am, they said no, even though the motel was pretty much a ghost town. Very inconsiderate staff. The surroundings are bland, boring, and there's nothing but dirt.

This is one of the cleanest motels I've stayed in. The check in is done remotely via text msg, and when I called they helped me right away. They provide rags in the ice machine room for cleaning our motorcycles too, which was thoughtful. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance and the scenery is amazing. Fantastic place, we have stayed here on two trips and will stay here anytime we're in the Capital Reef area.
