Clean room and comfortable bed. The quality of the facilities is commensurate with the price. But it serves its purpose: a place for an overnight stay on a road trip at a reasonable price. Room was most notable for having a CRT TV instead of a flat screen. I didn’t know those were still made!

I was pleasantly surprised with this little hotel room.It was very clean, the bath tub, bsthroom area, sheets, etc. The AC worked great, the pillows were comfortable. The mattress was MOSTLY comfortable. I will definitely stay again when driving through again.

We booked a room here after deciding last minute to come to set up early for the annual TCR Festival we are vendors at. All options in Waxahachie were booked up. This spot was convenient, clean, and staff were efficient and friendly. Several dining options nearby, open late too! Would stay here again.

The TV was small there was no refrigerator and there was no microwave. That’s the only reason why I booked the rooms so it was a very big inconvenience for the weekend. overall, the room was quite clean and we also had an issue with our keys. They worked one day and not the next. It is a convenient hotel because you have the store, but need to be on the Denny’s next-door but Disney’s next-door is not the greatest slow service for quality of food

We attended the NHRA this weekend in Ennis, Texas. This location was convenient and easily accessible to the highway. Numerous places to eat within walking distance. Reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent air conditioning. Plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Very clean. Rooms were outdated, but well kept. Nothing fancy, but a safe clean spot to lay your head. Will come back next year for the races.

COMFORTABLE budget-friendly room, strange location. My husband and I stayed bere one night in May because of the unbeatable price. The location is weird - it's above a gas station/convenience store, attached to a fast fokd chicken place. Check-in was in the gas station store. Lots of truckers in rhe parking lot, which caused some noise during the night. But our room was clean, spacious, and SUPER comfortable- we slept great! Water lressure was quite low in the shower, but I imagine that issue could be fixed soon. Ovrrall, we would stay here again.

Windows are single-pane— heard the trucks dropping their air brakes all night long. It was nice that the gas station was open all night long; I felt a little safer knowing someone was around. TV was newer and was able to stream from my phone. Other than that, would not recommended— was not a good nights sleep!

Truck noise very loud. Outside walls needed to be insulated more to help block noise or backed up truck fueling when built. One of our rooms air conditioner squeaked so much it had to be turned off to be able to sleep.

Room was clean & comfy. Staff was terrible! Family member also booked a room. When he arrived they said they had no rooms left. He had to get a room 12 miles away. Next morning we talked to manager. She said they did have rooms, but staff just didn't want to be bothered with checking him in! Don't think I would recommend this hotel solely due to staff.

Our overall stay was pretty good. From what the website said to what I was charged was different of $20, plus an additional charge of $50 that was returned back to me after check out. But there were no hidden fees, no where on the website did it say anything about the $50. Friday night and Saturday night, I had to go to the desk to get the room card fixed so I could get into my room. Needless to say, my husband was not very happy.

This motel is over a very busy, very brightly lit gas station, huge store and several fast food places. You have to carry all of your stuff through a busy store to the elevator. Bad, bad setup! I did not stay.
