Well located in downtown Perth. Rooftop bar is great. Shuts a bit early. Could have done with someone to help with luggage. Floor 1 bar good (if a bit dark - but that seems to be an Australia thing). Would come back if coming back to Perth.

Room was good (unfortunately our request for a higher floor room couldn’t be met, but we were looked after with a bottle of nice Shiraz to celebrate our anniversary); staff were always friendly & accomodating; doesn’t have a pool, but the bar areas are both lovely, especially the rooftop; fantastic position - close to the city for shopping & the excellent public transport.

Fantastic, well appointed, clean and modern - Staff at dining areas and during organised event were extremely attentive and helpful, food and drink quality was very high. Only downside for the stay is the very limited ability to unload a car outside the hotel - There is no formal stopping area and it is on a very busy corner.

We were on level 3 and the view was terrible. The rooftop bar also closed at 11pm. We initially waited 10 mins for a drink then left, only to return at 10:50 to the bars closing. Other than that, the room was good. Pillows were a little too big

Arrived with a hire car to be told from the not so pleasant reception that parking is ‘valet’ and unavailable. If parking is needed it $60 per day and I would NOT have access to the car for the duration of the stay. Parking is simply an overpriced storage facility! The fact they say parking is available is a complete lie and false advertisement. The room was nice, yet small. The bath however was extremely dirty with stains covering the bottom. I refused to use it. For a 5 star hotel I’d expect better

I stayed here for 3 nights. The property is more style than substance. The rooms are a tad small and quite dusty. The hair dryer in the bathroom us fantastic but not having a door on the loo was at times annoying. Also the room service menu wasnt great. Breakfast was good, you order off the menu. I ended up going back to perth but stayed in the duxton instead and it was far better.

We really loved the property but the room was really noisy. The room door was clad with timber on the outside facing the hallway which was warmer and in our room the temperature was cooler (21 degrees) so the door would creak continuously which made sleep difficult. Otherwise though loved the hotel and location.

Really liked this hotel and room was lovely. Many reviews say lighting is a bit offy and i would agree, one bigger light would be better than all the spotlights but it didnt dampen my stay. I booked a king room specifically because it had a bath but unfortunately it took me 30 mins to run a bath that barely covered my legs so a bit disappointing but again, thats a personal preference and i would stay again. All the movies are free which is a bonus and room service was fast and efficient. Cows milk alternatives would be nice as im vegan but rarely happens in hotels and the nespresso coffee machine was fab, as was the dyson hairdryer and the very comfortable bath robes. Staff super friendly and helpful. All in all, i would recommend but maybe avoid public holidays as limited services during this time.

Perfect location, close to the CBD of Perth. Rooms are well appointed. Not sure if it was just our room but when others would come or go from their room, it would rattle the door, pretty loudly too. It sounded like someone was trying to enter the room but was just from others closing their doors. Besides that annoyance, all good. And also they have Kevin Murphy products! 😍

Lovely hotel. Right in CBD. Parking very close by. Only thing was the lack of lighting. Everything so dark. It’s nice to have mood lighting but not easy for applying makeup or finding things in suitcases.

This hotel was clean, and central to Perth CBD. However, the room design was poor. It prioritised "trendy" over useful. The bathroom had sliding doors over the sink and into the bedroom for unknown reasons. However it lacked ventilation, or a door on the toilet. There were so many ornamental pillows that made it impossible to use space in the room. The entire mini bar and bench on-top of it was consumed by the junk they tried to sell-off, which meant you had enough room in the fridge for about 1 water bottle. When I asked them for amenities for a toddler (e.g. a toilet seat, nappy bin, etc like we've had at other hotels) they seemed confused and offered us chocolates. If you need to be in the city for a night or 2 on your own, this is fine. If you're planning a longer stay in perth or are travelling with kids - then look somewhere else.

A great spot in the centre of Perth close to the train station and bus stops. Museum is a 5 mins walk from hotel and there is a Woolworths close by to stock up on supplies! Hotel is very modern and has an amazing rooftop bar. We had a really big room and the bathroom is huge with a very deep bath. Only drawback was the lack of cupboard space for clothes, there is a wardrobe and a few drawers but not enough space for 2 people for 6 days. But I would highly recomend staying in this hotel.

have stayed before and enjoyed it better previously. This time, plenty of staff but they seem pre-occupied with computers at front desk & bar staff more interested in polishing glassware to avoid customers at bar - unfortunately the experience was so much less customer focused than a previous visit. Go check out the service at IHG and get some tips!

Hotel itself is ok - typical QT. The location is not the best - doesn’t deal that safe but rooms etc nice However, my biggest complaint and the reason I won’t stay here again is that I arrived early (~11am) and although my room was ready they charged me $30 an hour for early checkin… I find this disgraceful - they certainly didn’t offer me a $30 an hour refund when I checked out at 8am… I have no problem waiting for check in time if the room is not ready but to have the room available and ready and the. Charge to give early access really turned me off ever staying here again!

The room itself was great, but unfortunately we had some issues almost every night of our 3 night stay. The first night we had very loud and obnoxious guests above us which isn't the hotels fault, and our curtain was broken meaning light came through all night. It took several attempts to get someone to fix the curtain the next day. Unfortunately, we then discovered our wardrobe had a light sensor on it which made a clicking noise after you shut it, so at night this made it difficult to sleep. Again, we asked for someone to fix it but it never happened. We then had house keeping come to kick us out on the next day, even though we had one more night in the room. We had a back to back booking which we confirmed with the staff upon checking in, but apparent they didn't actually mark it, so we had housekeeping waking us up, and asking us to leave, and our key cards were disabled also. The hotel itself was lovely and the included breakfast was great, and can't fault the staff in the restaurant Felt the front desk/guest services staff could have been a bit more attentive to the issues we had. It certainly tainted our romantic stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary, especially considering the cost we paid for our stay.

QT Perth was a great place to stay whilst visiting Perth. The hotel is within minimal walking distance to the train station as well as Elizabeth Quay for ferries and is opposite a shopping centre - anything you could want or need is an easy distance away!

Hooray for a real hotel with real hotel comforts. This group know how to make a guest feel like they are at home. Nothing here is generic and old school service is back at this great hotel. Beautiful rooms , with a minibar , quality bathrobes and linen. Happy staff 24 hours a day and easy (but moody) interiors. The included breakfast is alacarte (no buffet - thank goodness) and is of the best quality and even had a linen napkin. Location is easy and makes the journey to Perth well worth the trip. Thank you QT for adding back that special feeling into a hotel even if it is just for one night.

This is a good hotel and the rooms are large with excellent bathroom and showering facilities. The roof top is getting slightly run down and needs improved to compete with other establishments. The breakfast offering I do not believe is value for money and more should be offered for your $30pp.

The location was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. It was a nice touch to have music in the lifts and throughout some areas in the Hotel. Amazing view from the roof terrace bar. Fairly good choice for breakfast which was served at the table. Some items which would normally be included in many other Hotels were offered as an add on at an additional cost on the breakfast menu and there was a limit of either one tea or coffee included in the bed and breakfast rate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the QT and enjoyed the Town Centre location.

We really liked this hotel however the restaurant opening hours need to be explained better. For example don't say dinner is until 10 pm but then when you arrive at 9:35 you cant be seated as the kitchen closes at 9:30.

A very stylish hotel, the room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The Santini restaurant was excellent, food to a very high quality and friendly staff. The Santini Bar was very atmospheric, well designed and great background music with friendly bartenders. We went up to the rooftop bar which was also very nice with great views over the city The Elizabeth Quay area is about a 10 minute stroll downhill and a shopping area literally on your doorstep. A great stay at a very stylish hotel!
