NO amenities. You reserve a kitchen and there are no supplies- not even a coffee pot. You need to buy pots, pans, dishes, utensils, ice cube trays (YES-there is NO ICEMAKER in sure.) No lamps- all overhead lighting.

“Suites” is a generally misleading word for these rooms. It was more like a 30 year old dorm room. Beds had no box springs, very sparsely decorated and generally lackluster. Hallway smelled like cat urine, but front desk clerk never came to check it out. Very run down property. No blackout curtains. Shower took about 5-7 minutes to warmup. WiFi kept turning on and off, and you can only use one device. Freezer in refrigerator was rusted. Upon checkout, no front desk clerk to be found.

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN , THE PEOPLE WERE RUDE, IT HAS A KITCHENETTE WITH NO KITCHEN!! NOT A PLASTIC CUP(WRAPPED) I FOUND A SOILED FACE TOWDL BDHIND THE BED, A PAIR OF NEN UNDERWEAR AND A SOILED PILLOW CASE ITS ABSOLUTELY NO DINING CLOSE , NOT A SINGLE ATTRACTION!!! I YRAVEL ALL YEAR ROUND AND THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I CHANGED MY FLIGHT TO LEAVE EARLY BECAUSE I DIDNT WANNA STAY A SECOND LONGER!!!! I’m very STRATEGIC ABOUT WHERE I STAY AND I CAN SAY I THOUGHT THIS WAS NICE GOING OF THE REVIEWS !!!

A lot of yelling and screaming during the middle of the night. People going in and out of rooms during the middle of the night with doors slamming. Don’t expect a peaceful quiet nights sleep. Stayed for 2 nights and it happened both nights.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, TV was difficult and had no instructions, we had to listen to an outside door slam for 2-3 hours. Thank goodness it stopped by bedtime. Not the best place I’ve ever stayed.

Decent hotel for the price. It appears they just remodeled, room was clean and suited our needs for the stay. Even though we did not use the cooktop it was nice to know it was there if we chose to use it. Queen bed was fine, not super plush but not rock hard either. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The hotel is overall is great. I don't like a hard bed or pillow but that is my problem. I just returned from 2 weeks in Portugal and every bed there was just as hard. Hotels that were 500.00 a night to 68.00 a night. All I am saying is be prepared for a hard bed and pillow.

Price quotes $104 they charged my card $106 when I asked about it at check in they stated it’s their policy when it’s a full house. I said that’s unacceptable and what if I wanted to use a different card!!?! No allowance made. Then got to my room and there’s a man there I apologized for disturbing him but showed him my info that was assigned to the same room; again I apologized I had to go back down to the lobby with my bags and request they correct the he error Never have I experienced anything as such in my years of travel. The AC was loud rumbled throughout the night. Only 2 soft pillows on the bed. Could not tell if the toilet was clean as there wasn’t a sani-tape across the seat (always walk with Lysol). No iron not ironing board; I guess you’ll need to request as needed Not promised to revisit

Check in went smoothly, but my key card didn't work, so the employee at the front desk had to open my door for me. But the lady at the front desk that helped me was very kind. Room was good too, nice and clean.

We reserved a room with queen bed and twin pull out sofa. When we checked in and got to the room it was just a queen bed. We had 3 men in our party and couldnt possibly, make this work. When i went to the front desk they said they gave us that room because they dont have pull out sofas in any room and thought it would be ok. When i explained 3 people couldnt sleep innthe room .... they said well we dont have anything else. So i asked for a refund which took 3 days and 2 phone calls to hotels.com to get my refund. I was forced to drive home , hours away and they never even apologized for the problem.

1 of the rudest and non-service hotel staff I have ever seen Place in general is pretty clean, though a little outdated, but well within expectations. Price are excellent, for a kitchen hotel room. However, front desk are never present for your needs, and the cleaning staff are very rude and have an attitude of someone that had a horrible day and want to show their frustrations to the customers. Terrible!!!!

Horrible Experience! Unsafe, dark area. Seemingly drunk person kept approaching my car while husband was inside checking in. Very scary! Took a long time to check in due to another unsatisfied couple ahead of him. Sink drain broken/clogged. Toilet seat too small for toilet & flimsy… unsafe! No bedside lamps or hair dryer. No box springs, had bunk style springs under mattress; noisy. Noise from room above. Husband tried to get refund so we could find other accommodations, wasn’t allowed since it was booked thru Expedia. Front Desk Staff were apologetic & seemed genuinely sorry we weren’t happy.

Good for a quick stop driving through town, but definitely not in the best shape. Beds are uncomfortable, and there’s not much in the way of amenities (no ice machine, no breakfast). Staff was nice, but the whole experience felt very outdated.

Was a great property for the price. The bed wasnt the comfiest, the toilet could have been a little cleaner, and no coffee maker in the room. However, I still slept well, the room and property were clean, and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Room is set up like an extended stay suite (cooktop and cabinets), but they were empty. No silverware, glasses, dishes, etc. Also no breakfast. Worst was that there was no coffee in ghe.room. Staff was pleasant and area okay, but be a hotel or an extended stay suite. This was neither.
