Four Points by Sheraton Newark Christiana Wilmington

Booked a 2 bed room , but was given a 1 bed room with the staff saying there is no guarantee on rooms when u book with hotels.com. Didn’t work and I’m looking for a refund or I won’t be able to use hotels.com ever again. Let me know. Thanks Robert Farrell

I have no complaints concerning the hotel. I had a junior suite on the top floor. My complaints were the barking dog next door to me and the children running up and down the hall. I was there for a short visit and to get some rest. The dog barked until 9pm (thank goodness) but started again off and on at 6:30am. It's bad enough that dogs are now allowed in hotels but they should be trained well enough how to behave when in a place with other people. I did speak with the front desk when I checked out about the situation and he apologized and gave me extra points for my inconvenience. Would I stay there again...probably so but not on a floor especially where there are dogs.

The room was clean and smelled good. The staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back
