We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel—easily a 5-star experience for us. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby without any hassle. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is ver y good in front of galataport mall, the staff are cheerful and helpful the room is clean but the furniture needs renovation

Hotel was perfectly located across the street from the cruise ship terminal. Clean and friendly staff with great food options and nightly music with dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

The room wasn’t good smelled of cigarettes & I request the reception to change it they didn’t furniture was old & you can here any thing from other rooms and corridors
