This property was very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean quiet and comfortable. I really liked the anti-fogging mirror in the bathroom. A few things that I did not like, was the overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals throughout the facility, and the location was just a little on the sketchy side. I did feel safe however, the area just looked a little bit rough.

Room was new and spacious. Bed was firm and had options for pillows. Sheets smelled of strong bleach. Worst shower experience I’ve had at a hotel - water would barely get warm, then go completely cold for a minute, then scorching hot for a minute and then back to cold. This repeated the entire time I was in there and happened to my son the night before. If they can get the water temperature under control and use half the bleach, this would be a 5 star review.

The area around hotel didnt seem like a safe area. We were charged more for the room then expected. Our toilet seat was loose. The kleenex in bathroom was wet..the whole box was wet. Also our room door was open when we got to room. The lock on door had been turned so door was ajar on our arrival.

We looked at a lot of hotels in the area and I'm SO HAPPY we chose Holiday Inn Catoosa. Our room was modern and VERY CLEAN! Breakfast was hot and very good. Check-in & out was quick and staff was all very kind and professional. Best value by far. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the spacious room size and tall ceiling. The overall experience was a nice one. The bed was not extremely comfortable, but it wasn't too bad either. The breakfast area, choices in food and services overall was good. It's located so close to the highway and at night it was quiet experience. I loved that we got a bottom floor room and several front desk attendantswere very friendlyand helpful! I do recommend this hotel for a quick stay to rest and to wake up to a hot meal. Great stay overall!

The staff was professional and kind. I like how spacious the room was. It smelled clean . One of the best hotels we checked in on our across the states roadtrip. There is a plaza near by with lots of food options.They have vending machines in the hotel and also great tv options. Loved watching my basket bal game while I was there.

Everything was nice but the fridge made a ticking sound constantly and the air unit was really loud. And also there were some people who got there drunk about 3 and started blaring music and being really loud till about 7 this morning. So didnt get much sleep.

I stayed here for only one night and I got a phone call from front desk at 11.25 pm asking me to come to the front desk (I was sleeping at this time ) when I asked why, the front desk person told me they did not take my credit card so I need to bring there my credit card. I was so upset as I was sure that they took my card (you just know the routine at this point when you go to hotel). I asked her if she was serious that she wanted me to come to front desk with my pjs and on. She said yes but when I told her I cannot do it she said ok we can do it in the morning, then when I sent to the front desk to check the lady there told me they fixed it. Of course it was difficult to sleep and also the fridge was extremely noisy , the AC unit had some kind of issue that I tried to ignore. I will make sure not to stay there again.

Check in was easy and great. The hotel is not in the greatest part of town. We were visiting for a show at Hard Rock casino and wanted to stay nearby. Site information says 14 minute walk to hard rock, I would not recommend this as this hotel is on the opposite side of the highway from hard rock. Upon check in on Friday we’re told that breakfast would be available from 6:30-9am Saturday morning. We ended up checking out at 7:00 breakfast was still not set up. As for the room itself it was clean and looked decent but both the bed and chair were very uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy and hard.

My daughter and I pulled up to this hotel at 8pm last night after having driven 800 miles from Denver. As I approached the door, I noticed the hotel was dark and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed with no power. The hotel had apparently been without power for days and we received no notification or refund at all. I found out from an open hotel down the street that every hotel in a 40 mile radius was full due to a power outage. I was able to book another hotel 40 miles away and spent all night on the phone with hotels.com just to get my money refunded. I understand that things happen, but they should have notified us immediately and offered a refund. Terrible customer service!!

Great hotel. Clean, good breakfast and nice and friendly staff. My problem was the lack of communication between Hotels. Com and Holiday Inn. Hotel didn’t get payment and wanted me to pay them before letting us check in even though they had my confirmation from Hotels.com. After being on hold for 35 minutes with Hotels.com everything got straightened out ( a payment problem on Hotels.com side) we finally got checked in.

The hotel was like new, clean, rooms were modern, and most importantly, the shower had great water pressure! Call out to the staff who were friendly and helpful. One cold winter morning, our rental car windshield covered in ice, we didn't have a scraper, but they had one at the front desk to save our day.

Came in late (around 11:45 pm). Lori at the desk was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was nice, cool, and clean. Breakfast was well organized and tasted pretty good. 10/10 will stay here again

Rafael, who checked us in, was a fantastic host! He was friendly, polite, and super-helpful, whether giving the 5 of us extra towels/blankets, brewing fresh coffee for the lobby, or recommending a wonderful restaurant nearby (Lily's Diner). Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. 10/10!

Major issue was a mexican cleaning lady. As I am walking down the through the front after checking out, I dropped some change. I heard this laughing as I am picking the coins up off the floor. She is staring directly at me just letting loose laughing. It was me because there was no one else around. I asked her if I was able to make her day, but of course she didn't speak a word of English... Don't give them your money. Walking out I was thinking how rude it was, but realized this is where we are at today. I travel around a little over a hundred days a year on the road. This is a first, but probably will try and move on with another hotel chain. Front desk could have cared less, and they were just around the corner.

Passing through after a long day and half on the road. Was welcomed by the kind and cheerful manager. Check in was a breeze and the inside and outside of the property was clean and comfortable like home. Highly recommend!
