The stay overall was fine. However when we returned after an evening out visiting family, we had a hard time finding a parking spot due to at least 3 trucks hauling long trailers parked ACROSS multiple parking spots. Between the 3 trucks we saw, they must have blocked at least 25-30 parking spaces combined. And they were all occupying spaces fairly close to the entrance. The only spot we found available was on the very far side of the building. I’m disabled and often have a hard time walking due to pain, so having to park so far away because inconsiderate guests took up so many close spaces with only a few vehicles wasn’t fun. I’m surprised the staff allowed it and didn’t at least have them parked their trucks and trailers far in the back rather than right up front.

This hotel met all the criteria of what I needed and wanted! The pool was huge and warm. The hot tub was big enough for the kids to play at one end and not bother us adults at the other end. I didn't get to sot by the outdoor fire pit but it was beautiful to see from my room. The room itself was very spacious and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back!

Overall the property was nice. The resort style pool area was a pleasant surprise, very beautiful. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in but the bathroom other wise was very clean.

Was in town for Gatornationals this weekend and this hotel worked out well for our group. Close to I-75, shopping, dining, stuff to do and all conveniences. The kids liked the pool, spa, firepit and basketball courts. Everything worked out well for us, would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the hotel and breakfast. However, the reason we chose the room was to sleep our two kids on the sleeper sofa. We were highly disappointed to know the sleeper sofa mattress was extremely thin and had no padding to it at all. We felt the springs poking our back. So we all had to squish together like a pack of sardines on 2 Queen size beds.

Our king room was bigger than I expected. Bed was very comfortable & the pillows were good too. A lot of hotels I’ve stayed at have bad sheets but I was very pleased with the sheets here & they even fit the bed good. Breakfast was ok. Typical complimentary hotel breakfast. We will be staying here again next month since I have another appt. at Shands hospital not far down the road from the hotel.

We asked for a King bed in an “accessible” room. When we got there, we were told there were none available. So we were put in a “mobility accessible” room with two queen beds. Unfortunately, it was a connecting room and was could hear the guests in the adjoining room.

This was a decent hotel. The rooms had a bit of a musty odor, but that can be typical with hotel rooms. I did have to wait a bit to check in as there was only one person working and she wasn’t at the desk when I arrived and there was a line already there waiting to check in as well. We also had an issue with our TV and when I called the front desk, there was an issue with the phone and the person who answered was a bit rude (I called and it just rang and when I called back, I was hung up on, when I called back it just rang again), I ended up fixing the tv issue myself. The stay in general was decent, it was just when interacting with staff that things weren’t the best.

Terrible breakfast service and rude staff. My daughter and I came down for breakfast at 9:15 when breakfast ran until 9:30. There was still plenty of food left including biscuits and sausage gravy. There was an attendant (Sarah) at the breakfast who watched me check the gravy and then get out a biscuit. After searching around for a minute I asked her where the butter was and she very rudely responded with “it’s in the fridge”. When I stepped away from my plate to get the butter, the attendant pushed around my daughter, grabbed the sausage gravy, and took it to the back room and threw it away!! This all happened before 9:20! When she came back out I asked if she was bringing out any more and she very rudely said “nope we’re done for the day”. I informed her it wasn’t even 9:20 and she continued to have attitude with me. She knew that I was making a plate of biscuits and gravy and intentionally threw it away.

I checked in late and the staff would not let me in initially without convincing her I was there to check in, never mind I was holding a suitcase, well groomed and I. No way resembled a transient. Upon entering she felt her priority was to tell me of social distancing requirements. I would sleep in my car at a rest stop before staying at this hotel again. Traveling for business for 30 years and never been treated like this. Maybe I provided some additional hot air to this staff members ego and she artificially feels better about herself another day.

We found this hotel to be quite comfortable and very clean. It was very quiet and the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there are several locations around the hotel for dinner. The morning breakfast they served at the hotel had a number of different options.
