So there is absolutely no parking at the check in area and if you go up the ramp into the parking garage you are trapped because it won’t let you in. If you try to exit the facility they have put enormous posts in to block your view so you can’t safely get into traffic. Interstate Highway 10 is right outside your window and louder than hell. If that wasn’t enough, the train goes by every couple of minutes to insure that you will never get any sleep. A horrible place.

Overall was clean and friendly. Hotel parking is very tight for anything thats SUV or truck size. Elevator issues were biggest reason to not give 5 stars. 1 elevator working or on and at times the wait was quite long

I wanted to bring to your attention several issues we experienced during our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service for nearly three days, which significantly impacted our stay, particularly as my wife has heart conditions that make climbing stairs difficult. Despite this inconvenience, the front desk did not offer any compensation. Additionally, one of the rooms we rented had a non-functional TV, and the other room's HVAC system failed to cool the room properly, making our stay uncomfortable. When we checked out, the manager was unavailable to address our concerns or to extend any gesture of goodwill. This experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the standards we have come to expect from Marriott. I hope you can address these issues and prevent them from happening to future guests.

Everything went wrong from start to finish. It took three rooms until they got it right. The first night the AC went down to 57 degrees and they had to change us to another room. Then the new room had something wrong because it sounded like a hammer was banging all night long. The July 4th weekend a huge family party took over the pool and there was no room for hotel guests. It was madness. Terrible weekend

The property is very beautiful. We love to stay in the downtown areas of the places we love to visit. There is also a baseball field right across the street which is awesome. We will be checking that out soon! What we didn’t like about the stay was, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs because the elevator was not working. Didn’t like that at all. Staff was very nice.

Truly I’ve stayed at better hotels. This is not worth the money plus the additional amount you pay to park in their own private garage. Booked this hotel through Hotels, and they still charged me the additional amount of a hotel room the hotel themselves. Of course nobody could help me because “they didn’t take the money”. Going through a whole dispute claim through my bank now. Typical springy bed, felt the spring digging into my side. Left the room one day by 9am, room didn’t get cleaned. Next day left by 8am, still didn’t get cleaned. Overall, just not worth it.

We liked being downtown. Also right off highway. They says this is a 3 star hotel but when we walked into our room they did not clean bathrooms floor. Had mud and long black hair on floor. Should have been cleaned. It’s about your first expression. Had to call for someone to clean it. Makes you think twice about the rest of your room.

Typical comfort and convenience one would expect from a mid-tier chain hotel. Comfy beds, great views from rooms, and excellent location. One thing that can definitely improve is the shower. The shower heads are horrible and taking a hot showed at the end of the day or early morning is simply not a pleasant experience with the shower as equipped.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were up on a high floor however were facing the interstate which did add noise. Room was well appointed and the front desk staff helpful and friendly. Heart of downtown and near museums. Very walkable. Would stay again.

I didn’t realize until I got there that there was an additional $18 a night for parking. Would have been nice if that had been made a little clearer. Front desk staff was grumpy. The guy sweeping the parking garage was awesome, though.

Our toilet was not working and maintenance came to check it out immediately. They determined it was not repairable so management moved us right away to another larger, nicer room with a great view at no extra cost. I appreciate their promptness in resolving the matter.

Very rude staff, except for the friendly bar staff. Very rude and pushy housekeeping staff. Front desk not friendly to say the least. Requested a late check out, and was still hurried and kicked out of room for being 25 min late. The vibe is definitely there that the employees there are not happy. Will probably not stay here again.

I was booked a Taxi ride to the airport (because there's no shuttle) from the front desk and was charged $50 cash only for a 6 min ride!!! An Uber car was on $15. Totally stuck at the moment and had no choice. Totally got ripped off and scammed. Can't trust the front desk, the driver or anyone anymore!
