Cute and amazing concept. Not really what we thought it was. Super quite. Gas Fire place at the lodge area not working. Place is like a ghost town. Had to get our sheets changed from all the hair we found. They did bring us new sheets and we had to change them ourselves. Close for walking. Place has some wear.

Beautiful, clean and nicely designed. Pavillion is so special! Our grandkids loved the outdoor fireplace and comfy couches. Staff was very responsive and made us feel at home. Will definitely come back to stay!

The only complaint I had was that there was not much ice in the drawer in main are and it looked like they hadn’t cleared some boxes in there everything else was great we had a great time

It was a cute, cozy little modern cabin. It was very quiet. I couldn't hear any of the neighbors at any point. Some good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Easy parking. Easy check-in and check-out. The radient heating in the bathroom floor was a nice surprise! Highly recommend.

Great spot! Check in was very simple. The reason I gave it 3 stars for staff was because it took a few tries before I got a response on bringing a dog. Other than that- all good. Nice workout facility and a fun wine tasting bar on the property.

First trip to Vashon was somewhat of a disappointment, but at least we stayed in a great hotel. Clean, roomy, comfortable. Easy walk to town, lot's of places to eat nearby. We haven't seen anyone from the staff, which to me is great.

My stay at Lodges in Vashon were great! I received an email giving me all the door codes. Entered and exited my lodge without issue. The lodge was bright and clean. There was a gas fireplace and heated bathroom floor! View of the woods was beautiful and the path to all the lodges was nicely lit. I definitely will be coming back!

Love the cleanliness! Grateful dogs are allowed and it was quiet. Since there isnt a ktchen , the small refrigerator freezer was mostly iced over, only complaint .

This could be a wonderful property and probably was when it first opened. I was in lodge 13 and alerted Expedia our unit was semi clean. There was grime built up on doors, the baseboards were filthy and there was a tattered rug under the coffee table. There were fingerprints on the furniture and the whole unit needed a deep cleaning. Walls were way past a new paint job along with baseboards. There is no bathroom sink so all hand washing has to be in the kitchenette area. I took pictures of all of this and even cleaned a vinyl dirty chair myself prior to sitting. The bed was clean along with the kitchenette area.

Our stay was nice: it’s a spacious, clean, well located property. I did not rate it with 5 stars because pillows and beading were not a good quality. All pillows had a lot of lumps and were uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise its a good place to stay.

I think the one sink thing is strange. They have a sign that says thank you for the inconvenience, so they're aware that it's odd. Something offputting about brushing your teeth at the kitchen sink. But otherwise a very nice stay and I'd definitely stay again. I put a neutral rating for staff because I had no interaction with staff.

Spacious Accommodations in modern setting. Larger kitchen area than expected. Missed the mark on the outdoor space. Instead of putting a little patio on the sunny back room overlooking a beautiful natural setting, they built more of a prison cell with 10 foot walls off the bathroom that was of no use to us. The communal outdoor spaces are quite nice, fire pit, table, nice lighting ambience, games. The unit itself is a little worn in places but clean. We didn’t like that there was no one onsite at the lodges to welcome you to check in or to ask questions. Wonderful ccess to downtown Vashon. Walkable to all restaurants and shops.

Nice amenities, very clean and comfortable bed. Amazing local soap and coffee! My only complaints, which can\'t really be changed, are that the layout of the unit we stayed in was odd. We had a unit with a shower only and there was a private "porch" off of the shower room, presumably for naked sunbathing? Not sure, but there was only one sad wooden chair out there that hadn\'t seen much sun and had moss all over it. There was also only one lounge chair in the reading room/breakfast nook which was not great for a party of two to be able to sit together. The breakfast chairs were hard plastic, so not great for relaxing. The view was pretty towards the green/wooded area, so it would have been nice for two of us to be able to lounge and enjoy the view with a book. The toilet room felt like a sensory deprivation closet - no windows, all white. The sink for kitchen and bath is shared, which would be better if one side of the counter could be for bathroom things and the other side for kitchen things. I don\'t want to brush my hair by where dishes are stored. The property is nicely landscaped, and the units felt private. The shared outdoors areas were nice, with lawn games and fireplace. Check in and out was very smooth, great communication via email. Great location, walkable to town. Lovely public library across the street.

Gorgeous tiny lodge village. Our unit was luxurious, so spacious. All architectural elements were of modern sleek quality design. Bed was a little firm and heater had a slight noise in the night. Grounds were so lovely with emerald green forest vibe. Love the horticulture paths and location in central small town. Steps from world class restaurants and coffee shops.

There is no staff on premise. The code for entry door was very confusing and would not work. We had to call, leave a message and wait for an answer ( at the end of a very long day traveling and sightseeing). Very frustrating. Other guest told us they had the same issue. *NOTE* FYI-there is no sink in the bathroom. The aluminum kitchen is the only sink in the unit! Would have been very good to know before booking this accommodation.

The property is pretty awesome and I appreciate that it was quiet and not super busy. It was a weekday, but mid-summer. We loved the space indoors and outdoors. Lots of options to relax. My concerns were there not being an active office on the property. To reach someone incase of something was challenging. They have office hours, and was curious what you'd do if someone was being loud at night or needed access to something. Otherwise, great place, definitely coming back!

The location was great. The lodge was clean and decorated really nice. But…we had no batteries in the TV remote, when I called & texted the response indicated that nobody was available after 5pm. I would have run to the market to buy batteries but most of the stores close early on the island. Annoying.

Wonderful little lodges on gorgeous land. So many plants providing stunning fall colors. Loved being just a couple blocks from good food, coffee and fun shops. Many reviewers had commented that there is only one sink in the unit but ours had a small sink in the bathroom as well so that was a pleasant surprise. If we find ourselves back on Vashon, will absolutely stay here again. Four thumbs up

Had a great time with our dog. Restaurants are a quick walk just down the street. Also the Syrian food stand in the parking lot was amazing. The Lodges have a cool modern prefab style and the bed was very comfortable. If we ever come back to Vashon we will stay here.

Stayed one night at the Lodges. It had everything we needed. A very nice complimentary coffee bar. In hindsight, I would have request a ladle with a ramp as my partner has a bad knee. But all in all, the accessibility was ok.

The Lodges exceeded my expectations! They were a wonderful place to stay for a short weekend on Vashon Island. Easy to find and walkable to the downtown area, giving you access to all the dining and shopping. A wine tasting shop in the village was an added bonus! The lodge itself was immaculate, between the comfy bed and the soaking tub, no detail was spared. My husband and I will definitely return.
