Mountain Landing Suites & RV Park

Jeanie was very helpful with us as we changed reservations at least 3 times due to my mistakes on dates and our change of plans. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Better than other motels in the area.

Nice place, but they closed their hot tub at 8pm when signs are posted in the room and at the hot tub for 9pm. My wife bought a bikini and we showed up, management wouldn't open and told us it closed at 8pm.

Very spacious and clean. Nice area to walk the dogs. Ample parking. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Large living and kitchen area. Smaller bedrooms w/very soft beds. 'Rec area' consisted of three non-functioning and very old pieces of exercise machines, ping-pong table, and some games. The hot tub was very large, but not so 'hot' as the water was 75 degrees. That is cold even for a pool.

Absolutely loved our stay. It was comfy, cozy, and in a great area of town. Check in was very easy. Enjoyed the rec area with our family. Hot tub was like warm but still relaxing and much bigger than most.

Perfect for our family of six! We got a two bedroom with the pull out sofa and it was wonderful - clean, quiet, and we even saw a hot air balloon land right on the property. The kids were over the moon!

They were confused when we showed up with our service dog which I talked to someone about when I booked the room. SHould have been no issue. Also they claim to be dog friendly which is not really the case. They will put up with dogs but are very restrictive in where you can walk the dogs and lots of signs etc. THe area they direct you in front had no poo bags or trash cans to dispose of the poo even when we brought our own. They also were overly fussy on what we could do even to the point saying we could not cook fish or seafood in the kitchen which the room came with because it might stink too much.

Stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend for a quiet get away. The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Friendly staff and we had the place to ourselves. Very dog friendly with a small dog park area. Older property without central heat/air but good gas heater. Pride of ownership shows as the property and grounds are clean and well maintained. I imagine it’s a pretty lively place in the summer for RVers. Would recommend!

I’d definitely stay here again and probably will. Front desk is very hands on. I was there with my young son and we played ball on the grass on the property and he enjoyed the playscape as well.

Our room was immaculate. The bds were so comfortable and the grounds were so well taken care of. It was just off the main highway but you thought you were farther out than you were.

The area and town are so amazing! It is such a gorgeous area with so much to do and great dining. I stayed in a "Suite" and it was a nice size, with a kitchen, stove and useful items. Check-in was ok but not very welcoming or informational. I also found it strange that I was asked, "does your dog sleep with you?" (If you run dog friendly lodging and do not want dogs on beds or couches, a best practice would be to specify that online and provide a simple dog friendly alternative.) I travel with my dogs bed, but I still think it such an odd question. What if I had said yes!? I keep wondering what the follow-up question or response would be lol It looked simple but clean and definitely dated, but in a RV park/wilderness sort of way (like grandmas occasionally used cabin, purchased and furnished late 90's/early 2000's) nothing bad. **I stayed one night in a pet friendly suite** There were visible old stains in the living room, and although clean, a thick feel of prior pets lingered. My allergies have not had such a bad reaction ever, and only one time ever, have I felt almost as miserable. I woke up with swollen eyes and my throat half closed, despite an allergy pill before bed, and in the middle of the night. It took about 12 hours to feel normal again.

The room is larger than expected, like a mini apartment. It was very clean. The bed was ok. The pillows were nice. Very pet friendly- lots of places to walk my dogs. Couch and chair have soft covers for pets. A mat is provided for dog bowls which is nice. There is an ac unit, but it’s in the wall over the kitchen, it’s loud. No ac in bedrooms and no fans in bedrooms. Bring a fan if you need one at night. It is cool enough at night to open the window, but if you want it shut, you need a fan. For the ladies, shampoo is provided, but no conditioner

It was a nice place to stay. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. We liked the room and accommodations otherwise.

Great location and I like that I could bring my dogs. The only negative was the mattresses. It was like laying on a board. Everything else was perfect.

Spent 3 days (cold weather) camping, and we needed to relax at a motel overnight before going home. Accidently stumbled upon Mountain Landing Suites. This king-size suite has a full kitchen, sofa, and a very comfortable bed, rustic furniture. Lots of room for a small family or 2 couples

Very accessible and the room was comfortable. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and the 2 bedroom was perfect.

Perfect two bedroom layout allowed us to have space to visit in the kitchen /living room area but private space for two couples in their own bedroom.

Perfect place and location. Nice spacious living room, nicely set up furniture and spacious king bedroom. Our lodge room had a great kitchen to store and prep our food for our trip. Will stay again!

What a great little affordable gem! Our family of 5 stayed one night in the very quiet and spacious 2 bedroom suite. Having a fridge made it so convenient too.

Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties

We were traveling through for one night and were pleasantly surprised with this lovely suite. Super clean and comfortable. Check in was simple. You have a warm pleasant feeling of home and support a family run business! Would definely recommend and would stay again.

This was the best room I've ever stayed at hotels. It was very clean, beautiful and quiet. The workers were very thoughtful and we got into the room earlier than check in time.

Clean quiet gem short drive from downtown. Town was quiet this second weekend of December....bonus!
