I've stayed here 3x and it does the job. It offers everything including a restaurant. Two areas of improvement are: 1) the showers can be difficult to enter if you are a large individual, they are tight to fit into; 2) the elevators are relatively small. Overall, it works for me and is close to where I need to go.

This hotel was very clean the rooms were serviced daily and the staff friendly, location was very good 10min walk and your in mong kok it was a great base

No one helped us with our luggage upon arrival. There were no instructions about drop-off in the underground parkade. The elevators are very small. The rooms and beds are also much smaller than shown in the photos. Expedia lists this hotel as a 4-star property; at most, and generously, it is a 3-star hotel.
