The only negative at this hotel was the door locking systems they use. You have to type a 7 digit number in through 4 doors to access your room. This wasn't a massive issue, but of course it decided not to work when I returned at midnight to my room, so meant I needed to phone them to get a new code. Not ideal and they didn't do anything to improve my stay after this failure.

Great hotel space very nice and clean. We were just al unaware of no elevator and we had massive 50lb luggage to take to the 3rd floor. We also didn’t realize we were pre assigned rooms and needed a special code to get in and out. I didn’t think to check my email after a 25 hour travel for a specific check in - maybe it should be a text message.

Awful keypad entry system x 4 different door entry points! Flights of stairs, no lift. Rock hard bed. No window/view. No allocated parking. Otherwise a clean and well equipped place to stop over.

Absolutely brilliant hotel room. Extremely spacious. Everything you need. Very clean, modern and just generally a nice place to be. Reception-less hotel. Instructions including door code and wi-fi codes texted before arrival worked really well. Great concept. No hotel restaurant, but being central Warrington city it’s a five minute walk to the shopping centre, restaurants and bars. Lots of parking around. Most £10-£12 per 24hrs. Will definitely be booking again.

Great location between the town centre and train station. There is no reception desk, so be sure to have the code to gain entry to the building and your room. Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works. I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice. If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again.

In Warrington for the Hacienda Leftfield/Orbital event bat Walton Hall, and this seemed the best option in terms of location. The pre-booking notifications and pin entry confirmation were well communicated. We were fortunate to park very close by on street parking near the square for just over £5 per 24 hour period and there are various parking options within walking distance. A good selection of what appeared to be the nicer restaurants (Spanish tapas / Italian) and cocktail bars in the area, which we used on the 1st night. The town centre is nearby, with a few bars and coffee/breakfast The room was spacious and clean, with coffee and tea available. The bathroom was a decent size, with a warm shower. No issues, and served its purpose for what we wanted. In the unlikely event we are in the area again, we would consider staying here again.

The property is really well located for Central Warrington. Although there’s no parking, there are reasonably priced car parks very near by and a loading lay-by outside. The room itself was clean and tidy and had all the essentials you need. The kitchen was well equipped too. Towels were replaced daily and the bed was very comfy. Everything is accessed by key pads and individual codes. The decor is lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. Not so good points: The front door to the property was always open and didn’t seem to lock even when closed. The first internal door key pad was temperamental which meant it could take several attempts to gain access. Both the main room door and bathroom door locks were broken and didn’t lock. Not a problem for us but could be for others. The room has a sensor in the ceiling that omits a bright green light that cannot be turned off. If we’re in the area, we would opt to stay here again!

The room was immaculate, couldn’t fault it. Whole process of booking and check in was seamless and easily done via door codes and online check in. Would advise this property to any type of traveler be it business or leisure. Ideal location in town but still a quiet enough area that sleep wasn’t disturbed even on busy Saturday night. This will definitely be my first choice when staying in the area.

It has potential to be the absolute best short stay. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Very clean and well equiped. No nonsense check in and out and it's unmanned. The real shame is that there is a bright green light on the ceiling, right on the top of the bed, which is very disruptive to sleep. I don't know who's bright idea was that. It kinds ruins the experience which, otherwise, would be perfect. Also, my room was next to the back of the restaurant next door, which it seems to be the place where the staff have their break. It was loud. The fact that the window was broken and it is not double glazed, makes the sound invade the room. Luckily they close early enough. I would love to stay there again as I travel to the area often but would be reluctant due to the light in the room which was very bothersome.

Room was a good size with adequate amenities. The first night I was in the middle of a light show as the emergency sensor light was so bright and green it lit the whole room up. This was reported an addressed effectively so I was really looking forward to a good second night. This wasn't to be as several other guests seemed to be having a loud and long domestic conflict outside our room. It didn't feel safe to intervene so I tried the contact number of the hotel - no one answered. I was left feeling very vulnerable. Unmanned hotels are all well and good when there are not situations like this.

Very quiet location.Eventhough there was no reception ,Zack was very prompt in answering any queries.We were also allowed to to leave our cases there as our flight wasnt til evening without any charge .Room very clean and comfortable. Only downside,was we had to key in 4 door codes to get in to our room,I suppose that was a good thing security wise!!

The confirmation I got from the accommodation stated I was in room 3. When trying to access the room the code was invalid. I had to wait outside a room whilst trying to connect to someone at their help desk via phone.

Had an amazing stay here! Apartment was clean, spacious and located perfectly for the show we were going to. The price I payed was really good for the quality of the apartments. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in this area. The communication from the hotel was really good, being a self check in I was a little concerned but everything was great. I ordered a bottle of wine for the room as an add on as it was a special occasion, the little extras like that really make this hotel stand out from others.

Zach the head of hotel operation has been very helpful. There was some minor hiccups about the cleaners during the stay but Zach was able to respond promptly and professionally and sort out the matters. The room is clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay.

Lovely stay in very comfortable room. Bed, bathroom, seating, tv, bathroom, toiletries, facilitties were all excellent and would absolutely stay again. Well done for having two chairs in the room too! Would be really good to include a coffee machine rather than the instant sachets. Online check in did not work but telephone and email communicaiton was great!

This place is lovely, couldnt hear any guests or outside traffic even though its next door to a loud restaurant. It was clean and well kept, very luxurious and communication with hotel manager was fast, clear and very helpful. Very lovely style, and definitely worth the money. Short walk from town centre of warrington and from both train stations. Will stay again in the future

Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works. I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice. If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again.

In Warrington for the Hacienda Leftfield/Orbital event bat Walton Hall, and this seemed the best option in terms of location. The pre-booking notifications and pin entry confirmation were well communicated. We were fortunate to park very close by on street parking near the square for just over £5 per 24 hour period and there are various parking options within walking distance. A good selection of what appeared to be the nicer restaurants (Spanish tapas / Italian) and cocktail bars in the area, which we used on the 1st night. The town centre is nearby, with a few bars and coffee/breakfast The room was spacious and clean, with coffee and tea available. The bathroom was a decent size, with a warm shower. No issues, and served its purpose for what we wanted. In the unlikely event we are in the area again, we would consider staying here again.

Had the most incredible stay at The old post office and cannot wait to stay here again. Parking was free outside for an hour to assist unloading cases. I slept like a baby in the huge comfortable bed, the kitchenette was so handy for making meals but I ate in the Grill underneath which was also incredible, clean and very posh. Shower was perfect, perfect, perfect, perfect.

Absolutely brilliant hotel room. Extremely spacious. Everything you need. Very clean, modern and just generally a nice place to be. Reception-less hotel. Instructions including door code and wi-fi codes texted before arrival worked really well. Great concept. No hotel restaurant, but being central Warrington city it’s a five minute walk to the shopping centre, restaurants and bars. Lots of parking around. Most £10-£12 per 24hrs. Will definitely be booking again.

Everything with the room and location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is great but the room had nowhere to sit and eat or comfy chair to sit and watch TV. The desk provided wasn't really suitable.

Lovely stay in very comfortable room. Bed, bathroom, seating, tv, bathroom, toiletries, facilitties were all excellent and would absolutely stay again. Well done for having two chairs in the room too! Would be really good to include a coffee machine rather than the instant sachets. Online check in did not work but telephone and email communicaiton was great!
