Tammy and Dave were wonderful hosts - welcoming, engaging and knowledgeable about the area. The room was beautiful and the common area, with a roaring fire in the fireplace, was a wonderful place to play games and relax. The breakfast was spectacular. Lovely overnight stay after "taking the waters" at Warm Springs. Porperty is well kept gardens are particularly beautiful, even if the temps kept us from enjoying them. Room was spacious, beds comfotable and the commom areas were great. Breakfast was excellent and hosts friendly and accomodating. Would highly reccomend a visit, quiet beautiful and comfy.

The inn is a charming place to stay. Our room was charming and provided us comfy bedding, great location and convenient set up. The breakfasts provided were delicious and offered delicious food choices in a lovely dining room. The front porch was so very charming with beautiful and comfy furnishings. The inn keepers are warm and helpful. We felt very welcome and secure in this lovely inn.

Been to Bath County many times in my life and never did the B&B thing until this trip. Vine Cottage Inn is usually all booked but we caught them at just the right time. Tammy was very welcoming and let us move from the third floor to the second floor due to the number of stairs and hard for us to climb. The kitchenette is all you need and open 24hrs. Baked cookies, water, soda and hot tea available all hours. Fresh coffee in the morning, with a wonderful breakfast with eggs, ham, and a biscuit with butter and jelly. The bed was very comfortable! And the pedestal tub was great for soaking those muscles. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Our hosts treated us like family. We got the opportunity to unplug and relax in a beautiful, clean, historic property. It was delightful dining at the huge table and talking with new people. On our trip we enjoyed the mineral baths, hiking, swimming in the Jackson River, and a local hard cider tasting. All the local restaurants serve fresh, tasty homemade foods. I highly recommend Warm Springs / Hot Springs and Vine Cottage for a refreshing, quiet getaway.

This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The owners are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our room was lovely and we slept well. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property was next to the Homestead so it's an easy walk if you book activities through the resort. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Tammy and Dave are amazing host and always available to answer and questions or recommendations of what to do, eat, ect. The little surprises like cookies available before calling it a nite, water and drinks in the fridge. The breakfast was made fresh and was delicious, made just for you. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets area the softest I have ever slept in. Thanks for making my birthday time special, you both and like a new friendship that was made.

Family somewhat enjoyed our stay at Vine Cottage Inn. Property had history that was interesting and staff was very knowledgeable in that topic. It was clean, organized, and reasonably priced. However, staff shamed us for not eating breakfast at the inn when we had plans to eat somewhere else. They were rude and gave us attitude when we let them know. I'd recommend the property and its location, not the staff.

This B&B was a great alternative to the Homestead resort itself. It was close enough to easily walk to the resort within a few minutes, very reasonable in cost, and the proprietors are wonderful people. They were very welcoming, attentive to all of our needs and wants, offered satisfying breakfasts and were a pleasure to get to know. Thanks, Tammy and Dave!

Been to Bath County many times in my life and never did the B&B thing until this trip. Vine Cottage Inn is usually all booked but we caught them at just the right time. Tammy was very welcoming and let us move from the third floor to the second floor due to the number of stairs and hard for us to climb. The kitchenette is all you need and open 24hrs. Baked cookies, water, soda and hot tea available all hours. Fresh coffee in the morning, with a wonderful breakfast with eggs, ham, and a biscuit with butter and jelly. The bed was very comfortable! And the pedestal tub was great for soaking those muscles. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The owners are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our room was lovely and we slept well. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property was next to the Homestead so it's an easy walk if you book activities through the resort. Our hosts treated us like family. We got the opportunity to unplug and relax in a beautiful, clean, historic property. It was delightful dining at the huge table and talking with new people. On our trip we enjoyed the mineral baths, hiking, swimming in the Jackson River, and a local hard cider tasting. All the local restaurants serve fresh, tasty homemade foods. I highly recommend Warm Springs / Hot Springs and Vine Cottage for a refreshing, quiet getaway.

This B&B was a great alternative to the Homestead resort itself. It was close enough to easily walk to the resort within a few minutes, very reasonable in cost, and the proprietors are wonderful people. This was our first time staying at a B&B. You definitely get your money’s worth and then some. T and D were great hosts! Room/BR were super clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was home cooked and delicious! Plus other amenities at no charge. Just a short walk to the Homestead/Omni and local dining and shopping. We picked this location due to its proximity to Lake Moomaw as we were going kayaking and fishing the next day. The reviews for the B&B were great and it definitely lived up to them if not surpassing!!

The host were amazing and helpful. They were full of knowledge about the area. Upon arrival the inn was so inviting and we immediately felt at home. There are no words to describe how delicious breakfast was and they prepared my food in a gluten free manner as requested. I will definitely be bank - the sooner the better

Loved this place! It’s a perfect option if you don’t want to pay the high price at the Homestead. You can walk to the homestead and still enjoy the restaurants and most of the features of the homestead. The staff was so sweet and we loved the hot homemade breakfast!
