The lobby of the hotel had an unappealing odor. It’s a dual property and only one staff person was working both desks. I was charged for parking without being told there was a charge. I only found out after I checked out and the bill was higher than I’d booked. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

It was close to Southpark Mall. Perfect for a Cheesecake Factory Birthday Surprise Weekend. Parking wasn't great but it wasn't a terrible walk from the garage. Wish they would've mention the incidental fee when we booked the multiple rooms.

Hotel could definitely benefit with some updates. Furniture, decor and walls were definitely well worn, kitchen items were sparse, ice machines didn’t work, etc. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. Cleanliness was decent but could have been better. I wouldn’t stay again.

The King suite was clean and stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, too. The bar had great food and drinks, and the bartenders were friendly. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing!! I highly recommend staying here.

Horrible experience with this hotel. It is in very bad condition and in desperate need of an overhaul. The room was clean, but the blinds were broken, sofa stuffing falling out, barely warm water for a shower, toilet paper holder broken, one small lamp in the suite area. The sofa was so smelly that you had to sit on a towel just to use the sofa. The exterior of the hotel was filthy. Old food, swarming with flies left out for days, old cigarettes. This was all reported to the front desk and absolutely ignored. The absolute worst thing was the safety lock that sites beside the door so that the room cannot be broken into was hanging on by 2 loose screws, so it did not work at all. We felt terribly unsafe in the room with our 85 year old mother.

The amenities were great, location and surrounding area is excellent. House keeping did a poor job at getting our room ready, dirty towels, a sock on the floor by the bed and the floors were not cleaned.

This property is close to shopping, however limited good restaurant choices, next to a gas station where people were asking for money. The first room we had was just gross, smelled and wasn't clean at all. The second room was a little better but the whole floor smelled like tacos for 2 days. Continental breakfast was just gross. Bar food was done at 1030. At check in the guy behind the counter kept taking photos of my information on the computer screen. Very strange since Im a woman traveling with my teenage daughter....

We have stayed with you before and enjoy just about everything related to your facility. The one exception this time was the lack of internet, which was annoying. Fortunately I was able to use my Hotspot, but I feel that this should have necessitated a price credit. Otherwise, all good!

Upon arriving at HS, and after a 6 1/2 hour drive i was told that they had oversold rooms and i didnt have a room. I showed the clerk where i had paid for 3 nights in advance and i was entitled to a room. He left to go and talk to his manager and didnt return for 15 minutes. He then told me there was a room but the housekeeping team left at 5:00 and had not cleaned the room(Bear in mind it is now 9:15 in the evening. It wasnt until I put my foot down, did the clerk go back to call his manager again, not to return for another 15 minutes and he told me that there was a room available. 10 minutes later I asked about my room again and he said, "Oh, you'll have to go to the otherside(to the adjoining Hilton) as they will take care of you. Thank goodness for the HIlton staff, who promptly and professionally took care of me.

Super pleasant staff. Attentive and responsive to questions or concerns. I did not know there was an additional air conditioning fee, but that certainly wasn’t the staff’s fault. Great area for accessible shopping and dining by foot and only $10-15 Uber to most city sites.

Wir haben bewusst ein Hotel dieser Kette gebucht, da man hier morgens frühstücken kann. An drei von vier Tagen gab es keine warmen Speisen, mit dem Hinweis auf ein technisches Problem. Das kann man aus meiner Sicht an einem Tag machen und dann muss das Problem behoben sein. Bei einem Preis von über 200,-$ die Nacht, erwarte ich einen besseren Sevice.

Poperty was rated a three star and if it were not for some little things I would rate it higher. Breakfast was bland to poor at best. I couldn't access the internet as you would normally do (Hilton Honors),; just little things other than the breakfast

The friendliness of check-in was average at best. The room was typical hotel room, average cleanliness. The bar/restaurant had 1 bartender/server on a PGA event weekend. The bar area and seating was full, with people walking out due to poor service. Saturday, we walked out after 15 minutes of no service, the lady was chatting with folks and cared less about serving customers. Sunday the guy was hustling, but again one man for a full bar.
