From beginning to end we had a wonderful stay in our villa at Himmapana villa terraces. Check-in was quick and the girls were so friendly and helpful. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures, so modern and clean with everything we needed. Cleaning staff was also very friendly. There is a free shuttle bus to Kamala Beach every hour, that you book on an iPad in the villa or on whatsapp. That was so easy and we used it a lot. The drivers were so helpful and the kids loved driving the open shuttle bus. On the iPad you can also order food and drinks, which is so concenient. The pool was actually much bigger than we thought, and we spent a lot of time outside. Everything is really well maintained. Kamala Beach is our favorite place on Phuket, so much to see and explore and a very laidback feeling. Overall we had five wonderful days in the Villa at Himmapana.

A family of 9 stayed our last three days in Himmapana Luxury Villas which was amazing. After a long travel, everyone enjoyed this spacious relaxing place with full of smiling helpful staff. Overall the Kamala beach area is a very family-targeted and quieter area than other beaches, which actually suited us. Places were a bit of walking distance however there was a Villa truck that was ready to give a lift anywhere in the Kamala area for free. I\'m sure the room service was very good however we used our manpower and the huge kitchen in use and cooked our own meal Overall hotel was very clean and very spacious, the staff was very helpful and friendly, felt safe enough, amenities were well kept felt almost new. Our kids even gave a name to the place "Relaxing House". We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Himmapana.

This property was amazing! It was just like the pics shown. It was a whole vibe. Total privacy which we loved. We had early breakfasts on the patio and late nights in the pool. They also offered a private chef for meals to be cooked for an extra cost. They offered in room massages. This place was just perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful. This property also offered free rides to the beach and pick up from the local beach for free. We just really enjoyed our stay there.

We had the most amazing time at Himmapana Villas. The location is perfect to relax and unwind but within walking distance of the beach and short taxi ride to other locations in Phuket. The shuttle bus was so handy as well. The staff and locals couldn’t do enough for us and we will definitely be back! The villa was beautiful, very spacious and to a high standard with everything you could need. The pool was wonderful to cool off in and the staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. We would absolutely recommend and return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Himmapana villas. The villa was so well appointed- the pool was private and so lovely! We were celebrating a special occasion so took advantage of having their private chef come in & cook for us. Chef Lee created a wonderful meal for us. Shuttle to beach is so convenient. Highly recommend!

Amazing! My partner and I had an amazing time at Himmapana. Very luxurious and clean! The private pool is perfect to relax and catch some sun. The ceiling tv is a great touch. Beautiful views of the hills walking up to the villa and from bedroom/garden windows. The staff were amazing at communicating regarding house keeping/pool cleaning/gardener. They worked around my schedule which was great. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating which made us feel very welcomed and safe. There’s also 24 hour security. The in villa private chef was most definitely our favourite part of this booking and was 10/10! I definitely recommend booking a night or two with the private chef. We booked for 2 people and had loads of tasty food left over for the following day. Decent location. Easy to get around (used the grab app for taxis) and there is a 7-eleven which is walkable distance for snacks/toiletries. So glad we booked here and will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful property with great private pool. Very clean. A little bit aged and the water supply is so weak. Indoor parking has a serious design mistake, the entrance ramps is too high for normal car to drive in.

I LOVED the cleaning ladies, we stayed there for 13 nights. It was absolute bliss coming home to a clean mopped house every day. Not only that, they noticed we had laundry to be done. Washed, dried, folded and delivered next day. Shuttle bus was only too friendly to drop us anywhere around Kamala. Would highly recommend. Love you guys !

Excellent property in a Kamala Beach area... overall, I would give 4.5 stars. Property was clean/new with good appliances, etc. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. It would be a definite 5 stars if it were located in more convenient place. Location: far up on the hill, and you'd need your own transportation to go anyway. Nothing is within a walking distance, unless you want to "hike" a long and steep hills. Yet, no view of the ocean with trees blocking the view. Though located in a secluded area, guests from the next property could look through us around the swimming pool area. If you have your own transportation and are looking for a quiet and modern property, this definitely is a place to stay, and it will certainly be a place to consider in our next Phuket trip in 2 months time.

Loved this property. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing was that due to being on the hill, some bolt drivers didn't want to go up the hill as the roads were very narrow. This just made the late night outing to minimum. Other than that, no issues with the property.

The house was fantastic - spacious but yet cozy - beautiful interior. I also appreciated the big screens in every room with Netflix subscription. Very nice staff and high level of service. Thorough cleaning every day. Easy to get to the beach with the free shuttle service. Clean pool - but it could have been more child-friendly. A bit too cold and deep.

It is one the best holiday we had as a family. Everything is perfect in the villa. Location is quieter but you would be able get all you need, take out, massage, shop in walking distant. Shuttle can take you to the beach and other spot. Staffs are super helpful and friendly, from Reception, house keeping, concierge. They response to any questions/ requests straight away. We stayed in a 4 bedrooms villa, perfect for our group. Size of swimming pool is great! Bedrooms are spacious and clean. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much

The facility itself was clean and nice, but there were times when the air conditioner broke and the circulator in the pool broke, but they took care of it even in the middle of the night, so I didn't have any complaints. However, the inconvenience of transportation cannot be denied, and the response was the worst.Although it is not entirely my fault, when I returned home in the middle of the night, I couldn't find the way to my room, so I stopped at the administration building and looked at the location on a map. I asked him if he could teach me or lead the way on his scooter, but he refused because there was only one person. Thanks to this, there were times when I was able to go back part way and find a taxi that I could find, with the help of the taxi I had boarded, and then come back.

Our stay at the villa was once again exceptional. The air conditioning kept the entire space comfortably cool throughout our visit, and the peaceful, tucked-away neighborhood provided quiet and restful nights. The house was fantastic - spacious but yet cozy - beautiful interior. I also appreciated the big screens in every room with Netflix subscription. Very nice staff and high level of service. Thorough cleaning every day. Easy to get to the beach with the free shuttle service. Clean pool - but it could have been more child-friendly. A bit too cold and deep.

Amazing! My partner and I had an amazing time at Himmapana. Very luxurious and clean! The private pool is perfect to relax and catch some sun. The ceiling tv is a great touch. Beautiful views of the hills walking up to the villa and from bedroom/garden windows. The staff were amazing at communicating regarding house keeping/pool cleaning/gardener. They worked around my schedule which was great. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating which made us feel very welcomed and safe. There’s also 24 hour security. The in villa private chef was most definitely our favourite part of this booking and was 10/10! I definitely recommend booking a night or two with the private chef. We booked for 2 people and had loads of tasty food left over for the following day. Decent location. Easy to get around (used the grab app for taxis) and there is a 7-eleven which is walkable distance for snacks/toiletries. So glad we booked here and will definitely be back soon!

My wife I and our almost 1 year old enjoyed this properties location. But there were a good few issues. The AC was leaking through a light in the bathroom, and this continued for 5-6 nights with incessant dripping in the evening. We stay in a hot climate so know not to leave doors open so as to not over work the AC unit and create condensation. I had asked prior to arrival for a baby seat for our little one and was advised that this would be arranged, which it wasn't. Next time we shall make our own travel arrangements, such a pity as this was a reasonable villa and very decent for the price.

From beginning to end we had a wonderful stay in our villa at Himmapana villa terraces. Check-in was quick and the girls were so friendly and helpful. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures, so modern and clean with everything we needed. Cleaning staff was also very friendly. There is a free shuttle bus to Kamala Beach every hour, that you book on an iPad in the villa or on whatsapp. That was so easy and we used it a lot. The drivers were so helpful and the kids loved driving the open shuttle bus. On the iPad you can also order food and drinks, which is so concenient. The pool was actually much bigger than we thought, and we spent a lot of time outside. Everything is really well maintained. Kamala Beach is our favorite place on Phuket, so much to see and explore and a very laidback feeling. Overall we had five wonderful days in the Villa at Himmapana.

The facility itself was clean and nice, but there were times when the air conditioner broke and the circulator in the pool broke, but they took care of it even in the middle of the night, so I didn't have any complaints. However, the inconvenience of transportation cannot be denied, and the response was the worst.Although it is not entirely my fault, when I returned home in the middle of the night, I couldn't find the way to my room, so I stopped at the administration building and looked at the location on a map. I asked him if he could teach me or lead the way on his scooter, but he refused because there was only one person. Thanks to this, there were times when I was able to go back part way and find a taxi that I could find, with the help of the taxi I had boarded, and then come back.

The villas were beautiful! My dissatisfaction was with the ammentities. The evening staff didnt seem prepared and unaware how to solve anything. We booked one excursion through the hotel, and we had a terrible time. I thought the excursion would be of better quality and unfortunately it wasnt. The villa however works great for families or long term stays.

A family of 9 stayed our last three days in Himmapana Luxury Villas which was amazing. After a long travel, everyone enjoyed this spacious relaxing place with full of smiling helpful staff. Overall the Kamala beach area is a very family-targeted and quieter area than other beaches, which actually suited us. Places were a bit of walking distance however there was a Villa truck that was ready to give a lift anywhere in the Kamala area for free. I\'m sure the room service was very good however we used our manpower and the huge kitchen in use and cooked our own meal Overall hotel was very clean and very spacious, the staff was very helpful and friendly, felt safe enough, amenities were well kept felt almost new. Our kids even gave a name to the place "Relaxing House". We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Himmapana.

We had the most amazing time at Himmapana Villas. The location is perfect to relax and unwind but within walking distance of the beach and short taxi ride to other locations in Phuket. The shuttle bus was so handy as well. The staff and locals couldn’t do enough for us and we will definitely be back! The villa was beautiful, very spacious and to a high standard with everything you could need. The pool was wonderful to cool off in and the staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. We would absolutely recommend and return.

It would be a definite 5 stars if it were located in more convenient place. Location: far up on the hill, and you'd need your own transportation to go anyway. Nothing is within a walking distance, unless you want to "hike" a long and steep hills. Yet, no view of the ocean with trees blocking the view. Though located in a secluded area, guests from the next property could look through us around the swimming pool area. If you have your own transportation and are looking for a quiet and modern property, this definitely is a place to stay, and it will certainly be a place to consider in our next Phuket trip in 2 months time.

Loved this property. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing was that due to being on the hill, some bolt drivers didn't want to go up the hill as the roads were very narrow. This just made the late night outing to minimum. Other than that, no issues with the property.

It is one the best holiday we had as a family. Everything is perfect in the villa. Location is quieter but you would be able get all you need, take out, massage, shop in walking distant. Shuttle can take you to the beach and other spot. Staffs are super helpful and friendly, from Reception, house keeping, concierge. They response to any questions/ requests straight away. Alt var fuldstændig fantastisk. Selvom man bor væk fra stranden og indkøb, kan der altid tages gratis tuktuk nærmest lige når det passer en. Personalet fortjener stor ros og kommunikationen var utrolig effektiv. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen.

My only regret about staying at Himmapana Luxury Villas, is that I didn’t stay longer. When I say this place is amazing, I mean it in every sense of the word. The staff are top tier. My daughter an I stayed here for 6 days, we came to celebrate her birthday and the staff was so instrumental in helping me make it a memorable experience. I was able to book private Chef’s to cook us breakfast, we had in house massages and some of the girl are my daughters age, so they took us out for a night on the town to continue the celebration. All the staff at the Villa were so amazing, humble and friendly. I couldn’t thank them enough for the impeccable service they provided. I really did not want to leave but I do know is when I come back to Phuket, I will stay at Himmapana again. Thank you all so much, you are truly appreciated. Much love, Momma Carla & Kaylz

I\'m sure the room service was very good however we used our manpower and the huge kitchen in use and cooked our own meal Overall hotel was very clean and very spacious, the staff was very helpful and friendly, felt safe enough, amenities were well kept felt almost new. Our kids even gave a name to the place "Relaxing House". We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Himmapana.

This property was amazing! It was just like the pics shown. It was a whole vibe. Total privacy which we loved. We had early breakfasts on the patio and late nights in the pool. They also offered a private chef for meals to be cooked for an extra cost. They offered in room massages. This place was just perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful. This property also offered free rides to the beach and pick up from the local beach for free. We just really enjoyed our stay there.

地點要自駕才方便。Villa乾淨，有得叫食物，但種類不夠多，有叫按摩師到Villa按摩，手勢好，管家whatsapp聯繫，基本上即時回覆。最好的是可以加錢提早checkin和delay check out。真係方便了很多。因為很夜飛機離開，所以能夠付費延遲離開實在太好了。house keeper亦有每天來清潔，refill water ，清碗。實在服務太好了。下次有機會會再入住

We absolutely loved our stay at Himmapana villas. The villa was so well appointed- the pool was private and so lovely! We were celebrating a special occasion so took advantage of having their private chef come in & cook for us. Chef Lee created a wonderful meal for us. Shuttle to beach is so convenient. Highly recommend!

Amazing! My partner and I had an amazing time at Himmapana. Very luxurious and clean! The private pool is perfect to relax and catch some sun. The ceiling tv is a great touch. Beautiful views of the hills walking up to the villa and from bedroom/garden windows. The staff were amazing at communicating regarding house keeping/pool cleaning/gardener. They worked around my schedule which was great. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating which made us feel very welcomed and safe. There’s also 24 hour security. The in villa private chef was most definitely our favourite part of this booking and was 10/10! I definitely recommend booking a night or two with the private chef. We booked for 2 people and had loads of tasty food left over for the following day. Decent location. Easy to get around (used the grab app for taxis) and there is a 7-eleven which is walkable distance for snacks/toiletries. So glad we booked here and will definitely be back soon!

A fabulous stay here - looked good on paper when we booked, in reality it was even better. Beautifully designed, privacy, excellent use of space. Exceptional hosts/staff and communications, from even before check in. The only drawbacks to consider are distance from shops/restaurants - 12 to 18 mins depending on pace - but the complex provides free shuttle to the local beach/town, and we never had to wait even 5 minutes. And the owners need to keep on top of small signs of wear and tear such as toilet seats, doors, cupboards, damage to outdoor sofa cushions, but right now they are very minor imperfections.

From the time I checked in till the checkout time was a wonderful experience, staff and very friendly, easily reachable and replays within seconds. The cleaning is 10/10 on a daily basis, they also schedule days within the week to clean the pool and gardening. Recommended for those who want a calm place with everything close by.
