The secure parking lot was a nice bonus.

The building is newer and well maintained. The room was lovely, very modern with wood laminate flooring rather than carpet which I wish all hotels would do. Great shower and fabulous lighted mirror so you can see what you’re doing, whether makeup or shaving. The parking was convenient too. It had a nice pool and small gym. The location is so great. You can walk from the hotel into Temecula’s Old Town which has plenty of good dining and shopping options. Also, if you’re a foodie the Temecula Olive Oil company store is in Old Town and walking distance. As for wineries, the hotel is located right next to Rancho California Road which is the main road you take to go into the wine country. It’s also conveniently located right next to the I-15 on/off ramp, but did not hear any traffic noise at all when in the room. Great stay and will definitely keep this on my favorites list.

Everything was great with our stay. The only complaint would be how limited parking can be but overall it wasn’t an issue only stayed one night.

Clean and quiet area. Only thing from giving it a 5 star is that the entrance would close and had to be let in instead of using our key card at night. Don’t know if it was only this occasion or they were getting maintenance done.

Fantastic location walking distance to Old town. We really appreciated the self parking. Super convenient, and grateful that we could walk home after dinner and a few drinks. We loved the room layout. It felt very spacious and comfortable. Our primary criticism was that the walls were thin and we could hear other guests. Thanks to the front desk for being very responsive to the disruptive guest at 4:30am.

Hotel is right at the beginning of Front Street and an easy walk to all shops and dining. Our room was updated and clean. We did not require room cleaning, so cannot comment on that. The staff at check in were efficient but not overly friendly. If you are looking for a pool, this is not the hotel for you. It is indoors and very small. Included continental breakfast was nice. Omelettes, sausage, potatoes, waffles and assorted pastries

Check in for the 4th of July weekend on the 3rd 4 days 3 nights of bliss. Walking distance to restaurants museum live music ice cream. Liquor Dennys and Mexican market with restaurants a stone throw from the front door. Parked 2 cars and a bike and felt good about safety and could look out window and see them.

Checked in and the young guy up front was nice. Starting walking through the parking lot and saw a lot of sketchy people outside. Walked up to the room and it immediately smelled musty, the couch was dirty and stained and the bed had bed bugs. I didn’t make it 2 minutes in the room so I went back to the front desk and the guy was understanding “obviously he knows where he works” and refunded my account but now I have to have hotels.com refund it on your part

The location to the property was excellent, easy freeway access. The breakfast looked really good as well, the person in charge was cleaning frequently. I believe that this property can do a lot better with cleanliness in the rooms though. Our sofa bed when pulled out had trash and major, what looked like, bloodstains. The covers also had stains and trash when the pillows were moved. The ironing board was broken, completely, could not even stand at all. I also kept finding hair every where and no, it was not mine. Like I mentioned, the rooms could be better kept. I think if housekeeping were to do a little more and actually put that effort in, it would have been great. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Even my wife said, “this place is spotless.” and she NEVER says that about a hotel 😲

Stayed here last year rooms were clean, staff was friendly. This year the exact same room was kind of dirty, hair all over from other people, stains on the linen, and cosmetics left on the counter tops like they just weren’t wiped down.

My room was clean but very cold. No carpeting anywhere. The room and bed sheets had a very distinct odor of bleach. It reminded me of the days working a homicide where someone tried to cover up the scene! The bleach on the sheets was so strong that both my wife and I couldn’t sleep and had rashes on our legs and back. We actually left the property at 3am to escape the smell.

I am surprised that a Best Western that is highly priced due to low inventory of hotels in the area would add a few to check in early when they already said your room was ready. That’s just gouging. Then the lobby restrooms were overflowing with trash, paper towel holder hanging from the wall. While cleaning staff carts were in the hall way and staff was sitting at tables. Then in the room, although looked tidy. We woke to cockroaches on the shower curtains in the bathroom. Not a good experience at all.

The room was excellent, as was the staff. My only complaint was the smell in the lobby. Maybe a backup sewer drain? But breakfast was also served in that lobby. The lobby was also very austere and not very welcoming. The AC in the room was difficult to maneuver. I could not adjust the temperature and was getting more annoyed the hotter it got in the room. A quick call to the front desk assisted me. Overall, the stay was pleasant enough. I would pay more to stay elsewhere, though, because of the lobby smell.

This hotel was amazing, conveniently located right at the beginning of Old Town Temecula, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. WiFi, free parking, and breakfast is included😋😋😋 We stayed two nights in a spacious, clean, large room with comfortable beds. Our room had two queen beds and a double sofa sleeper, huge shower, no tub, one sink but plenty of counter space for us ladies. The usual amenities were also provided: microwave, small fridge, single pod coffee maker, etc…… There is an indoor pool and an exercise room. The building has three floors with elevators. We only had one slight problem: ants in the bathroom; nothing major. Shout out to the staff, especially Ellie! She was fantastic, from check-in to check- out. I would love to stay there again❤️

stayed here twice both 2-3rd floor rooms with clogged sinks office chair on visit 2 was the absolute worse I've ever seen. also too much light from door and window shades... unimpressed it was 111.00 so I can't be disgusted but disappointed.

We only needed one night stay so for price was fine. Room clean. Came with frig and microwave and Keurig. Shower pressure not great but lots of amenities like soap and shampoo. Curtains did not close at night: ( AC worked great. WiFi not good. TV is thru cable and stopped working. Front desk said they would have to report in AM Breakfast provided but we wanted to eat locally. Families would appreciate having it there. Location was good, quiet at night. Parking available but only 3 handicapped spots. Overall it was okay place to stay since room was nice size and plenty of space.

The suite is nice and spacious. Big tv. We slept comfortably. Glad that the floor is switched to wood from carpet. I can walk around with socks and feet clean. No need to worry about filthy and wet carpets. A bit disappointed for the hot breakfast. The potatoes were soggy, watery scramble eggs due to it being covered and moisture kept in. I did enjoy the waffle and the coffee options.

The room looked very nice spacious. Bathroom was also very nice and clean. Lights needed to be a little bit brighter. My only complaint is the mattress. It needs to be replaced cause it has dips in it. Made it uncomfortable.

I should have requested a room on an upper floor. Very noisy on the bottom floor. Bathroom smelled like rotten eggs. Bathroom door would swing open if not shut all the way.

We liked the hotel. The only complaint is that the walls were thin, and we were up all night between the noise outside and hearing other guests' TVs, talking, and moving around.

The Manager (Pamela) and Manger’s manager Elie A. committed to do a full refund for one night assuring and reassuring me multiple times yesterday changing the time when the refund was going to be issued to come back today to retract! Had to clean the room myself Sat night and run Dow to get trash bags and towels because the crew member who I was told on probation, forgot to clean my room and the manager had no one to send me the towels, and I had to go get it myself. This is after they knew the coffeemaker’s pod spewed out coffee smashed all over my sweater and coffee maker had to be replaced. Horrendous management and they can not even keep their own commitment to make up for a horrible Stay.

I had the absolute WORST possible experience anyone could ever have while staying at this hotel. I booked on hotels.com and paid before checking in. Upon arrive the check in desk asked for my card, I assumed for incidentals, yes it was my mistake for not checking. They charged me in full for the room again. Fast forward to 8:00 in the morning when maintenance is knocking on the door to check vacant rooms, I inform him I checked in last night. 5 minutes later the manager comes pounding on my door and before even asking what my name was says she is calling the cops on me, that the room is supposed to be vacant. I inform her I actually paid twice and can show proof of payment. THEN she asks my name. And abruptly leaves. I went down stairs and asked for an explanation as to what just happened and she said whoever checked me in the night before checked me out at 4:45 in the morning marking the room as vacant. Needless to say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, the hotel did make things right in the end but that is besides the point. It doesn’t change the fact that the vacation that was supposed to be fun and relaxing was tarnished and ruined.

Every time I come to Temecula I stay here to stay near Old Town. I would like to say that the Front Desk Gal always helps us out. She has great customer service. She is very kind and has always made checking in so seamless. Never any fuss. It is a relief to see her everytime.

The room itself and hotel were fine. Great location and easy to get to. The problem came with they gave me a room was attached to another room which I believe Cheech and Chong were staying in. So, after dinner my 12-year-old and I came home to a completely hot boxed room. I called downstairs and asked to change rooms, but they said they were full and I could not move. So, we opened the window and tried to sleep with the freeway noise which was impossible. The front desk called next door and then the people yelled thru the door, thanks for snitching on them so obviously we became uneasy at this point. They then continued to party thru the night very loudly and we had to call again. They continued on as if nothing happened. So, we did not sleep, and my son definitely suffered at his baseball tournament the next day. I was very disappointed they never came up to check on them and make sure the nonsense ended. To top off this lovely night we woke to our room smelling like dog diarrhea. I'm guessing they partied too hard and left the dog to his own devices. We were all actually gagging and my husband had to leave the room for me to finish packing us up. I have no words for this stay, Needless to say if you need a good night's sleep. it's probably not your best choice as they don't help if there are problems.... And because I booked thru a third party they did nothing for us. yay!

Walls are super thin. Room next to us was extremely loud. They were playing loud music and having a party til about 4-5 in the morning. Didn’t get any sleep. Called the front desk and told them but nothing was done. The only reason we stayed here was to get some rest before our drive home the next morning and we couldn’t get that. What a waste of $250.

Checked in and my husband said out loud he forgot to buy his mild for his cookies . Nicole heard this and offers him a cup of milk. She was so thoughtful. Also I also come here when I come to Temecula and the breakfast gal is always the same gal . She’s very meticulous and cleaning and feeling things up and polite and I just wanted to thank all the staff there for making our stay always comfortable.

Pleasant and early check in. While waiting for a tour, the lady at the front desk advised us that a room was ready and we could check in then.

It was a good hotel for what we needed being in town for only two nights. The front desk was accommodating and getting us checked in in a timely manner.

During my trip the elevator broke. My fiancé and I were stuck for over 35 minutes. The fire department had to save us. What was worse… NOBODY from the hotel had any concerns for us. I had to call to see about compensation. Long story short I had to fight for compensation. Hotels.com hung up on me 3 times. And still have not got compensation correct. Trying to tell me I have to pay Half out of my pocket then get full compensation… smh

We have been staying here every time we visit Temecula since it was built. It is a great location. Within walking distance to Old Town with all the great restaurants and shopping.

Property is newly renovated and nice. Just surroundings are mixed. A lot of druggies in the area made me nervous for the kids

I had a great overall stay. The hotel is in a quiet area, within walking distance of Old Town Temecula, which was super convenient. There’s a Denny’s and gas station right across the street. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, though there was occasionally a strange odor that came and went in the hallways. Also, the walls seemed a bit thin—you could sometimes hear muffled voices or snoring from neighboring rooms, but nothing too disruptive. Parking was one of the highlights: free, easy, and super convenient right on site. A solid stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

We love the location of this hotel because it is convenient to the wineries but also close enough to walk to Old Town to enjoy the bars and restaurants there.

Every thing was just right, good value. Breakfest was very good. There is nothing I did'nt like.

Overall a great experience for a 2 star hotel. Clean rooms, no crazy smells, walls a little thin, but a responsive front desk. Decent breakfast options and a cool little automated espresso maker.
