The property is convenient and in a great location. The exterior has lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy. Parking is plentiful too near the main entrance. The lobby smells amazing! The front desk staff are nice & friendly. I love the green apples and the convenient pantry for snacks & beverages. In previous visits, I did make use of the laundry facilities. The rooms are clean and modern. I love staying at this property.

Very nice, clean, spacious room. Front desk personnel were very nice, professional and fast at check-in and check-out. Room has everything you would need for extended stay right down to dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, china, silverware, and dish cloths. Even had grills at the pool area.

Our stay here was good. We were looking forward to the outdoor swimming pool, but it was closed for the entirety of our visit. Everyone was very kind. Rooms were clean. We would stay here again.

Excellent property. Excellent checkin. Seems popular with weddings. Every time I’ve stayed here, someone was posing for wedding photos. I took advantage of their laundry room that is inside the fitness area. Bring quarters if you need to do some laundry from traveling.

We love Home 2 Suites. The rooms are very large and generally very clean. The service was outstanding. When we checked in, Ashley was kind and helpful. The room smelled dusty and musty when we got in. I told Ashley and she put an air freshener in it to help. The AC unit did a great job and didn’t keep cutting on and off like happens at so many hotels. The bathroom had lots of mold/mildew on the walls near the ceiling and the wall paper was peeling off. Breakfast was fine - there was a lot of stuff not out that I assume is generally out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

She also wouldn’t price match…made me go through the hassle of booking through Expedia, when she could have just matched their rate. Stains on the carpet inside rooms. The shower had mold on the ceiling, the soap dish had soap scum, the glass shower doors were disgusting. When I went to complain - was told it would be cleaned, finally it was after a second complaint. While trying to dishes water wouldn't drain found 2 caps in the sink another sign of neglect and not checking.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My one issue was a broken refrigerator! The freezer was operational but refrigerator section was HOT. Other than that, a great stay.

When we checked in, your staff was friendly and helpful; her name was Ashley, I think. Morning staff not rude but not friendly. Hotel was clean, breakfast foods were good. Coffee was watery, like the same coffee grounds were used twice!

Check in was great. Young lady at front desk was sweet and cheerful. Very helpful. So happy to see a clean, fresh room. Perfect in every way. Couldn’t ask for more. Very pleased! Excellent job from checkin to housekeeping! Great work.

The front desk clerk was courteous and efficient. The room was very clean, and I was surprised at how spacious it was! Great location near shopping and plenty of restaurants. I was in town for a concert at the Brandon Amphitheater, and it was about 20 minutes away.

My stay was good just didn’t like that hot breakfast was not available from 9a-10a makes no sense to me and very upset. I can understand not making more hot breakfast at 9:30a but I came Down at 9:05 so please do better with serving hot breakfast
