The pool seemed like the main attraction behind red rope and security at the door. When busy it’s unpleasant, overcrowded, as it overtakes the small main lobby with bar/restaurant stuffed in it and only two elevators servicing 200 rooms. Gave waterpark resort vibes in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were decent and clean but smelled like chlorine. Friendly staff and decent breakfast buffet. If Westin downtown had a better pool it would be perfect.

Overall stay was great, but my bathroom could have been cleaner. I bought some cleaning products and cleaned for myself. The floor around the toilet was really dirty with black dirt on the paper towel. The dirt wasn’t visible at first, but after wiping it made me question the real cleanliness of the room.

Upon checking into the property, I was asked if I wanted my room cleaned daily and I replied yes. My stay was from Thursday at check in until Sunday at check out. I never received clean towel and I had to get them before returning to my hotel room at end of day. Never received a clean bed. Every night when I returned to my room, the bed was as I left it. Other than these two small disappointments, I like everything about the hotel.

Booked a king. There were multiple small curly hairs in the sheets. Management wouldn’t bring sheets to the room and change them because they didn’t want to leave the front desk unattended (it was around midnight). They offered to switch my room and I accepted. I ended up in a room with double twins or double queens instead of a king.

Nice facility. Pool, lazy river, golf and adult areas for cocktails with live music as well as restaurants all on site. Now, there were a couple of negatives. The floor in our room had obviously not been mopped or vacuumed in a while. They sent someone when I asked that it at least be vacuumed, but even then it was just done in spots. We were there two nights and we were charged for coffee that I got the second morning from the front desk. I would have thought it should have been complimentary since it would have ordinarily already been provided in the room anyway. Overall it was nice and I would recommend it to friends.

Everything about the Sheraton was wonderful except the room we were in was next to the elevator (which is not a problem in itself) but the elevators made a loud popping sound anytime someone was using it. Other than that, absolutely would stay there again!

Place was immaculate. Modern. Clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lively atmosphere inside, yet peaceful outside in pool/lazy river area. Rooms were very quiet, spacious, comfortable, and very nice. Will stay here for the foreseeable future for business trips.

Loved the property. The breakfast buffet was superb Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was showers without a door. It made it a bit chilly in there and there was a little spray outside the shower

Great hotel. HOWEVER, food and director manager needs to be replaced. 3 spots to order all the same kitchen. Waited over an hour for one sandwich. Also, this property does not allow any outside food to be brought in an eaten at pool or pool deck or even in the lobby. If u order pizza for a group, you have to eat it in your room. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I get not by the pool maybe but they force u to eat their food and wait hours.

This is a nice hotel both outside and inside. This was my first time in Jackson, Mississippi. The hotel is in a nice area and close to many services. I didn't get a chance to try the golf course or the pool, but they look inviting. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinners were delicious and prepared better than expected. I have a few concerns. One, my room was never serviced. This may be a carryover from Covid, but I would have liked housekeeping to come at last once during a four night stay. The second issue was a loud party staying next to me one night having at party at midnight. To the hotel's credit, they approached the room and asked them to be more quiet, which helped a bit. Overall, I would stay here again.

The carrots on the menu were not edible. Just horrid. Sure there was a event going on at the property. My sister ordered overly salty gumbo and the bar girl said the event took all the crackers that were served with gumbo so no crackers or bread with gumbo. We had to return the Top shelf margarita, and we needed to ask for cocktail napkins, the service was awful but the hostess was awesome friendly! Our rooms are nice.
