Room was large and clean. Front Desk agents were friendly and informative. Grounds were pretty and parking garage was clean and well lit. Bistro food and service were awful. My chicken/bacon quesadilla had no bacon and no guacamole. Meatballs were mediocre and garlic bread was just toasted white bread. The lady serving everyone never smiled once and food took forever. We will definitely stay again at this nice hotel, but will venture out for all meals.

We loved our stay here. We were in town for a travel ball tournament. It was a great location & easy to walk to many restaurants. The kids would have enjoyed a pool, but this property only has a splash pad. It was very clean, great downstairs bar are, staff were very polite & friendly. We would def stay here again!

The put put golf is so small that it's only for 2-3 years old. The splash pad, fire pit were out of service as well as one of the elevators.

Excellent place to stay. The staff at check-in were so friendly, and helpful with all of our requests and questions. The room was nice, comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated that parking was free. We had breakfast in the Bistro the next morning and it was delicious. There are many restaurants within walking distance and it is the perfect location for attending events at Sweetland Amphitheatre. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Has some rough edges... could use some updates. All in all we had an okay stay. They could really clean this place up to give a better experience to guests. Garage elevator was disgusting. Stairwells disgusting. Room tile was chipped and just looked like it had seen better days. I would opt to stay elsewhere in the future. The Carrollton Courtyard was in far better condition.

The hotel was nice but our room was not great. The AC was extremely loud and the area around the toilet had a lime green spray pattern on the wallpaper that just looked gross. If we had been there more than 1 night and were not completely exhausted we would’ve asked to change rooms. That room should be fixed before putting guests in it.

We stay here everytime we stay the weekend in Lagrange. Beautiful clean rooms. The beds and pillows are super confortable. It overlooks the town square. Lots of good restaurants and shopping to walk to. There is a convenient parking garage steps from the hotel. 20 minutes from Pine mountain and Calloway gardens.

None of my requests were honored. I woke up swollen and red because I’m allergic to down. I asked for a feather free room I asked for a room close to the elevator I got one as far as possible! Checking out service was horrible No smile Most expensive hotel in La Grange should be ashamed giving this type of service I’m rebooked 2 more nights due to mom in hospital. Hope service improves

There was a fight going on in another room that moved out into the hallway. They were yelling profanities and physically fighting each other. A female was screaming loudly in the hallway. When I called the front desk, they stated they had taken care of it. Minutes later they were back to fighting. When I called the desk again, she said she would send someone to talk to them. Talking to them should not have been an option. The police should have been called and they should have been removed from the property. We had our granddaughter with us. What if one of them would have had a gun and started shooting. Someone could have been hurt or killed. The front staff was irresponsible in not having these people arrested. I was very disappointed in the choices that were made by the hotel not to protect their other guests.

I am a disabled Army veteran, due to his medical knowledge he helped me to calm down and control my breathing enabling me get my anxiety under control! This stay was perfect after having a few challenges on my one night stay previously. The staff service was wonderful and the manager immediately took accountability for the challenges I had in my first visit. Let me say my challenges were due to service-the room, the location etc. was wonderful.

I like the hotels location. The room was clean. There was an issue with the closet door, it didn’t open all the way. But my biggest issue was the customer service from the person working in the front desk. It was bad.

This property is located in the center of old town LaGrange. The area is abundant with beautiful flowers and trees and historical architecture. Walking around to the shops and restaurants is convenient and so enjoyable! I liked it so much the first stay, I went back for a holiday visit. The staff are ready and happy to make your stay the best.

The property itself is clean and convenient. Beware of additional charges on your credit card. I disputed a rogue $42 restaurant charge [apparently a bagel, white mocha & avocado toast] someone charged to my room. Hitel is trying to charge me when they dont have record of us dining in. We ate at Waffle House & Jim Bobs that day. Hotel manager is reluctant to take action. Food & Beverage manager is digging in... I'm like pull the lobby surveillance bc it was not me. Now having to go through Discover to dispute because of staff incompetence and lack of action. Was in town for a wedding and now dealing with extra shenanigans. Thanks for nothing Marriott!
