Great hotel if you need to be on A&M campus. Two confusing things for 1st timers: Hotel elevator - get off on floor 2 to connect to walkway that takes you to garage level 3. To reach guest floors, have your room key to touch a pad on the elevator - good security feature but unexpected for 1st timers.

This property was right across from Kyle Field. It had all the amenities you need from pool to deli, bar and grill, restaurant and gym. Plenty of rooms available for conferences, Etc. Downfall was it is pet friendly and the yelpers made for an unpleasant rest. Also, there is a railway close by and you hear the train horn at all hours as it passes by. Lastly, the restaurant was supposed to be open for lunch on Sunday didnt open as mentioned, they offered a Sunday brunch but by the time we arrived it closed in 30 minutes. So, we had to leave to get food elsewhere.

Very convenient to all things Texas A&M... Right next to Kyle field, so no worries about parking or shuttling to game. The only major problem is that the train rolls through in the middle of the night and you will almost certainly wake up, especially if you are on the train side. Otherwise, fantastic service, very roomy rooms and bathrooms, and the amenities out and about the place are really great. Gym was nice, too!

Beautiful and well kept hotel. Everything was 5 min away! Very convenient when visiting friends or family who attends Texas A&M. My visit was great. Pool and gym were nice. If you are irritated with noise easily I would be mindful of the train. My room was near the train tracks. You can hear the train but it’s not too terrible. They provide ear buds to cancel the noise or just ask for a room that’s not near the tracks. Parking is $15 per night.

I love that the hotel is on campus, directly across from the stadium. The pool is small but nice, and I love the 3rd floor rooms directly off of the pool area. They’re much closer to parking!

Everything was excellent except for a crusty stain on the decorative throw on the bed. Not sure what it was but eww. We’ve gone there before and have always had a great experience. Just this time it didn’t seem the bed was that clean. Everything else was pretty clean and the staff was super friendly as always.

Our stay was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The restaurant had a great breakfast and the service was amazing. Will definitely continue to stay when coming to visit our son at A&M.

The person that checked me in was efficient but not friendly. The hotel smelled like a locker room. There were huge stains on the chaise by the window. The hotel was, however, quiet and convenient.

My room did not feel clean. The bathroom floor was sticky, the bed had fallen hairs, and the mini fridge was full of the previous guest’s takeout. It also took 30 minutes to get through the check-in line. I’m a former student, so I decided to do myself the luxury of staying here and spent much more for my night than I typically do when traveling. It was a disappointing experience despite how much I love the campus itself. I don’t think I’ll return.

The room cleaning needs to be monitored and really cleaned regularly. 1. There was big dust balls around the headboard/ nightstands edges, the headboard was filthy, drawer and door handles filthy, both doors filthy especially around handles, lots of dust on shelving/desk/magazine shelves/lamp stand/metal stand on chair. I was able to clean these areas myself but took me a while and was gross. 2. Shower had some kind of pink slimy looking stuff around the outside of it. The shower door was very loud and squeaky. The shower plumbing made banging sounds when turned at a certain temperature. 3. Had to ask to get house keeping to clean my room for the day. Only emptied trash and gave me fresh towels. The bed was not made and they did not vacuum. 4. AC did not seem to cool down and/or had a false reading on the thermostat.

The rooms were clean and the sheets comfortable, as well as bedding! It was nice that you had to use your key to get into the facilities and to the main aspect of the room locations. Staff was very kind and friendly.

The most conveniently located hotel. Spacious room, exceptionally clean, and great staff. My only reason for the 4 stars is that it was quite the trek with luggage from the garage to our room and you could only take certain elevators. Bed was very firm. Still would probably stay again and try to find a luggage cart.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! It was within walking distance of the MSC and Reed Arena, which was exactly where we needed to be! We even got an early check in which was awesome! Somewhat inconvenient that the room did not have a microwave but this really isn't a "microwave in the room" kind of hotel! Beds were super comfy and the entrance to Kyle Field was literally a stone's throw away. 10/10 definitely recommend!

This property is very clean compared to many hotels. Just be aware that although this is touted as a luxury hotel, the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. My back actually hurt from sleeping there and I don’t have a bad back.

Loved the staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint was in my room my coffee maker didn’t work and my bathroom fan didn’t work but I was so busy I never called to let the staff know so partially on me for not bringing it to their attention.

Staff and Hotel were very accommodating. I was allowed to check-in an hour early and check out an hour late. Parking was free. I did NOT like that my room faced the train tracks and yes the train is loud. Other than that the hotel is great!

We stayed because we were attending a game at TAMU. This hotel was in the perfect location. Bailey at the front desk was so friendly at check in. The hotel itself was spacious and immaculately clean. They thought of every little Aggie detail. Wonderful stay! We’ll be back!

The Southern hospitality and Aggie Spirit is no joke here! Best service and friendliest staff we have ever encountered. And this hotel? One of the best I have ever stayed in! Hoping my soon chooses to go to Texas A&M so I can continue to stay there every time I visit! (We were on a college tour) I 100% recommend this hotel!

Some of the staff was friendly. I requested a late check out and was denied. I just needed 30 additional minutes. They said because they were sold out. Which was not true. I went on line and there were plenty of rooms available for booking. That would have made a huge difference in my experience at check out. Checkin and checkout are the most stressful part the the stay at a hotel.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Employees were amazing; everyone of them from Hayden to Sean, as well as the wait staff in the steakhouse restaurant! No one could have been any more accommodating. Bed was very comfortable as well. Service in every area was terrific!

The coffee shop was not good. Recommend getting upgraded coffee and breakfast. Eggs were powdery. Coffee was from a mix. The coffee attendants were grumpy.

Very convenient location and comfortable room. Only complaints were we paid a premium for a room with a view of Kyle Field, our view ended up being of an internal hotel stairwell with a glimpse of the roof of Kyle Field above it, and breakfast service in the hotel restaurant was so nonexistent we finally left without ordering.

Staff was so courteous and the restaurant was superb! My waiter was Dario and he was present without being intrusive. The host was gracious was check on me as well. The food was really good too. Great experience would not hesitate to go back. Much better than staying in Houston for the night!!!

Loved the hotel Perfect location The restaurant on the bottom floor was below average. The cook seems to have to cook for a lot of people and told us basically he didn't have time to make pancakes for the buffet we ordered For 24.95 /adult this buffet is not up to par to me. I basically got some pastries No pancakes No eggs they were out and since he told me he didn't have time to make some pancakes I didn't even ask for the eggs.

Hmmm. The property is in relatively good condition. The staff are just punching the clock, nothing exceptional. Dining was OK/ blah. They really need to figure out how to make this better than another captive university hotel!
