Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms, refillable water bottles to reduce plastic waste which is great.

Rommet var i moderne stil. Rent og god plass. Det samme gjaldt badet. Det var hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Frokosten var bra og inneholdt det meste vi ønsket oss. Å få booket massasje i Spaet viste seg å være mere omstendelig enn ventet. Så det er nok anbefalt å gjøre før turen starter. Beliggenheten gjør at ved dette hotellet kan taxi bringe og hente ved inngangsdøren. Vi savnet safe på rommet.

I received a needed massage and it was available the day we arrived. We checked in one hour early. Staff was helpful finding restaurants even though they have one.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Gdansk Old Town Square. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient place to stay. It overlooks the restaurants and Is directly opposite Hard Rock Cafe!!! The exterior is typical of Gdansk however the interior is very modern. We received an upgrade based on my standing with Hotels.com and for that we got a view of the main square which was lovely. Side room views perhaps are not so great. The room was spacious. All amenities - fridge, iron, plenty of sockets, coffee facilities and coffee machine. Air conditioning which was good as it was very hot when we were there. Check in was quick and courteous. We arrived early at 12, but as our room was ready we were able to check in. Just a heads up if you check in early the hotel charges 50 PLN. Now that’s nothing, but why charge if the room is ready? However we were happy to pay. That was our only contact with reception until check out, apart from hello / goodbye on passing. Breakfast is 80 PLN per head. To be honest with so many restaurants around there are good deals to be had nearby There is a spa and lots of treatments reasonably priced. We didn’t manage to fit one in, unfortunately. My only gripe, if that, about the hotel was the bar area. We like a drink in the hotel. This bar is an area set aside in reception with 2 stools. Not appealing. It’s a personal thing, but definitely not for us. It didn’t affect our stay at all.

Superfint och trevligt hotell med bra läge men ändå inte lyhört. Härlig frukost. Tyvärr litet gym men vi testade ett stort i köpcentrum Forum istället. Kändes fräscht och stilrent.

Reichhaltiges Buffet, mit kleinen Besonderheiten, z.B. Shots mit Rote Beete oder Sauerkrautsaft, Beilagen wie warmes Grillgemüse oder weiße Bohnen in Tomatensoße, aber auch leckere kleine Kuchen. Das dunkle Brot war manchmal knapp. Insgesamt ein toller Start in den Morgen. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Eingangshalle altbaubedingt etwas ungemütlich und zugig. Der Aufenthaltsraum neben dem Eingang könnte besser in kleinere Sitzecken eingeteilt werden, damit sich dort nicht nur eine Gruppe treffen und aufhalten kann. Der Rotwein an der Bar war zunächst zu kalt, aber dann exzellent. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer war schön. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das morgendliche, täglich neue Glockenspiel vom Rathausturm. Insgesamt haben wir die Lage des Hotels sehr genossen, da man aus der Tür unmittelbar auf die Fußgängerzone der Altstadt tritt.

Fantastic location, just steps from the main pedestrian street. Very friendly and helful staff. The room was clean and modern, daily supply of fresh water bottles was a nice touch. Great breakfast with the best scrambled eggs I've had in a long time. Not happy with the poor Wi-Fi - signal (room 407).

Perfekt beliggenhet, store, fine og reine rom, god frokost! Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Kan anbefales for en behagelig byferie. Spa og treningsrom var skuffende. Det virket ikke som om de som gav behandling var kvalifiserte til dette og det var ingen kommunikasjon underveis i behandlingen. Svært dårlig valuta for pengene i spabehandlingen.

Charmig och väldigt bra beläget hotell. Nära till allt vi gjorde. Bra frukost, inte den bästa jag upplevt men absolut tillfredställande. Stort minus för vad dom kallade för gym i källaren.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable room. very central , great breakfast. Staff a little inexperienced and the gym is poor.

Fin service og pæne omgivelser. Værelset var ok, men gulvtæppet var slidt og der løb sølvfisk rundt og det var rimelig ulækkert.

Bra beliggenhet, god frokost. Kalde rom og iskalde gulv på badet. Spindelvev i taket på badet og over sengen.

Nyoppusset og god rengjøring.

It was a lovely hotel, and literally just off the main area, so a perfect location to explore from. Our only issue was the bugs we were finding in our room and on our beds (looked like very large silverfish), but the receptionist was lovely and changed our room late at night for us. I'd still recommend staying as our issue may have been a one off

Really friendly and helpful staff. Location was really convenient for everything as hotel is very central. Small convenience stores and an abundance of different eateries dotted throughout the area. Area steeped in history, loads to admire and investigate on the doorstep. View from the 4th floor window was an array of beautiful buildings on the long market. Windows fairly soundproofed considering how busy an area it is in. Room was minimalist and spacious. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast offering. Only disappointments were that there were no pillow protectors and the mattress protector was smaller than the mattress, therefore not covering it completely. Bathroom porcelain was clean however stained around the shower area with watermarks and found a silverfish in the sink one day.

Dårlig service, skitten laken, veggdyr på romma, minimalt i frokostbuffen, dyre priser på massasje enn five sens rett borte i gata som er proffe.

Flott hotell med bra rom, vi fikk rom mot hovedgaten så her fikk vi se/høre livet i Gdansk. Ikke for dem følsomme for lyd.

Room was good and clean,the cleaner was brilliant,I was in room 218 right at the front we're main strip is,the noise was horrendous at night,apart from that it was good, breakfast was brilliant,but I would not stay at the front of the hotel again,

Directly in the city centre, facing Długi Targ. Some rooms, e.g. 317 - 320 directly facing the square, so the have amazing view, but are a bit noisier. Most of the rooms are in the courtyard wing. Very nice design. Very good, but not amazing breakfast.

Great location our room was situated on the entrance side were a lot of building work was going on which started at 7am not great but staff were fantastic

Bed and pillow were not so comfy. Heating controls were convoluted and difficult to set easily. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Not so much a negative comment but they really push selling wine, 2 bottles out in the room and signs saying “save water, drink wine” which as a long time non drinker I found amusing.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen und erkunden. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Personen reichten die Kleiderbügel, 5 an der Zahl, leider nicht aus. Auch der Kleiderschrank hätte etwas größer, vielleicht auch etwas anders aufgeteilt, sein können. Ein Zimmersafe war leider nicht vorhanden.

Lovely stay. Fine check in. Clean big rooms. But if you stay Friday and Saturday don’t book rooms facing the fountain. There is a lot of noise coming from the street and night club all night long. Service was fine. We changed the room with no problem at all. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. Sadly we had a fire alarm while staying. We acted as voice directed in the alarm, but no service employees informed us anything. Everybody just stood around the hotel waiting for information that never came. At last we all came back in the reception and assumed that there was no fire. New costumers could also with no problem enter the building without information. A fire drill would be in its place.

An excellent hotel for travellers that want a clean bedroom, modern bathroom, comfortable sleep, and a filling breakfast. Overall very friendly staff (Maciej) who are very helpful and give tips and offer advice for getting around both Gdansk and the neighbouring places of interest i.e. Gdynia, Sopot etc. Best mid range hotel I have been to in the last 5yrs.

Perfect location - right in the centre of town but up a side-street which meant it was very quiet, and 2mins walk to the riverside/promenade & island. All staff were extremely friendly & welcoming, especially the main reception. Hotel felt spacious & very well maintained. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Large rooms & comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom with luxury shampoo & shower gel, and good quality towels. Breakfast was amazing (room was a bit small & struggled to cope with core busy times) All in all - absolutely amazing hotel

One thing I didn’t like about this hotel policy is I arriving from 18 hrs trip around 1:30 PM they told me earlier check-in it cost $50 because check-in time is 3 PM. I have been around the world many hotels if room is available you should allow customer to check in before 3 PM if room is not available you let the customer know but room was available & they request $50 to check in early if I had to check out 7:00 AM in the morning, do you have to refund me the money no, this is the only reason next time I will choose different hotel

Check in was at 3pm we arrived at 2.05pm and was told by the gentleman we could check in early for an extra 50zl (£10ish), this automatically put me on the back foot, the room must have been ready, normally staff just say come back after 3pm. We came back and checked in with a lovely young lady. Room was spacious but single beds were uncomfortable. Great shower, toiletries provided. Breakfast was nothing like as good as February when I stayed last time, so disappointed with that. The location of the hotel is perfect, the one thing it lacks is a lounge area to sit and relax in.

You can’t beat the location. Friendly staff. The downside… our room was ready before 3, but they made us pay to check in early ( it was about an hour early, but we paid the money to be able to just check in). I thought this was very inappropriate. I work in the hotel industry and never heard of this ! The room is very basic and they could make it a bit more comfortable.

Very good location, nice view of the old town from the room, and clean and comfortable room.

Hotel itself was really nice. Staff were friendly. I was on the 4th Floor room looked out onto Main Street. Could hear everything outside. To say the noise was bad is an understatement! Felt like I was sitting in a bar. This continued around till 5 am. Couldn’t sleep at all. Was absolutely wiped out, through lack of sleep. Ruined the stay. Other than that hotel was really nice.

I hjertet av Gdansk og et fantastisk sted å bo i forhold til alle opplevelsene. Stille og rolig selv om hovedgaten er rett rundt hjørnet. Kan anbefales på det varmeste.

Got a room on the 1st floor right by the walking street. Colud have been a bit more quite. Sleept so so. Everythingelse excellent

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the old town, with tourist attractions just a 1-minute walk away. It was also very easy to find using Google Maps. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

Fint, trevligt och fräscht hotell. Jättefin utsikt mot torget, men det var endel ljud på kvällen. Om man sover lätt finns en risk att man också väcks varje timme av rådhusets klockor. Men i övrigt toppen! God och trevlig frukost, lyxigt med olika nötkrämer. Tyvärr spelades otroligt dålig julmusik varje frukost, det sänkte upplevelsen något.

We had a quiet and restful stay, the hotel location is great, close to the main downtown restaurants and stores. It was a bit hard to find the hotel entrance, it is on a narrow street

Excellent location very modern and clean.

Hotel had excellent location, 25 meters to old town with lots of restaurants and sights. Just enough distance that it was quite peaceful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options (just skip the vitamin shots, too healthy tasting for us). Our room had view to empty lot and building under renovation, but didn't spend too much time looking out.

3 days weekend break. Lovely hotel in the centre of town. Was offered breakfast but declined as it seemed very expensive. I also prefer to go eat out in a nice cafe. Only bad thing for me was the constant bell ringing of the nearby church and I mean on the hour throughout the night. At 3am awoken by the bell. But this is what you get by staying in such a central location in the old town centre

This hotel is perfectly pleasant and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was not great - limited selection and wasn’t great quality. It’s difficult to regard this as a 4 star hotel as it felt pretty basic. It was clean though and centrally located. As long as your expectations are not too high then it’s OK!

Rent og pent over alt,vi reiser gjerne dit igjen. Veldig gode senger og nydelig frokost. Litt trangt buffé område.

Værelset var fint. Vi synes dog morgenmaden var MEGET dyr i forhold til det tilbudte. Der var masser toppings, men ingen yogurt. Man havde valgt at tilkoble kaffe maskinen til soya mælk, så det betød ingen kaffe med almindelig mælk. 80 polske kr. er meget dyrt i forhold til hvad du får af lækker og stor morgenmad med kaffe og juice rundt i byen.
