Uitstekend hotel. Zijn er 3 nachten geweest met 5 volwassenen. Erg uitgebreid ontbijt met heel veel keuze. Gedurende middag hebben ze allemaal lekkernijen wat je kan pakken en deze waren ook van goede kwaliteit. Ook een uitgebreide koffiebar aanwezig met veel verschillende soorten koffie. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen!!

Excellent hotel with professional staff, they speak English and did they best to offer you a good service. Room are pretty good and clean. The location is near to shopping mall and transportation is few steps from the hotel. Car valet is available and free of charge which is my favorite. At the end this hotel is the best and you will never regret for choosing it. Thanks for all staff for everything.

Great hotel to stay at clean rooms and nice staff. The hotel has a nice little atmosphere with with statues from various movies and cartoon shows. The food is good and there is a buffet of desserts free for hotel guest.

Very generous hotel specially after you have a generous Turkish breakfast. They have an open buffet until 9pm. Staff are always there to please guests. Clean rooms. Rooms size is sufficient. Restaurant is huge opens until 1030pm with room service. Very reasonable priced. Güzelyurt Metro station is outside hotel door with elevators available. Şok convenient grocery shop is one minute walk. Marmara Mall is less than 10 minutes walk. Hotel is about 45-60 minutes away from İstanbul Airport. Safety deposit box in the room as well as with the reception. I have never seen more pleasant and excellent service like this hotel I wish I can rate them more than 5 stars. It is conveniently located in Beylikduzu although its about 90 minutes away traveling from old İstanbul area I still would like to return here. My best regards to all wonderful workers from the rooms cleaners to the highest management.

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff very attentive and polite. Free snacks, cakes hot dogs ect. Brilliant decor with Disney and universal figures everywhere. Have been to Disney many times and wish there hotels were as good as this. Would definitely stay again. Slight drawback is that it is on main road so can be quite noisy with crazy Istanbul traffic.

Otel çok temizdi, konum olarak e5 kenarında olduğu için gece biraz sesliydi. Otel konsepti çok iyiydi sanki otel değil müze gezmiş gibi hissettiriyor. Lobide bir sürü atıştırmalıklardan ücretsiz faydalanabiliyorsunuz bazıları çok lezzetli bazıları ise idare ederdi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri ve lezzetleri gayet iyiydi memnun kaldık. Nice hotel and helpful staff. Murad at the reception was very helpful . The room was little small but it was ok for two of us . The breakfast was exceptional and also they have snacks available from 1 pm ubtil 10 pm. The hotel is on busy road but overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I like the breakfast well set. Great Choices. Also the coffee break is amazing with the food, cakes, and Healthy drinks set up in the lobby from 1PM. to 9 PM. The only remarks is the Air-condition is set up on the heat and the weather was hot on the day I was at the Hotel.

I have stayed at other hotels in Istanbul including the area where Vespia is located (e.g. Hilton Garden Inn, etc.), and have always encountered helpful staff employees. However, Vespia stands out as an outlier. To be fair, staff reflect the management attitudes, and hence cannot be blamed. Vespia is not cooperative, not helpful, and they seem to careless.

Das Hotel war ein schönes Hotel, ist aber direkt an einer schnellstraße gelegen, sollte man bei Buchung beachten. Konzept fand ich schön und außergewöhnlich. leider konnte mir beim check out keine Rechnung erstellt werden, was für Business reisende obligatorisch sein sollte, habe auch jetzt Tage danach noch keine Rechnung erhalten die ich dringend für unsere interne Abrechnung benötige . Der Mitarbeiter an der Reception war überfordert und hatte mir versichert die Rechnung wird online per mail zugestellt . bis jetzt nicht passiert. es ist ärgerlich

Otel, odalar, otelin imkanları gayet iyi ancak özellikle söylenmesi gereken şey, otel personelinin kibarlığı, tutum ve davranışları. Uzun zamandır bu kadar kibar, nazik çalışanı bir arada görmemiştim. Sanki kibar olmaları konusunda özellikle eğitilmişler gibi. Bu durum çok hoşuma gitti. Resepsiyonda da, biz kaynaklı yaşadığımız bir aksiliğe karşı hızlı ve doğru çözüm buldular. Konaklamadan genel hatlarıyla gayet memnun kaldık.
