A great stay, nice, clean and spacious. Staff are truly helpful. The area is filled with delicious food restaurants and easy to walk to time square and sogo. The best part is the facility has a gym and a Dyson hair dryer will the amenities

Room I stayed in had a stuffy smell but air conditioning and humidifier/dehumidifier/purifier in the room did the trick. Bathroom is a bit small but does the job and is overall quite clean. Convenient location with supermarket across the road and a 7/11 convenience store a bit further. Tram stop outside but otherwise it's about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest MTR (it's literally in between two MTR stations; Fortress Hill and Tin Hau, so probably head to either one based on where you need to go). Will suggest higher levels would be more comfortable; I stayed on level 6 and had the bright sign outside the window. The blackout curtains did well but you still have a bright outline so light sleepers take note. Victoria Park very close as were restaurants, MTR and shops. Good all-round base to explore Hong kong. The Hotel was very clean, rooms made up every day, air conditioning worked well.

Had 2 nights stay in eco tree hotel. Pretty good, clean and easy access. Only one day I found hairs in my new hand towel… would recommend if housekeeping can be more careful about this.

Unfortunately I was not satisfied at all with the room . There were some plastic protections under the pillows and the mattress . Making it very uncomfortable . The mattress was very hard and very uncomfortable to sleep. The second day my room was not made when I come to the hotel at 15:00pm

It is an OK hotel. The hotel is very close to the A11 airport bus stops (in and outbound) and the Tin Hau MTR. There are many restaurants nearby. I stayed for 27 nights. I had a bed bug incident after a few nights. After reporting to the front desk, they moved me to another room. I assumed that they would do something in the original room for the new customers.

Location is great, walking distance from Causeway Bay without the crowds. Right next to Electric Road which has lots of great restaurants, lunch spots and takeaway places. There is a lot of sound bleed between the rooms, we could hear the plumbing and people's conversations which made it hard to sleep sometimes. The mattresses were also covered in plastic beneath the sheet, I presume for longevity, but it made it hot and unpleasant to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights when I checked in late evening, the staff was not polite and had me to wait 4 others persons after me. Room was clean but very bad interior design, my bed was 2 single beds placed together so there’s a gap in the middle deep down inside. Also the wall between the end of the bed frame only 12” for me I am tall woman was not enough room to walk between. Morning staffs are present and good manners though. Anyway I will not consider to come back in the future.

We had booked 2 rooms on the same floor, house keeping would slip a note under our door saying our 'do not disturb' sign was on and they didnt come in to clean. every morning the note was slipped into our doors at 8AM!! One day we were back in the hotel resting at 430pm, house keeping knock on our doors and asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned. I told her the 'do not disturb' sign is ON, she then said: i just want to see if you want your room cleaned. I said the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign IS ON so you shouldnt be ringing my door like this.. Obviously they are not trained properly.

Very nice, comfortable, boutique-like hotel in Hong Kong, convenient to metro, buses, shopping, dining, and very close to the harbor. A few things to note: - There is no restaurant at the hotel, but lots of options just outside, including a nice little coffee shop with pastries and a pretty good grocery store. - The pillows on the bed all have plastic wrap on the inside, which makes them not breathable and your head gets sweaty at night. We removed them. - Very helpful staff, dehumidifier, coffee/tea in the room, umbrellas - nice amenities - The hotel is on a small side street, and showing its address to taxis doesn’t always get you to the front door (around the block, instead). It’s best to get a card from the front desk that includes instructions for taxis. - Nice TV in the room, very limited channels - The bed is somewhat hard, but ok, but has a few uncomfortable areas due to being two beds joined into a king - WiFi was decently fast We definitely recommend and would visit this hotel again!

It’s tucked into a street that’s hard to find and I used to live in HK! Rooms are on the smaller side but costly. The plus side are the eating areas nearby and Victoria park for an early morning walk. I will only stay there again if the price is lower and there’s no other option.

Victoria Park very close as were restaurants, MTR and shops. Good all-round base to explore Hong kong. The Hotel was very clean, rooms made up every day, air conditioning worked well.

炮台山駅から徒歩10分弱で、交通便利です。電車のほか空港バスも乗れるようです。 近くに飲食店、スーパー、コンビニも複数あるので、周囲環境も良いです。 客室もスーツケースが広げられる程度の広さで、清掃もしっかりとされていて快適でした。

Great location on the HK island in between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill (minutes' walk from both MTR stations and bus and tram routes). The rooms are cosy but exceptionally clean and makes good use of the space available (eg, plenty of storage space in the bathroom and the use of fold out chair/stools to maximise space). The beds are comfortable and the shower box is spacious. The reception team is helpful and Amy, the house services supervisor, is friendly and warm and does audits regularly to ensure guests' feedback on the condition and cleaniliness of the rooms are collated. Tonnes of food options nearby and the famous Victoria Park is only a few minutes' walk away (and the famous Causeway Bay is only on the other side of the park for dining and shopping). Highly recommended if you are not want to break the bank but still want a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Very nice, comfortable, boutique-like hotel in Hong Kong, convenient to metro, buses, shopping, dining, and very close to the harbor. A few things to note: - There is no restaurant at the hotel, but lots of options just outside, including a nice little coffee shop with pastries and a pretty good grocery store. - The pillows on the bed all have plastic wrap on the inside, which makes them not breathable and your head gets sweaty at night. We removed them. - Very helpful staff, dehumidifier, coffee/tea in the room, umbrellas - nice amenities - The hotel is on a small side street, and showing its address to taxis doesn’t always get you to the front door (around the block, instead). It’s best to get a card from the front desk that includes instructions for taxis. - Nice TV in the room, very limited channels - The bed is somewhat hard, but ok, but has a few uncomfortable areas due to being two beds joined into a king - WiFi was decently fast We definitely recommend and would visit this hotel again!

Location is great, walking distance from Causeway Bay without the crowds. Right next to Electric Road which has lots of great restaurants, lunch spots and takeaway places. There is a lot of sound bleed between the rooms, we could hear the plumbing and people's conversations which made it hard to sleep sometimes. The mattresses were also covered in plastic beneath the sheet, I presume for longevity, but it made it hot and unpleasant to sleep.

Overall hotel service was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Room and washroom was small but yet comfortable. Easily accessible by public transport with a couple of MTR stations close by. Victoria park is nearby. Dining around the area a tad limited but still available. Overall, positive experience!

For the price, you really cannot beat this hotel. It has a very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to the MTR. Beds are on the firmer side as is standard in East Asian countries, but the front desk is happy to provide another set of sheets that you can use to make the bed a bit softer. The strong Water pressure in the shower and the equally adequate AC system also made this a comfortable stay. If you are looking for a cost effective, comfortable, and well located stay, this is a great choice. Special thanks to Ruby for your friendly service.
