The room was clean and spacious. Parking was plentiful and convenient and the staff was top notch. Highly recommend.

They have a nice outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

I got a studio queen for 4 nights. It was very nice having a kitchenette, although we didn't have a stove, we had full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a collection of plates and utensils. We were able to eliminate costly restaurant meals in favor of getting groceries from the store. In fact, 2 groceries were right down the road from the hotel within walking distance. Breakfast - was great for the price (no extra costs!). ALthough not the best breakfast, it was substantial and again, it was no charge. What I saw every morning: premade omelets, egg and sausage breakfast bowls, egg and sausage/bacon biscuits, cold boiled eggs, waffle maker, crockpot oatmeal, a selection of cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, and a few other assorted things. The omelets were always put out last, so if you arrive early you have to be a little patient to get the hot eggs. Fitness room - whenever I travel, I always use the fitness center unless I am only staying one night. This room had 5 cardio machines, a rack of dumbells, an adjustable workout bench, yoga mats, and a multipurpose adjustable weights machine. It was not bad, I went every morning while I was there for a 60 minute workout. Missing - high end services. No bar, no restaurant, and so no room service. I didn't miss any of that, if you want a luxury hotel, you book a room at a luxury hotel. THe Home2Suites is not designed as a luxury hotel, but it seemed to cater for people who were going to have longer stays.

Pretty Good. I wish there would have been room cleaning daily. Coffee for breakfast was cold one morning. Work out room was dirty.

Our family came to Gilbert AZ to join our choir for the weekend. The hotel suites were perfect for our family of 6. We booked 2 king suites for extra space. There was plenty of room, the mini kitchen was perfect for storing and feeding the family on the go. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. My husband and kiddos loved the breakfast provided, especially the waffles! The pool was a favorite, just wish we had more time to play!

The only thing we didn't love was the single elevator in the whole place and it was at 1 end of the hotel, so if you where on the 5th floor and on the opposite end as the elevator it made for a very very long walk every time you left your room.

Jonathan was great in making sure we had everything we needed! The room was clean, as well as the pool. The continental breakfast could use some work. Seemed to have very little options. But had great coffee!

Great hotel for a quick trip or an extended stay. The room is fully equipped with dishes, sink & microwave which was great for us. They even have BBQs on the patio. We were able to make meals instead of eating out each night. Friendly staff and the clean hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. This has been one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve ever had the room had all of the amenities plus some that I never would’ve imagined such as a dishwasher and the availability of a cooktop if you so choose, the staff was incredible and checked in via text on the first day and I accidentally left my blinds open and they gladly went and shut them without a second Five star hotel breakfast was amazing, pool was clean and the area around the pool was great for sunbathing when I had the time the gym facilities were great absolutely no complaints!!

The fact that there aren’t enough handicap parking near the door entrances

The room was slightly older than I usually experience at Home2Suites. I had travelled for 18 hrs by the time I got to the hotel and so I was too tired to go back to reception when I found my toilet hadn’t been flushed and had poop in! Yuk! The bed seemed super old and this place seems like it needs a refurbishment. The gentleman on the front desk was really nice and welcoming tho and check in was great and also the ladies on checkout were excellent. The rooms just need a little TLC and a deeper clean!

Room was infested with bugs, filthy and in a serious state of disrepair. Blinds were torn. Paint issues everywhere. Filthy bathroom.

The buzzing fridge drove us nuts n the room stunk. Had to buy a pllug in!

Our first room wasn't cleaned. Tge frodge was full of spoiled food that had a foul smell that permeated the room. The lovely young lady at the desk moved us to another room immediately. I don't know her name but she was awesome. After thus was foxed the stay was very pleasant. Very quiet room, breakfast was acceptable but coukd have a larger selection. Overall, a great stay. We will book here again.

Over all good experience. Safe area and cozy room. Could've been a little bigger for a suite and bathroom could've been a bit cleaner (previous guests hair in the shower) but other than those things it was comfortable and nice.

Only stayed one night but all staff were friendly. The room and common areas were very clean. Very quiet in the room and the shower was perfect!!

The room smelled & Housekeeping wasn’t once a day

Had to get shower gel, hand soap, and clean bedspread upon arriving. Carpet tile near bed was stained.

The occupants above me were making excessive noise. I called the front desk about it. The only option was given was stay where I was and they'd call them to keep it down or move next door to room that noise was coming from. I feel as though I was given no options at all. When they finally decided to move me, they moved me to a room that was not clean. First the room smelled like farts, comstant farts. When i pulled the sheets back, there was pet hair present.I dont own any pets so this was not just transfer. The sheets were wrinkled as if some one just got out of that bed. Although the bathroom was stock with clean towels it was also not cleaned before the room was offered to me. The floor was not mopped and the walls (washable wallpaper) had stain s on the near the toilet and over the sink areas like some one was throwing something at the walls. For fear of being moved to the basement or somwhere less accommodating than a dirty room, I cleaned the room and changed the sheets myself. I'LL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

I would not recommend for families with babies or young toddlers that need a bath tub

Bed was so comfortable and very clean room. I don't like open closets, and the couch was not comfortable at all. The staff were awesome and great breakfast selection but would like to see more Keto friendly items.

The beds are absolutely awful. Rock hard. We had a herd of Elephants in the room above us. It sounded like they were rearranging furniture the entire trip, and the front desk employee couldn't have cared less when we informed her. For $700 for two nights, we wont stay here again.

Room was great. We love the size or the room, because I have a walker and a mobility scooter so there is plenty of space to move around in it. Love the kitchenette.

The king suite was clean and spacious. We had our 2 dogs with us, plenty of room to set up their kennels. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, The pocket doors to the bathroom needs handles, difficult to close and open even using the little ring pull on the edge of the door. The rooms were quite, not much sound transfer even with the freeway being close by. The staff was nice and accommodating We enjoyed our stay, we would stay again.

All was good except the bed was terrible with springs sticking out and completely worn out. The guy that checked it said they were going to get new mattresses in two weeks. We ended up sleeping on the hideaway bed in the couch.

Over all it was okay. Staff was excellent. But the rooms were a little dated. My room was smelly and the light bulbs were oddly mismatched. The bottles of water in my coworker’s room were opened and one was empty!

Paid for a room that my mother was not able to check into. Provided all personal ID information and reservation# and the front desk didn’t let her check in. Did not have any issues with Hyatt Place next door checking in my mother.

Best front desk staff I’ve had in years!

Disappointed with the evening staff, I was traveling with my aging mother and needed help and information as I was not familiar with the area and we got there in the evening .I called down twice for a pillow, they never did bring one up. Asked about restaurants in the area, very vague and in the morning when we went outside there were several with in short walking distance. Asked about taxis and Uber and was told they knew nothing about that. The morning staff was good, breakfast was good but for the price I would not stay again..

Great service at front desk.

Stayed 6/21/24; checked ~3 pm. The hotel was wonderful, clean, well situated, etc. Waited for a quite a while (no one around!!) at the check in desk until the staff person decided to come out of the “staff lounge”. She had clearly been eating. I suppose that’s more important than customer service.

Staff went beyond expectations. Always ready to help.

Great options for Gilbert and surrounding area. There is construction happening next door to the property so it’s noisy and loud when they are working. Great breakfast options and kind staff.

Amelia was amazing, staff was great. Not walkable but likely to get better. A lot of traffic noise. Cleanliness good but little details grungy like top of drawer handles, faucets, corners.

Very spacious suite with anything you could ask for if you had to live here for a while! Breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen at any hotel...and Ryan at the front desk was a much-appreciated helper when I couldn't get a document printed for a wedding I was officiating! I would return and highly recommend.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast

This hotel is clean and inviting. All the amenities you need while traveling for work. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. We visited in August and the a/c worked great, just be sure to follow the hotel instructions. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast and we enjoyed it. Winco is close by for groceries. We would definitely stay here again. As I write this, we have been on the road staying in hotels for eight weeks. This is one of the best hotel stays we had. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend booking directly as we had issues making changes.

Breakfast optio s were cold. Need microwaves to heat up food

The queen bed was more like full size bed. The pillows were horrible. The breakfast place was limited and they would not fill up the empty dishes.But the towels were nice…

This was the best Hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff went way beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Breakfast was unbelievable an actual Buffet.

The room was stuffy and smelled sour. The hotel is fairly new and I would have expected it to be cleaner. The breakfast was horrible. All the hot food was stone cold and tasteless. The yogurt was inadequate and would have been better if it was served in individual cartons. I would not book this site again.
