Good breakfast

I wanted to love this stay. Place was dirty and worn out. Stayed a suite but above the bar/kitchen area there was NO light. Room was very hot when we arrived. The air-conditioner was extremely loud. Breakfast was not very apealing with sausage that was hard to identify if it was sausage, and if it was cooked. I did not love this stay

The room was alright. The staff was fairly cooperative especially because they had to reprogram my key a million times due to it being inactive every single time I went to get into my room. I was told it was due to my cell phone but that isn’t a real thing. lol so whatever they just continued to reprogram. They had pre-charged my credit card before arrival as a “temporary hold”, then requested a deposit and the full room fees upon arrival on top of that (only reversed the temporary hold when I told her if she wanted me to pay upfront for everything else, I needed that reversed or I would not do such.) It was a complicated check in.

50/50 breakfast, did not see any staff except for front desk. Parking ok. Room very dated, needs to be updated. Sofa old and dirty, tv had bad colour. Not up to today’s standards.

Everything was good!
