The staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. One staff member even helped us top up our bip! Card and sort out the best bus route. The room was fine. Location was central, near public transit.

Wonderful hostel in a fabulous location! The place is clean, comfortable, and a really good value. The staff were friendly and responsive (thank you Christian, Nacho, and Malik!!). I would stay here again and would recommend Hostal Boutique Merced 88 to friends visiting Santiago.
