Restaurant Staff on the upper level and breakfast main lobby weren't that great , lack for making us feel wanted there and serious faces everywhere with staff just not wanting to be there . Hotel is beautiful and well maintain , but there is nothing going on there or around the area . 45 minute drive to Istanbul if there is no traffic . Traffic hours are terrible . Rooms are nice but seen way better for a five star hotel . Most complaint I have is staff ! very lack of great interaction with guest all across the board . There just there to work and seems to not focus on guess .

Continuously disturbed by random workers even though my don’t disturb sign was up. I am still waiting for a refund yet they try and get out of this and say I didn’t stay there at all even though I was there for 5 plus nights. Absolutely disgraceful

Not the quality others wrote. Barely cleaned the rooms on a 10 day stay. Staff was rude. Smelled of smoke the entire time in the room
