Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall very pleasant stay for us. However, we were travelling with friends who had a room without external windows other than in the bathroom. They found their room rather dark

Despite looking, from the outside, like a redecorated 'Fawlty Towers', this is a real 'find'. Everything was spotlessly clean, immaculately tidy and you could feel any stresses just drift away. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it this morning. The breakfast offering was simple, but perfect. I couldn't fault the Florance and would happily recommend it to anyone.

Quaint is the best description I could give. Too much traffic noise. Too much noise from the room above at nite and 6 am in the morning. Breakfast was average at best. And the hosts where non existent. Severely overpriced for what it is.
