Convenient location near Wegmans and other shopping areas. Kitchenette nice, but you have to request everything to be able to cook; no coffee maker, glasses, or kitchen towels. Mattress and pillow caused me back and neck spasms.

It was a thoroughly adequate hotel, especially if all you need is a place to sleep. The room wasn’t carpeted and the breakfast muffins were only slightly larger than mini muffins. Parking was limited and challenging to find as late as we arrived.

The best part avout this hotel is it is pet friendly! The hotel looks great on the outside and inside but the elevator sounded like it was going to crash at any minute. We never went. Their elevator broke and I have a disabled mother. I would like my money back since we booked at another hotel and nobody from hotels.com called us to switch. Very pissed about losing money to you crooks. I have to tweet and post about this on social media

Waited 30min to check in without anyone saying anything to us? No cups or glasses in the room.. you could ask for them and even other cooking supplies but most people would want a cup to have a glass of water. The floor was sticky in the room. there was 1 towel and two wash cloths in the bathroom. They did mop the floor and run out to get brand new towels from Target!?! when we asked about them. The bed was comfortable.

Rooms are gross. Visible mold in shower. Used to stay here annually when traveling from Charleston to NY and will no longer be booking here. Has gone down hill considerably. Staff hanging out in the lounge, sitting in cars smoking outside. Wouldn’t recommend anymore unfortunately.

Cleaning the room after 7 days of stay shows how much they care about the welfare of their guests. If they don’t clean the room after 7 days, I can only imagine how often they clean the hallways. The hallway carpet smells of old dog urine and feces, the moment you get off the elevator. Which is probably why they changed the room floors to vinyl. We sat the old towels outside the door. It took two days for them to get those up and we were only there for 2 days. We had to go fetch fresh towels because they won’t even bring them to the room if you called. Low water pressure, shower never got hot. They tried to makeover the room but it’s poorly renovated. Overall, not good. I understand it’s an extended stay but the reality is rarely is anyone staying in a hotel in Fredericksburg for 8 days. Stop being cheap! Clean your rooms like a standard hotel since you’re operating like one’s

On arrival hotel looked spotless and new. Service was excellent, Leslie & Ricky were great. Hotel "appeared" clean, but we spotted a roach & a bed bug in our room. Staff handled the situation extremely well though.

Disgusting, nasty, unacceptable! Bed bugs, regular bugs, hair in the bed, stains, sink not cleaned… prime example of what a hotel should not look/be like. If you care about cleanliness, find somewhere else to stay, even if this is the cheapest convenient option, I advise you go somewhere else. Bad enough, whoever the manager is tried to refund and void fees for one night like no, i made sure to get the whole thing back but you’ve been warned!

The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and polite so this review has nothing to do with him but the property is really rough in regards to the cleanliness. We had to change rooms because the air didn’t work in the first one and when we got off the elevator to the second room on the 4th floor there was a pile of garbage overflowing causing a terrible odor throughout the hall. When I asked for a room coffee maker they gave me one however it didn’t work.

Very nice place. Close to Cracker Barrel, Panera and many other restaurants. 15 min ride to Amtrak. Continental Breakfast was not the best you only get mini muffins, coffee, eggs in a bag. Place was very clean and friendly.

The first room given was very dirty. The tub even had what looked to be dry blood on the side. There was no toilet paper. I was given another room that was checked first and toilet paper in case the room was without. Second room was a step up from the first room. Being that it was late already we rested. The next day my daughter was looking for the tv remote. As I searched the sides of the tv to my surprise there was a sealed 6 pack of condoms hidden behind. I was in complete disbelief. The staff was really nice and professional. Would I recommend and ever return… absolutely not

Entire floor was really sticky, had to wear sandals, couldn't just wear socks. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the tvs Internet connection went out for most of the night.

After many uneventful stays at that property, 2 things were very disturbing this time 1: pictures, including complete driver’s license, were on display on the kiosk/pad at the customer service desk. Once the attendant was notified, the screen on display was changed. Don’t know how long this had been there though. I noticed the pictures at check in but did not pay close enough attention until the next morning. 2: no cold water in the bath tubs. Tried 2 rooms. Maybe this will be fixed after someone is terribly scalded.

My family stay was for the most part very professional. My only and biggest complaint was the beds squeaked every time you moved in the bed. This was the first time I had ever experienced this problem in a hotel. It was quite loud and disturbing. It was not just one bed but both beds. Very , very disappointed. Soft bed, but noisy as hell, all night long. This is in room 217.

Front desk staff was rude. I am a business traveler with associates and this was my first (and last) stay with this property. The property was beautiful, the room was perfect and the location was top notch. However, when I had a request for special accommodations for a work-related issue, the front desk staff was rude and unwilling to offer any assistance. I explained that I just received a call from my boss with an urgent request, and requested a late check-out. I offered to pay for an additional day. The front desk clerk said that I would need to come to the front desk, pay twice what the previous night had cost and leave an additional $150 deposit (on top of the $150 deposit I already paid). Needless to say, I packed up my things, and immediately vacated. Neither I, nor an of my associates, will be using that facility again.

We were in town for the Marine Corps Half Marathon, this place was brand new and has lots of potential. 6 hours on the road and we got there an hour early. They would not allow us to check in early. Just a flat NO. Front desk staff were miserable. We went for lunch and came back right on time, and were #6 in line to check in. We waited in line to check in for 45 minutes, because miserable front desk person #1 had to help miserable and confused front desk person #2 every step of the way. Our room was on the first floor and the noise above us was terrible. It sounded like someone was moving furniture non-stop. This went on from 11-2am when I freaked out. (It took 3 phone calls to the front desk before someone answered the phone.) To their credit, they stopped whatever it was. Now I’ve had a full 2 hours of sleep on the night before a 13 mile race. Experience ruined. Horrible race experience and I lay down to take a nap and the noise from above started again. Listened to it for an hour before we got mad enough, and walked out. Paid for 2 nights, I didn’t ask for a refund when I left, but it sure would have been nice if they had given one.

We arrived at 1:20 am after a long drive and were denied check in by Cynthia. She said after 1 am guests become no shows and no one can be checked in or resold a room. I believe she sold our room to someone else and pretended she could not check us in. You owe me a refund and I will also pursue this with my credit card company.

Took 3 tries to get a room. One didn't accommodate 3 people, 2nd was dirty, 3rd was finally correct. Took about 30 min to get in our room after a long drive. When we went back down for the 2nd room, nobody was at the desk and took 10-15 min for staff to show up despite calling from in-house phone like their sign states.

Well, i visted from FL to visit my little grandkids. They stayed with us for a few hours at hotel for a quick bath and change of clothes ( 4yr and 1 yr old) and then all of a sudden complaints about noise. There were dogs barking and ppl laughing but kids was a issue? Threatened to make us leave if another complaint and no refund. Smh. Only there for 1 hour or so. Smh. The main supervisor aka child was very rude and disrespectful. We took the grandkids out quickly and remained out till nightfall. Staff needs better training and manager needs retraining. Would not recommend no one. Stay way 💯

We got there around 11:30 PM ~ staff was very friendly and check-in went quickly! The only downfall with our stay was the breakfast selection. It said that breakfast was included with our stay ~ having only granola bars and yogurt was a disappointment. We ended up stopping at McD’s on our way to the highway.

The hotel itself is fine. Nothing special. My biggest complaint (I know, 1st world problems) is what they consider take-away breakfast. It consists of a sampling of yogurt, one orange that was on its way out, a few granola bars (that is what was out at just after 9am) a single wrapped muffin, coffee and hot water but NO CREAM OR MILK - anywhere. Apparently, that is how it usually is. Ridiculous. Coffee with the basic dairy component should always be a staple any place that advertises breakfast, so do not be fooled. I was very disappointed. What they had out was either very sweet, and hardly anything there considering it’s a large size hotel. For that reason alone, I would not go back there. But I will tell you that the staff is very kind and I believe these things are out of their hands.

The only thing lacking in the property is more of a breakfast. While staying only 2 nights, we didn't want to buy groceries and make our own. It would be nice to have more than a muffin or breakfast bar.
