We had a great room. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice safe atmosphere. Lived the outside sitting area. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

I loved this hotel! I received messages throughout my stay. Ashley, Jacob, and Joshua gave amazing customer service! Room was spacious and spotless! Gym and laundry facility were excellent! They also have a grill area and pool! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much! 🤗

Wonderful facility and staff. Room was very comfortable with amenities to support a longer stay. Good location. Gas grill available outside to cook your own food. The only issue was that staff couldn't keep up with breakfast pace. Often food was either all gone or cold. Trash was also full during breakfast. We'll still be back again.

The hotel is nice and new. The rooms have lots of space and the beds were comfortable. We wish there was an indoor pool instead of outdoor. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

When a customer tells you that they had something stolen from the gym maybe a reply that wasn’t “well there is only 1 of me and 20+ guests. What do you want me to do?” Would be nice. Will not stay here again due to the fact that the staff shared no care at all over my $50 cup that was stolen from the gym facility. Hallways are also very hot!

My sister in law & I had my 2 kids here for 2 nights. Everything was great, except the hallways were incredibly hot. Must've had the heat at 80+ degrees everyday even though it is still summer. The front desk woman said she thought theres some reason for them being that way and that others have said something before. I cannot think of why a place where its so hot outside already would want to make their guests immediately sweat when they walk out their door. Odd butthe room was great and the location and others guests were quiet so it was a great stay besides sweating to death to/from the room.

Beautiful hotel. All staff were polite and courteous. I chose this hotel because of the pool. When we arrived my key didn’t work at the pool and I was told that the pool was closed. We were very disappointed that this was not stated on the description of the hotel. There were also many families there that thought the same thing. I think this needs to be noted in the hotel description by Hotels.com. We use your website often and this was disappointing.

Although we had a lovely welcome to the hotel we had problems with the housekeeping -the trash from the previous stay had not been removed and we had no housekeeping service at all during our stay- and the room itself - the a/c unit was so noisy we could not have it on whilst we were in the room. Neither of these issues appeared to concern the staff and no attempt was made to rectify the issues.

When we arrived to check in it was 1:00 a.m. we drove 13 hours to the property to stay for the weekend. A plan check-in the nightclerc had trouble finding our reservation and said it was because we booked through a third party. After some back and forth we were able to locate my reservation and he issued two room keys for a room on the second floor. With me being a frequent traveler it's common practice for me to inspect a room prior to me unpacking my belongings. So my family and I proceeded to pull back the bedding to be able to check the mattresses and linens for cleanliness and possible pests. Upon pulling back the linens on the bed and the pull out couch bed there was hair found in both of those. I went down to the night clerk and let him know about the findings and asked for our room to be changed. He gave us another room two doors down and I proceeded to follow the same procedure as I always do when traveling and pulling down the linens checking for pests. Upon inspecting this room also found hair in the bed and the pull-out couch. Went back downstairs the night clerk and notified him that the second room was also found to be in the same condition as the first. He then issued a third room and went with me to inspect the cleanliness. When we walked inside I proceeded to do the same procedure as I always do when traveling and as I pulled back the sheets on the bed there was hair in the bed. There's a character limit but you catch the drift after paying $400 a night....

When we arrived the property was very appealing. The room seemed clean when we entered. The floor had not been vacuumed, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. And our baby had picked up a toenail and had it in her mouth, I admittedly ask for a vacuum and did our floor and dishwasher tabs. The staff was very nice and the morning breakfast attendant was amazing.

This hotel property was top notch. Our room was amazing crisp clean, smell great everything up-to-date not worn out all the corners No dirt dust. We were truly impressed. The staff was very attentive and helpful and professiona, great breakfast also.

The bed was comfortable and definitely a lot of room. Breakfast was excellent. When we checked in they did not have keys for us so front desk associate had to follow us to the room to let us in. Wife had multiple fleas on her legs throughout the stay. We could not open the blinds because they were automated but did not work.

Hotel seemed new and in great condition. Comfortable king sized bed, good AC, and kitchenette with a nice size fridge. Conveniently located near the PNC arena. Grills and outdoor patio looked new. The only downside was there wasn’t a restaurant or bar onsite to meet with our friends before the show.

The rooms in this hotel are larger than average, which we really enjoyed. Feels like a home away from home. All of the details are really what makes this hotel a unique experience, down to bags in the room for dirty laundry. I could see this being a great place for longer stays. Dining room table, kitchenware, two TVs, a large bathroom, and hot breakfast options are a few of the pros I feel compelled to mention. The only downsides were the lack of enthusiasm by the staff. They weren’t rude, but they weren’t welcoming either. And the pillows had some kind of faint smell to them. I was able to overlook the unpleasant scent by facing the other direction but just a heads up. Would definitely recommend despite these two minor issues.

Very clean. Lots of amenities. I did book a room on the first floor which was a mistake considering I needed to get up early and it was noisy when I was trying to fall asleep. My room was near the lobby. Not their fault.

The hotel itself appear to be fairly new, very clean and the staff attentive. Breakfast, I wouldn't label as a buffet but it did the job. Rooms were good, TVs were missing most of their channels, beds were firm, extremely firm! Finally, everything would be good if you could control the brightness of the bathroom lights. There is not a dimmer switch, so shield your retinas against those airport lights.

The bed in my room was incredibly uncomfortable….. I stayed for a week for work and could not wait to leave. Woke up sore every night. A floor pretzel was amiss in the corner of my room. Did they even vacuum?? Check in time was delayed. Most of the time the desk was left unattended…. Waited for 7-10min for someone to check me in. One evening I waited for 15ish min for someone to show up so I could buy water. No one ever showed up.. I will say, breakfast was great. Coffee was miserable. Not walking distance to anything except McDonald’s and sheets. Wouldn’t stay again.

I have been double charged for my room. I paid full through Expedia and then charged at the property. Front desk did not know how to fix this and said he would have management fix it the next day. It was not fixed

Beware & Stay Elsewhere!!! I experienced a serious security breach during my stay. An employee entered my room without authorization and my personal belongings were clearly tampered with. When I reported this to the GM, Susanne, she claimed there were no cameras, despite visible cameras on the floors that give the impression of security. She said she would immediately check the key-card data, but didn’t contact me until hours later—only to admit she had done nothing. She showed no urgency, dismissed my concerns about safety and retaliation, and refused to review the evidence I offered. A male employee entering a female guest’s room without permission is extremely dangerous, and the complete lack of investigation or concern from management is unacceptable. This was handled far below Hilton standards, and guest safety does not appear to be a priority at this property.

Checkin was a 0 to 1 star, to be completely truthful. We arrived at 11:45pm and the front desk clerk could not figure out how to make a room key. After suggesting that we use a house-cleaning service generic key just to get in so we could sleep, she said that housekeeping was gone for the day. That wasn’t the point- we just wanted to use a generic key and get in! She rang her manager and after the manager suggested the same, she brought us to the room with one of the generic keys, which did not work. Ugh. After multiple tries, and multiple keys, we finally got into our room at 12:45pm.

This hotel property was top notch. Our room was amazing crisp clean, smell great everything up-to-date not worn out all the corners No dirt dust. We were truly impressed. The staff was very attentive and helpful and professiona, great breakfast also.

Ashley at the front desk is fantastic. Very nice and accommodating and is efficient at her job. She makes the check in a lot smoother. Highly recommended this hotel and hope you get Ashley for when you check in.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I would NEVER book here again. We got locked out our rooms 3 times, very upsetting and complete inconvenience. The breakfast is absolutely untasty with very limited options. You do better going to the local gas station. The staff there are complete liars and unprofessional. Due to the inconvenience of being locked out our rooms which caused a complete delay with our plans, we were told that two nights would be comped. During checkout and finalization of the bill, the staff lied and said she never said that....that's right a complete untrustworthy, unprofessional and pathetic LIAR. The hotel manager was just as unprofessional and threatened to call the police because we trying to getting things situated...mind you all while keeping the piece. Thank goodness a staff member walked by that we totally forgot was standing there during the course of myself and LIAR conversation. And thank goodness he was truthful and admitted she was lying. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....SAVE YOURSELF, MONEY, MIND & PEACE AND DO NOT STAY HERE!! Don't say I didn't warn you.

Hotel seemed new and in great condition. Comfortable king sized bed, good AC, and kitchenette with a nice size fridge. Conveniently located near the PNC arena. Grills and outdoor patio looked new. The only downside was there wasn’t a restaurant or bar onsite to meet with our friends before the show.

Nice new property, conveniently located right off highway. Ten minutes from NCSU. Not much to walk to other than Sheetz and McDonalds but other than that - great place to stay. Staff was super friendly too!

An amazing place to stay,specially for the first time visitors and tourists to Raleigh and the Triangle Area. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Jody was quite above and beyond. Shawn was also a good team player. Location of the hotel is quite accessible to the major high ways It was a great place to stay and will be back there again when the opportunity comes

The Hotel is pretty nice, clean. The breakfast is very limited but they do have one. You just don’t have many options for dinning around that area. Everything is about 20-25 minutes far.

Wonderful facility and staff. Room was very comfortable with amenities to support a longer stay. Good location. Gas grill available outside to cook your own food. The only issue was that staff couldn't keep up with breakfast pace. Often food was either all gone or cold. Trash was also full during breakfast. We'll still be back again.

The initial greet was excellent, followed up by text to see if we needed anything was nice. The downfall was that there was no coffee at 8am on a Sunday. This should be a priority as people are getting ready for their day. I saw several people asking for coffee. Coffee is a huge part of the stay.

Arrived at 3pm expecting to check in. Room was not ready for another hour or so. This was a little upsetting as I was tired from my trip and wanted to relax. Reception staff was pleasant. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing for Hilton properties. the only fresh fruit was 2 oranges. Biscuits were stale. Overall, it was a nice visit to Raleigh

Great spot! Super friendly at the front desk, clean rooms, and a quiet night's sleep even with our room facing the road. Pretty new property and very clean. Solid location if you're going to the Lenovo center and Cary is just a short drive away with tons of food options.
