It’s a family run motel. Staff were super friendly and polite; always asking if we needed anything. It was very quiet where our room was. Parking was a little tight backing out of your spot. Don’t expect top shelf amenities, but they were more than adequate. Location is super close to some of the most gorgeous scenery in the Willamette National Forest. Lots of hiking trails close by. About 45 min from Eugene, but there’s no getting tired of the drive. Bed was super squeaky, but I’d say my only complaint is that we ran out of hot water pretty much daily unless we limited our shower times to 5 min or less.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the comfortable room with a full kitchen, including pots and dishes. Very clean. I felt safe and secure. I could see my car from my window. And the price was outstanding for what you get. As an added value for me, I helped support small, family-owned business like they use to have years ago. Give em a try!

The staff are sweet. But the “pet friendly” is false because the area is on a steep dead grass hill that hurts your dog. There is also no mini golf despite the listing. Rooms are TINY but very clean.

The room was small, clean, The bathroom door didn’t close completely. There is a a wooden box enclosing something that took a good part of the bathroom space. There was an off smell coming from within the wooden box. There are gas grill available for use by guests.

Nice basic motel with a kitchenette. They are set up to host both dogs and bikes, we didn’t have either with us, but still appreciated the hospitality and the chance to make our own breakfast after several days of eating out. The bathroom was clean, the shower hot and the price very resonable.

Our stay at the motel was great. It was close to everything in town. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The parking lot was clean. We stayed in the bear themed room and it was a fun room. Wood furniture and bear accessories were a lovely touch.

We checked in late, and even though there wasn't anyone around, it was very easy to get our room key. The motel is a smaller one on Highway 58 and is very nice.

Very cute property. The only issue is a very tight parking lot. I almost could not squeeze between two trucks to get to my parking space in front of my unit. Otherwise had a very nice stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly welcoming staff, couldn’t fault. The room itself was okay. The floor was pretty dirty and needed a good clean/scrub. Daughter was covered in dirt after crawling around. Other than that it was a good stay as it was a stop off point on the way to crater lake.

This was a very pleasant surprise. I was traveling by myself and decided to stay in an old cheap hotel to save some money. The hotel was old and it was inexpensive (less than half of other hotels in town) but it was not cheap. The bed was comfortable the room was clean and modern with a place for me to cook. The other travelers seemed like respectable people, it was quiet and staff was extremely helpful. I plan to take my wife to the area soon and we will be staying at Arbor Inn

Super cute mom and pop motel. Very clean just cute! It’s got that old school safe early 2000s or even 90s vibe in such a new modern way. I just loved it and will definitely be staying again but next time wanna see the other rooms! ❤️

This is an old style motel, but it was only a quick stop over so we have it a try. We were surprised by the size, like a mini suite with couch, table and chairs, kitchenette with full size frig. Very comfortable, including the bed and pillows. The small town is cute, we took a walk at a local park along the river, which was woodsy and cool, found a couple of nice shops and had a good ḍinner at the Three Legged Crane. The next morning we had delicious treats at the Sweetvine bakery! We recommend this motel and town.

Our room was on the end closest to the highway so vehicle sounds were part of the ambience, but the room was clean and all the necessities were there. Checkin lady was nice. Food is in walking distance. I’d stay again.

Like everyone says, beds are comfy. AC blew cold. Quiet. Solid shower water pressure. Toilets did not flush well. Staff was kind. As a trans man, with his trans family, traveling in a Trans Am, with the kids watching Transformers, it worked well. Thankfully we did not have any transmissions issues.

The Arbor Inn is my go-to inn when I travel from Washington to Reno. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfy and quiet at night with an occasional truck driving through town. I’ve stayed here 4-5 times now and would highly recommend it if you’re traveling that way. Breakfast at Sweetvine in town is yummy!

The service here was outstanding! We were just traveling through, stayed one night, but the lady called to make sure we knew they closed the office, and to see if we would be there before closing. They will arrange a check-in after hours. The place was clean, comfortable, and a fair price for a budget property!

Perfect pit stop on way to Crater Lake National Park. We arrived after office closed. Obtaining key from lock box was a breeze thanks to great communication. Family loved the ceiling fan and full-size fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in at the arbor inn was very friendly. The room was extremely clean. There is also a beautiful park within walking distance across the street that we really enjoyed. We would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the comfortable room with a full kitchen, including pots and dishes. Very clean. I felt safe and secure. I could see my car from my window. And the price was outstanding for what you get. As an added value for me, I helped support small, family-owned business like they use to have years ago. Give em a try!

This is an old style motel, but it was only a quick stop over so we have it a try. We were surprised by the size, like a mini suite with couch, table and chairs, kitchenette with full size frig. Very comfortable, including the bed and pillows. The small town is cute, we took a walk at a local park along the river, which was woodsy and cool, found a couple of nice shops and had a good ḍinner at the Three Legged Crane. The next morning we had delicious treats at the Sweetvine bakery! We recommend this motel and town.

The Arbor Inn is my go-to inn when I travel from Washington to Reno. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfy and quiet at night with an occasional truck driving through town. I’ve stayed here 4-5 times now and would highly recommend it if you’re traveling that way. Breakfast at Sweetvine in town is yummy!

This was a very pleasant surprise. I was traveling by myself and decided to stay in an old cheap hotel to save some money. The hotel was old and it was inexpensive (less than half of other hotels in town) but it was not cheap. The bed was comfortable the room was clean and modern with a place for me to cook. The other travelers seemed like respectable people, it was quiet and staff was extremely helpful. I plan to take my wife to the area soon and we will be staying at Arbor Inn

My husband and I stayed at the Arbor Inn and found it to be very comfortable, cozy and the employees very pleasant. The rooms have all been recently remodeled, and include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and even utensils and paper plates for food/snacks. I highly recommend this cute, cozy and quaint hotel.

Nice basic motel with a kitchenette. They are set up to host both dogs and bikes, we didn’t have either with us, but still appreciated the hospitality and the chance to make our own breakfast after several days of eating out. The bathroom was clean, the shower hot and the price very resonable.

It did seem to be clean in the room but trying to find a good plug in the charge cell phones was challenging. The toilet handle had to be babied along because not long before bed it started not working. We were ready for bed after a long day so just close to baby it. We do like to occasionally stay at these older motels.

This is an older motel, but very clean and the bed was really comfy! Staff is friendly and welcoming! I have a dog and she usually needs to go potty in the middle of the night. The lighting in the parking and doggy area are great!
