Nice boutique hotel, becomes vibrant in evening with a perfect dining lounge area. Fitness room needs upgrade and maintenance though.

best accommodation for the first trip of the year throughout my stay from 11-14 January 2024! the staff are very helpful and friendly! the Ikigai spa was very good too!! just that they should indicate to have 5000BHT deposit upon arrival. but will surely recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Craftsman. The breakfast options were all very tasty and the service provided at the restaurant was above and beyond. Just a note to the reception staff, while working in the coworking space we noticed a few times staff were very sick and coughing a lot with no masks on. It prob best to leave the area to have continuous coughing fits with covid and flu etc. Another note for guests is to keep in mind this is a popular "instagram/tiktok hotel so you do unfortunately experience a lot of people just taking hundreds of photos of themselves in the environment, but it is 2024 ...... The room is nice and clean but small, and the bathroom doors seem a bit redundant as they are just one glass roller door that doesnt close fully. The music from the cafe can be heard from your room and one night there was an influencer event which was pretty loud, and the attendees enjoyed the free alcohol, got pretty rowdy all hours of the morning! The gym is nice, big and clean. The pool is very long and refreshing but again popular for insta pics (and not swimming in hahahahha) But overall we did enjoy our time its in a great location walking distance to everything and we will be stating again this year.

It is a very stylish design hotel in the chic area Ari with a famous restaurants and spa. Located 10 mins tuk tuk ride away from the station, it is quiet and comfy and yet still close to everything you need. Recommended if you are looking for a more private and relaxing stay.

Lovely bar area by the pool

We had a lovely stay at Craftsman Bangkok and really appreciated the hotel’s Tuk Tuk shuttle to get back and forth from the Ari station. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the well fitted gym. The staff were very kind and attentive as well. We did stay during known construction which was a bit loud at times, but we were gone during the day and were not overly bothered. The website was very clear to warn us about the construction. Two things to note on your stay; Self serve laundry is available for a small fee. The front desk was able to change our notes for coins to use the machines. If you are accustomed to used hair conditioner that is not available.

The air-con is very good. The porters are very friendly and helpful. The shower is still flooding after getting help from the receptionist. The internet breaks off frequently☹️: require to log in over and over again. Should start to bleach the towels as they are getting grey and old.

Great quiet place if u looking for less crowd and traffic .. a little walk to 7-11 around the corner . Nice and clean

スタッフさんが全員若くて親切で、笑顔にも癒されました。プールもレストランもお部屋も清潔感がありました。ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。バルコニーでタバコを吸えるのも嬉しかったです。チャッチャックウィークエンドマーケットにもタクシーで5分と近く、日本人街からもタクシーで15分。スワンナプーム空港へも車で15分。ゆっくりリラックス出来る素晴らしいホテルです。是非また泊まりたいです。

My stay in Craftsman was ok. Unfortunately when I went the weather was 35 Celsius everything even in December. So I walked 15min to the BTS stations, which can be inconvenient. But the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I also had some wifi connection issues, but the staff resolved that quickly.

Even tho we only stayed here for a couple hours before our flight, all I can say is that the hotel exceeded my expectations. It has a cozy vibes and just very modern. Would go back here and recommend!

Most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel of this level. Rooms very quiet.

Morgenbuffe var begrænset, og så skulle vælge en ret fra menuen til morgenmaden,det var slet ikke morgenmad. Det er alt for dyrt og købe mad der, værelset var så lille ... når man skulle ud om morgenen sad personalet 24 timer , det kunne være rart med lidt privat liv.. man måtte hellere ikke spise morgenmad på værelset selvom man har betalt for det.

I liked the Style of the property, the comfort of the mattress and fine food. I dislike the late checkin.

The hotel was fantastic. Great service and great facilities. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They arranged a transfer for us with limited notice and no issues. They also quickly replaced the battery on one of the door locks, as it was problematic. The facilities of the hotel - including the room - were modern and very well maintained.

The staff that worked as first contact with customers, were great. Very professional and courteous. However, the "gentleman" who actually checked us in was be bit more on the line of "why are you bothering me, you are beneath me." Check in is at 1500hrs, we arrived at 1430hrs. Since check out is no later than 1300hrs, and there were only a handful of clients, it bothered me that with an attitude, we were told to go sit down and wait until 1500hrs. No explanation, just go sit. I did not say anything to my wife who is non-confrontational almost to the point of fault. She wanted to tell him where to go and a few other things. I travel a lot, and the only time I have ever been "asked" to wait for a room, are hotels that do allow late check out, and they are full or close to being full.

We had a great stay. Highly recommend this place it’s close to many shops and food options. The staff was helpful and kind.

Funky, nice, boutique style … lovely Pool. Arrival staff excellent but Departure staff a bit difficult eg reluctant to summon a Meter-Taxi. Also a problem was inability to charge Bar costs to the Hotel bill.

I have a mixed review for my stay. There were some great things about this hotel. I thought the vibe was quite hip, the staff were generally all nice and helpful, and the food on the menu was generally good and high quality, but in the second day of my stay I woke up to cigarette smoke coming out of the ventilation in my room. When I called the front desk, I didn’t really get the impression that they cared or even believed me, nor did they ask to come to my room to investigate. Their first solution was to offer the cleaners to come and spray the room to make it smell better, but this wasn’t a solution in my opinion. Instead, I offered to go to breakfast and leave the windows open with the AC off and see if it naturally improved by the time i got back. After breakfast it hadn’t improved. At that point I asked the hotel to send someone to check. And they confirmed the cigarette smell and eventually offered to switch my room after I insisted. This situation bothered me as they initially didn’t care to do much to solve the problem, or even confirm there was one, and I had to go out of my way to get them to sort it out. In the end they put me in a new room and left me a nice apology note with a fruit plate upon my arrival. Overall, some good and some bad with my stay. I would rate them 4 stars overall and would generally recommend them, but just hope you don’t have the same cigarette ventilation problem I did. The room with the cigarette smell was 111.

Quarto otimo, amplo, cama boa, chuveiro bom. Equipe incrível. Deixamos as malas com eles e fomos por 15 dias para as ilhas, guardaram tudo numa boa. Volto com certeza!

It had been perfect days. Kind staffs, great facilities and good room condition. When I left my phone on the taxi, they kindly helped me find my phone. If i go on a trip to Bangkok, i definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to you.

Lovely hotel and staff. In a great area of Bangkok, a short train ride from the airport and with easy access by train to all over Bangkok. Great restaurants and bars in the area. We only stayed for 1 night but were walking around after midnight and it felt very safe.
