The rooms are elegant, stylish, and very comfortable. What truly stands out is the incredibly friendly and heartfelt service throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide selection of hot dishes, sweet treats, fresh fruit, excellent tea, and many other delicious options. A wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning.

An Absolute Masterpiece of Hospitality – Simply Flawless! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a special stay. The welcome at reception was magnificent—attentive, highly professional, and genuinely warm. To my complete surprise, the lovely lady at check-in offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely breath-taking. I cannot thank her enough for such a generous and memorable gesture. The suite itself was stunning and decorated with incredible taste and an obvious love for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean and pristine. The entire property radiates a wonderful, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its team. Every single staff member—whether at reception, handling luggage storage, working in the spa, or at breakfast—was incredibly warm-hearted and friendly. The service is first-class across the board. Speaking of breakfast, the morning buffet was an absolute highlight. The selection was vast, the quality of the ingredients was outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented—a true delight for both the eyes and the palate. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful lady at check-in and the entire team for making my stay so overwhelming and perfect. I will definitely be back! 5/5 stars.
