スワンナプーム空港からエアポートレールに乗って終点の駅の目の前にあります。 BTSの駅もあるので便利でした。スタッフの方々も親切です。早朝にツアーに出る際は、事前にお願いしておけばテイクアウトの軽食を用意してくれます。最終日はレイトチェックアウトにして、シャワーを浴び、隣にあるスパでタイマッサージを受けて、深夜便で帰国しました。ホテルでスパを予約すると10%OFFになります。ただ、シャワーの温度が低いのが残念でした。

Location is great n v convenient for bts/train travel Lets relax Spa and Coffee factory cafe are just next to it Liked the service of the staff. Did not find train sound a problem as in it never woke me up while I was asleep. There's no swimming pool in case any of you were wondering, gym is located in another building Would have loved to have 2 chairs instead of 1 in the room since breakfast is served to room instead of at a restaurant/cafe. I wish they had a little more variety for bfast in terms of different meals u can choose For the price, its good value and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a swimming pool nor is a v light sleeper

エアポートリンクとBTSが真横でとにかく便利でした。ホテル内にジムはないものの、すぐ近くのジムと提携しているようで無料で使えるみたいです。朝食会場のスタッフが特に素晴らしく、また料理も日替わりでした。タイ料理がメインの時の方が美味しかったです。

フロント、レストラン、クリーニングスタッフの方々のホスピタリティが相変わらず素晴らしい。部屋もバスルームも広く清潔で快適。ただひとつ残念だったのは、昨年宿泊した時は熱いシャワーを浴びることが出来たのに、今回は人肌よりぬるい35度くらいの湯温だった。 2日目にして風邪気味となったので、フロントにお願いして2回、メンテナンスに入ってもらったが、改善せず。おそらくボイラーの設定温度でこれ以上にはならないのだろう。モールやレストラン、電車の強烈な冷房で冷え切った身体にこれはキツかった。部屋のエアコンを切ってシャワーを浴び、ヘアドライヤーの温風を身体にあてて温まるしかなかった。安宿でもないホテルで、自分は一体何をしているのだろうと可笑しくなってしまった。次回はせめて、38〜40度くらいの湯が出てくれるとありがたいのですが…

The hotel location is superb and staffs are very helpful. Room spacious, clean, aircon good. The staffs are well trained, very friendly & guests oriented. Housekeeping lady, i call her Happy, wears a hairclip on her fringe, very cheery & address to all my request promptly. The service staff, name Sunday, very hardworking & heat up the milk for us when we complained cold. These are the staffs who make our experience in the stay very joyful. Im making my next booking in Hotel Tranz again now, immediately after i checked out.

朝チェックアウトした後、スーツケースを預かって頂いたのですが、夕方スーツケースの受取に行くと、何で空港に向かうか聞かれ、エアポートレールと答えると、チケット売場までスーツケース2個と、ボストンバッグ1個を運んで頂き、チケットブース、改札の案内までしてもらい、とても親切に対応して頂き嬉しかったです。駅近くで立地も良く、また利用したいです。

This was a very disappointing stay. On the first night, the front desk failed to collect the room payment during check-in. At around 1:30 a.m., they called our room asking us to come downstairs immediately to make the payment. The first call had no sound at all, and about 15 minutes later they called again, saying there was a system issue and the payment had to be made right away. This seriously disturbed our sleep and affected our plans the next day. In addition, there was no hot water available for showering — only lukewarm water. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish the bottled water. When we called the front desk in the evening to report this, the staff’s attitude was quite unfriendly. Despite leaving tips every day, the overall service was very disappointing. At around 1:30 a.m., they called our room asking us to come downstairs immediately to make the payment. The first call had no sound at all, and about 15 minutes later they called again, saying there was a system issue and the payment had to be made right away. This seriously disturbed our sleep and affected our plans the next day. In addition, there was no hot water available for showering — only lukewarm water. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish the bottled water. When we called the front desk in the evening to report this, the staff’s attitude was quite unfriendly. Despite leaving tips every day, the overall service was very disappointing. Having navigated the difficult access of the BKK airport train, we decided to stay somewhere with close access to the station. Hotel Tranz fulfilled that, with an excellent albeit simple breakfast, and just across the lane from the airport train access. 空港鉄道とBTSの乗り換え駅であるパヤタイ駅の正面にあります。空港に向かう直前まで荷物を預かってもらえるのでとてもよかったです。近隣に飲食店(特に夕食)が少ないのが難点ですが、少し南に歩いてPhetchaburi Rdまで行くと多数あります。
