Great stay. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. I saw on the website that there is a roof top patio but there was no way to access the top floor. The key cards only give you access to the room you are staying on.

We love the Crazy Water Hotel! The historic feel mixed with modern amenities is great. We enjoy hanging out in the lobby while sipping on a delicious coffee from their Coffee & Water Bar. The restaurant, Second Bar+Kitchen, is a great addition. The food and service there is terrific as well.

Wonderful staff, stunning historic building and the room was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and amenities were great. It was walking distance to many nice shops and restaurants. The resturant in the lobby was very nice.

The hotel was great. Each room was like a small apartment with a living room, full kitchen and separate bedroom, even in the smallest, queen bed option. The hotel restaurant was quite nice and there was a small brewery in the front of the hotel. The shopping in the hotel was OK... There was actually some better shopping about two blocks away. The rest of the immediate area was OK, great dinner across the street and an Italian restaurant 2 blocks down, however, there were also a lot of empty/abandoned storefronts in the area.

A beautiful newly remodeled historic hotel that has a great feel from the moment you walk in the door. The room was spacious with a kitchen and living room and a large bedroom. We enjoyed a fun evening at the New Years Eve party in the upstairs ballroom that overlooks the town. Before the evening, we shopped in the stores and had a beer at Rickhouse brewery all located on the first floor of the hotel.

The Crazy Water is a family favorite. All suites, 1 and 2 bed room. Full kitchen. Nice shops. Coffe bar. Brew Pub. 2nd Bar and Kitchen is fabulous. Rooms are new and very nicely outfitted. Not luxury but close.

Love this hotel! Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean rooms/suites, super comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers. Our room was so quiet, we didn’t even hear a storm that hit one night. Big plus is having Rickhouse Brewing in the hotel, with great beers, friendly bartenders, and relaxing atmosphere. There was no daily maid service, but we received everything we asked for from the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel. Only negative was construction activities going on during our stay. They were doing construction behind the hotel, near the parking area, so there was lots of dust about and dirt on the street we had to walk thru to get to our car. Sidewalk and curb near the rear of the hotel was crumbling, causing possible walking hazards.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as some of these historic hotels can be quite run down, but this was a pleasant surprise. Our room was very clean, maintained, and large. A small condo really with kitchen (full size frig), living room, and separate bedroom. The service couldn't have been more friendly. Lulu was able to check us in early, and Kay came over to introduce herself and make sure we had a good stay as we were leaving.

Room was clean and comfortable. Except for crickets.Tv was terrible cause couldn’t find out how to find channels. No ice machine anywhere except front desk. No information in room of things to do or where things were located in mineral Wells. The bathroom was nice but rods too high to reach to hang clothes up. Too expensive for what you experience!

I liked this hotel and especially liked the staff who were extremely courteous. We received an upgrade to room 229, which is a king suite. The room had a gigantic conference area about 30 x 30‘ with a dining table and sitting area as well as a full kitchen. The sleeping room was attached and was decent enough, but there was no closet to hang clothing at least not full length clothing. The bed was comfortable. The temperature was pleasant. The bathroom was big with two sinks and plenty of countertop space. There was a bathtub. The shower was small and the water pressure weak.

The renovations which have been completed are beautifully done. However, we did not get ANY sleep for two nights, because the noise from the highway in front made it impossible. It is evidently a late night motorcycle favorite and also the trucks going by regularly also were extremely loud. Some noise abatement on the windows needs to be done if they are going to get repeat customers, especially considering the $250 per night price, with no real amenities to speak of.

Stayed only 1 night but enjoyed the stay very much. The room was beautiful. Loved the kitchenette. Some of the desk people could use some extra training. Most of the employees I had contact with were very kind and very helpful, however, I did have a couple of interactions where there was no eye contact, no smiles, mumbling, etc. If you work in hospitality, you should be hospitable.

Gereat place to stay in Mineral Wells. Our room had a refrigerator, stove/oven, kitchen sink and microwave kitchen area, a living area, the bedroom and large bathroom! All very clean and tidy. We didnt get the email 48 hours out like the confirmation email from Hotels.com indicated. Also front desk didnt text us when room was ready after offering to do that since we arrived eaier than check in time.

First of all, I was told by the hotel several weeks in advance to call the hotel directly the day of my stay to get early checkin or request sofa sleeper. When I called I was promised a 2:30 checkin but when I got there, they said my room wasn’t ready. When someone promises me something I expect them to deliver as promised. I had to wait until almost 5:00 to checkin so very disappointed but the overall stay was ok. The hotel was stocked with bare essentials but since we stayed overnight for 1 night wasn’t a huge problem.

Hotel was beautiful and the service was great. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the Main Street, though, because there is traffic ALL night long and it is LOUD. Shops in the hotel are fun and the toy store is great!

Very cool historic hotel with newly renovated rooms! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 5th floor which was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze! Parking was the only issue that we had. During our stay was the Merry Wells event and the parade downtown so the parking around the hotel was limited. This is probably not an issue on regular weekends though.

Beautiful hotel! Room was so comfortable and clean. Walkable to bars, dining and shopping. Beautiful view of the area from top floor . Service was fantastic. We were entered in a car show that took place in the downtown area. . Had a wonderful time and will stay again very soon!!

This property was so surprising. It took a while to check in, but that was only because of all the events that were taking place at the hotel… So forgiven. Our room was beautiful. Spacious, well appointed, and every detail thought out. Our room was very quiet as well. Family was staying in a two bedroom suite and it was equally as stunning. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. Lovely town and lovely hotel.

The Crazy Water Hotel brings comfort and affordable luxury to the old spa town of Mineral Wells. We loved our “king hospitality suite,” which was spacious and beautifully appointed. There’s a good coffee bar downstairs along with nice gift shops and even a large toy store. The hotel’s restaurant, Second Bar + Kitchen, serves wonderfully tasty, healthy food from Chef David Bull, who provides the best dining in MW. Service is friendly, and every hotel employee goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We would happily stay there again.

This hotel is aged but beautiful. The restaurant inside had wonderful customer service but the food wasn’t all that good. The coffee shop has great coffee and you have to try the water. We took a bottle of level 3 water home and enjoyed it.
