Complessivamente discreto. Struttura da rivedere nelle stanze e nelle parti comuni. La piscina era chiusa perché in ristrutturazione ma non eravamo informati. Comunque personale molto gentile e collaborativo.

praticamente la colazione che era inclusa , dicevano che non era inclusa, il parcheggio auto 10 euro a notte, le spa si pagavano 40 euro a persona un ora e bisognava prenotare, pulizie scadenti da alberghetto di ultima categoria, doccia mal funzionante , bevande a trabocchetto nel frigo, dimenticavo la colazione che doveva essere inclusa come da prenotazione , costava 12 euro a persona,mai piu' in questo albergo,

The hotel was very nice, the breakfast room and bar on the roof was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Families beware however, the swimming pool was not included and we were told it was 40euro each to have a swim which had to be booked. I read other reviews that said about hiring robes etc, which was a few euros so we expected that. As a couple wanting a spa retreat I guess 40eu isn't too bad for a relaxing afternoon, but not for the kids to have a bit of a swim.

Hôtel 3 étoiles, Accueil très bien par une jeune fille qui nous explique très bien tout a l'aire correct mais ... Parking 10 euros par nuit minuscule notre voiture est rentrée limite si vous avez une voiture plus large ca ne passera pas ! Première nuit de "sommeil" isolation pas terrible on entendait le voisin ronfler quand tout a coup des énormes BOOM à partir de 7h impossible de dormir. Complique mais bon il est tres bien placé, le spa privatise pour une heure cetait pas mal malgre le hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas

Reno’s almost complete. We used 10E/day parking for our small vehicle. View from balcony nice, but view from breakfast room fantastic. Could have sat there all day. Nice breakfast. As close as you can stay to old town but still drive to door.

Bra läge och mycket trevlig personal. Tyvärr var det lite svårt att kommunicera på engelska med majoriteten av personalen, men de försökte verkligen vilket var positivt. Hotellet var under renovering varför vi ej hade tillgång till takterrassen och vi hade en byggnadsställning runt hela balkongen.

We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why the Trip advisor reviews were so bad, we had a lovely time!

Conosco l'hotel da almeno 50 anni, pensavo di trovare camere un po' più confortevoli invece il riscaldamento di camera è bagno era affidato ad un climatizzatore, la camera veniva pulita solo su richiesta, ho chiesto uno scaldobagno per il bagno e non è stato fatto nessuno sforzo per aiutarmi il tutto ad un costo che in strutture paritetiche mi avrebbero offerto molto di più. In breve senza infamia e senza gloria ma non ci tornerò mi dispiace.

Great stay! Beautiful views of the historic part of Alghero while having coffee for breakfast. The check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean and cool, and the pillows were the best we slept on so far at our various stays in Sardinia hotels during this road trip.

Lovely location, close to the citadel and ports. Comfortable and clean room. Complimentary cocktails on 5th floor breakfast room/ bar with an exceptional view. Breakfast had variety and was substantial. Most of all, the concierge staff was helpful, attentive, and kind.

La struttura è in via di ristrutturazione. La camera era spaziosa ma gli arredi erano datati e il materasso orribile. Bagno grande e pulito, ben dotato di teli ma privo di ganci nei quali appenderli. La hall è veramente brutta, bella invece la sala colazione recentemente ristrutturata.

Il personale della reception si è mostrato gentile e professionale, soprattutto Davide, il nome del ragazzo giovanissimo che ci ha accolto,che nonostante la sua età ha mostrato la sua preparazione lavorativa. La struttura è in fase di rinnovamento perciò si possono trovare ancora luoghi non rinnovati, ma comunque sempre caldi e confortevoli la spa é un punto forte dell'albergo, é parzialmente funzionale ma impagabile per l'ora di relax che offre..

Il posto è molto bello situato in una posizione strategica vicino al centro ealla passeggiata lungomare. Purtroppo, andando fuori stagione Alghero non offre servizi, ma non è colpa della struttura. Avevamo un aereo molto tardi e in hotel sono stati molto gentili. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno ospitato per tutta la giornata.. unica pecca la spa, che è molto bella, ma non si capiva bene dalla descrizione della struttura che fosse ad uso esclusivo e quindi a pagamento. Prezzi dei massaggi invece molto buoni. Struttura consigliata.

Vicinissimo al centro storico ed al porto. Buona struttura con ottimi servizi grazie al personale sempre cortese e gentile. Un buon punto di riferimento per un soggiorno ad Alghero. Camera con balconcino silenziosa e spaziosa.

Lovely location, close to the citadel and ports. Comfortable and clean room. Complimentary cocktails on 5th floor breakfast room/ bar with an exceptional view. Breakfast had variety and was substantial. Most of all, the concierge staff was helpful, attentive, and kind.

Service was excellent .we arrived early and they let us check in 2 hours before for no extra charge. My husband had forgotten his charger and again they were accommodating with lending us one .

Litt små, men nyoppussede rom med balkong og utsikt mot havet. (5. etg). Fin beliggenhet med 10 min gange til gamlebyen. Parkeringskjeller i nærheten.

Reno’s almost complete. We used 10E/day parking for our small vehicle. View from balcony nice, but view from breakfast room fantastic. Could have sat there all day. Nice breakfast. As close as you can stay to old town but still drive to door.

Veldig fin beliggenhet, rett ved Gamlebyen. Stranda ligger ca 20 min gange fra Hotellet. Det er hyggelig betjening og fine rom. Vi hadde balkong med utsikt over havet. Vi har ikke benyttet oss av spa avdelingen. Vi bodde her i 6 dager.

The hotel is a very short wslk from the Old Town with all its restaurants and other attractions. Our room on the 5th gloor had a wonderful view over the neighbouring buildings out to sea. The breakast was good. There was some building work going on in the hotel when we were there in esrly June but this did not disturb us.

Great stay! Beautiful views of the historic part of Alghero while having coffee for breakfast. The check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean and cool, and the pillows were the best we slept on so far at our various stays in Sardinia hotels during this road trip.

L‘hôtel en lui même, ça va, mais le restaurant…. Une catastrophe ! De ma vie de journaliste (PlayStation magasine) je n’ai jamais mangé quelque chose d’aussi décevant dans un restaurant. Nous avons littéralement eu des raviolis en conserve pour 10€ la part. Le lit n’est pas confortable.

We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why the Trip advisor reviews were so bad, we had a lovely time!

The hotel staff were excellent very friendly, and very helpful. Extremely pleasant. Breakfast was average. The spa mentioned on the website was not free as we expected so this was disappointing. However our experience there was excellent Hotel perfectly located. Would recommend

This hotel has a great location, just outside the old town of Alghero, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are quite basic but clean and functional. Some rooms have a lovely sea view. The rooftop bar which doubles as a breakfast room is the best in Alghero with great views. I did not try the spa but I believe it is very nice.
