I liked the breakfast and staff. Did not like the remodeling . I did not like having to carry my luggage up the stairs because the elavator was not working. I did not like the fact that the pool was closed and there was no place to sit outside to enjoy the weather.

The property Staff and rooms are excellent and very clean the breakfast is very good, better than other hotels I have stayed at 2nd time in this hotel, and it was just as good as last year they are good at keeping it consistent , the only downfall was the pool was closed which I feel it should of been open the weather was in the 90s and having the pool closed was a disappointment yet it was very clean and I don't understand the closure or it.

They were renovating the hole 2nd floor it was nosie for hours if I new this was going on I would of stayed somewhere else I was very tired when I got there but couldn’t sleep tell workers got done at dark

This hotel is under construction. The fitness room is under construction, the lobby is under construction. The rooms are situated where the breakfast area can be seen from the hallways on each floor and there is an echo of people talking. I will not stay in this hotel again even when they finish consruction.

They had a lot of remodeling going on and it was noisy and disruptive. The hotel over charged me and the front desk people didn’t care or try to help me with the overcharges. The customer service people were terrible.

The shower in my room has obviously not been cleanen there was a opened bar of used soap in the shower along with shampoo. Someones hair on the sides of the tub and when I turned on the shower the stopper was engaged and there was black stuff floating in the tub. The floors were dirty and even the lamps by the bed. I had actually stayed two nights prior to this stay in a different room and noticed there was a wrapper on the floor but other than that the room seemed clean but my second stay was my final stay due to the cleanliness or lack of.

There was construction going on so we couldn't use the drop off area,and our room smelled like mildew. It was Disgusting. Due to the construction the breakfast was in a diifferent location which due to the the options were limited. Would actually like some money back for this room

We found this hotel to be a great place to stop on our travels between Michigan and Florida. It’s a newer property with more modern features. The whole hotel was very clean from the lobby, breakfast area and up to the rooms. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a full service restaurant within walking distance through the parking area which is helpful when not wanting to drive around looking for dining options. There were other fast food options as well within a few minute drive.

We have been staying here overnight for the last 4 years last year they were renovating last year so we thought this year it would be great and clean. Unfortunately that was not the case there was some pieces of dog food around the room and we got in late so we right to bed. The morning we woke up only to find a pile of toe nails next bed.. GROSS. We will not be returning.

This location was very clean and inviting. These were the most comfortable beds we have had out of several hotel stays over the past few weeks. I didn't use the shampoo, conditioner, however the shower wash, handwash, and lotion were great. Left our skin very soft. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of options, from homestyle biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, to healthier options like oatmeal with toppings to fresh fruit and yogurt. The best thing though was having a pet friendly hotel, that actually offers all of these options. Our furbabies felt very relaxed in the rooms, and bonus was to see everyone else's babies.

Our stay was amazing until the smoke alarm started going off about 11pm, it stopped pretty quickly so we tried to go back to sleep only for the alarm to start going off again. We went to the desk and the clerk told us to just take the battery out of the alarm. We did that and about 30 minutes later it started going off again. We talked to the front desk again and were told to just unplug the alarm from the wall and bring it to the desk and they would let maintenance know. So other than not getting much sleep due to the alarm everything else was exceptional.

I like everything about Hampton Inns! They are by far my favorite place to stay. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, everything is in good shape and very clean and uncluttered. This one I stayed at has been remodeled and is nice!

The desk clerk service was unavailable on the evening of May 7 when we needed help with our tv remote which was not working properly. This was between 8:30-9:30 p.m. We finally gave up. No one answered the phone or was at the desk after trying several times to reach someone.

Angela,Alma, the front end manager were so good to us. We had a problem because my cousin could not sleep in a bed. I found her sleeping in the desk. They helped us with a room with a better chair and stool and helped us move before our reunion. Angela and Alma helped her with her food as she had a walker. Please commend them on their service. They made our stay so much better than any hotel before.

this motel is about half way to our condo in FL from MI. We have stayed here a few times and always come back. Decent price. Easy on/off to expressway. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is definitely above par for a motel. 2 egg dishes including an egg white omelet, 2 kinds of sausage (pork and turkey), potatoes, 2 flavors of waffle, fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, several cereals, etc, etc. The woman who runs the breakfast is very helpful and friendly. We will be staying here again next year as usual. Plus they are dog friendly.

We found this hotel to be a great place to stop on our travels between Michigan and Florida. It’s a newer property with more modern features.
