The hotel staff were great, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a good amount of items and well stocked. He room was clean and offered good facilities. We had hired a car so didn't explode too much by foot around the hotel but there was a few fruit stalls and shops around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

L’accueil et le personnel ainsi que le spa/baignoire dans la chambre sont très bien. En revanche il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres voisines ainsi que la rue et les motos passantes. Si vous avez la chance comme nous de tomber sur des voisins qui ont la gentillesse d’allumer la baignoire à 4h du matin, vous comprendrez. Le petit déjeuner et parking sont inclus, bien pratique puisque l’hôtel est très loins de Naples. Il faut utiliser la voiture pour se déplacer. Si vous séjournez plusieurs nuits notez que le personnel ne passe entre les nuits.

Tolles, sauberes Zimmer mit Badewanne, ein echtes Highlight! Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück nett gemacht, auch wenn viel Plastikteller und Besteck verwendet wird. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Hotel wird wohl sehr gerne von jungen Pärchen gebucht, die die Nächte gerne mit lautem Sex verbringen. Dadurch sind die Nächte teils etwas unruhig. Aber das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind echt sehr zu empfehlen!

Ett bra boende om du har tillgång till bil eller annat sätt att färdas på, det är rent och fräscht och hotellet har nånga parkeringsplatser på ett inhägnat område i anslutning till hotellet. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma med det du kan tänkas behöva hjälp med.

As a hotel, it is a lovely place to stay however, it is far from the centre of Napoli, you cannot get taxis easily (wait for a few hours and cost €100). Buses stop running around 6pm. Supermarket nearby and a couple of restaurants but not much else accessible without a vehicle. Staff are friendly, limited English, breakfast is good, but again limited. Room is clean, and comfortable, air conditioning is amazing and shower is lovely.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass es dort sehr gefährlich ist. Wir hatten für 7 Nächte gebucht, aber es gab kaum Platz für unsere Kleidung, da der Kleiderschrank winzig war. Am zweiten Urlaubstag wurden wir etwa 800 Meter vom Hotel entfernt beraubt. Die Täter haben die Scheibe unseres Autos eingeschlagen. Es war eine totale Katastrophe und wirklich gefährlich.

Schoon, goed onderhouden, uitstekende service, super behulpzaam personee( Maximo had ons heel goed geholpen met al onze vragen). Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Een min punt is dat er is geen openbaar vervoer dus als je moet ergens heen moet je altijd een taxi bellen of in bezit van een auto zijn voor de rest een super aanrader.
Schoon, goed onderhouden, uitstekende service, super behulpzaam personee( Maximo had ons heel goed geholpen met al onze vragen). Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. We zijn een week geweest het Hotel is prima en het personeel zeer vriendelijk altijd behulpzaam en de eigenaar zo'n geweldige persoon bracht en haalde ons zelfs op van het treinstation geweldige mensen.nogmaals bedankt voor een fijne week.

As a hotel, it is a lovely place to stay however, it is far from the centre of Napoli, you cannot get taxis easily (wait for a few hours and cost €100). Buses stop running around 6pm. Supermarket nearby and a couple of restaurants but not much else accessible without a vehicle. Staff are friendly, limited English, breakfast is good, but again limited. Room is clean, and comfortable, air conditioning is amazing and shower is lovely.

Jedoch kann ich das Hotel für Frauen die gerne reisen nicht empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist nicht sicher, man wird von den Männern schräg angeschaut, es ist sehr schwer ein Taxi zu finden und auch sehr teuer da das Hotel nicht zentral sondern sehr abgelegen ist, Busse kommen nicht, wenn man kein Auto hat kommt man sehr schwer wieder zurück ins Hotel, uns wurde von den Einheimischen gesagt, dass das Hotel stundenweise gebucht wird (nachts ist es laut). Also bitte Mädels nicht alleine herreisen!!

Het Hotel was prima! Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was voor ons verschrikkelijk. We reizen met openbaar vervoer en dat was niet te doen. We hebben een auto moeten huren om bij het dichtstbijzijnde station te komen😞. We hadden gedacht in Guillermo een wijk in Napels te zitten, maar dit lag er heel ver buiten.

L’accueil et le personnel ainsi que le spa/baignoire dans la chambre sont très bien. En revanche il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres voisines ainsi que la rue et les motos passantes. Si vous avez la chance comme nous de tomber sur des voisins qui ont la gentillesse d’allumer la baignoire à 4h du matin, vous comprendrez. Le petit déjeuner et parking sont inclus, bien pratique puisque l’hôtel est très loins de Naples. Il faut utiliser la voiture pour se déplacer. Si vous séjournez plusieurs nuits notez que le personnel ne passe entre les nuits.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass es dort sehr gefährlich ist. Wir hatten für 7 Nächte gebucht, aber es gab kaum Platz für unsere Kleidung, da der Kleiderschrank winzig war. Am zweiten Urlaubstag wurden wir etwa 800 Meter vom Hotel entfernt beraubt. Die Täter haben die Scheibe unseres Autos eingeschlagen. Es war eine totale Katastrophe und wirklich gefährlich.

Ottimo, camere belle e spaziose, parceggio interno gratuito con sbarra, colazione all'italiana a buffet e personale gentile e cordiale. Ottimo anche per la posizione, in 20 minuti di superstrada/autostrada si è in centro a Napoli (traffico permettendo).

Tolles, sauberes Zimmer mit Badewanne, ein echtes Highlight! Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück nett gemacht, auch wenn viel Plastikteller und Besteck verwendet wird. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Hotel wird wohl sehr gerne von jungen Pärchen gebucht, die die Nächte gerne mit lautem Sex verbringen. Dadurch sind die Nächte teils etwas unruhig. Aber das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind echt sehr zu empfehlen!

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking. What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought to their attention. There was no meaningful attempt to accommodate the problem, or provide an acceptable alternative. Overall, the condition of the property, lack of cleanliness, and poor handling of concerns made this an extremely poor hotel experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
