AC Hotel by Marriott Beverly Hills

Pool is tiny. Lounge, patio, and bar is nice. Great staff. Walkable.

Almost perfect but not quite. Clean rooms vith tiny fridges to let you know you should eat at their rooftop restaurant. Lots of security and aware staff. Homeless people pretty much parked in front. Good location if you have a car. Not in actual Beverly Hills just close. Great rooftop, nice gym. Good bed and easy parking with chargers.

For a decent price(not a cheap hotel), ongoing renovations, test alarm made us walk with bags on checkout from 8th floor via stairs, and horrible valet service, which is also required $60 per night.

Great stay. Comfy beds and comfortable room. Hotel is located within walking distance of many museums. Pool was disappointing and more accurately could be called a kiddie pool.

Room was very clean and welcoming. Pool was disappointing, no larger than a large hot tub. But besides that, all was great. Breakfast option was very good as well.

Pool is a joke. Services minimal. Room was mediocre at best. Not even close to Marriott standards

The staff were amazing and so kind. The pool was silly small, more like an unheated hot tub. The gym was great but the one peloton bike computer didn’t work.

Parking was expensive.

Great stay. Front desk very attentive. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only negative is forced valet parking at $52 a night w no self parking. Pricey!

I found bed bugs in the bed, and hair. Under the sheets so I assume it wasn't washed. I need a full refund back!!!

Staff was great- room was comfy. While not filthy by any means there were things like the bathroom door and mirrors that hadn’t been cleaned, as well as some mildew in the shower.

There is a number of things wrong. The one that really hits is the manager making false accusations about our son who is 1. Just because he was making noise with a microphone that has an alien voiceover doesn’t mean anything else. There is mold and the front door doesn’t open and close properly. Used shampoo, water bottle seal was broken. Creamer was sticky. No screens on windows. Outdated electrical. Room wasn’t clean. We got to the room late so we didn’t notice everything at nighttime. Poor lighting. Hard to see at night. Spiderwebs everywhere and other insects. The power went out for over two hours (just our unit) they have electricity problems and customers service problems. They refused a full refund after he said he would.

I've stayed here 2 times now. The first time was great. This time was still very good, but the darkening curtain wouldn't close all the way( it got bright at about 5am) , and we were on the very end both times. It gets kinda loud in the early hours( not sure why, maybe laundry dept or something?) Overall it was a great place. Staff is extremely friendly and they are very quick to answer your needs. Ashley at the front counter was so nice and friendly at checkout. Valet is great too.

Very annoying when someone needs to use restroom in the middle of the night and the light goes on automatically. Wakes everyone else up.

This place is in a decent location but very overpriced for a basic hotel. Beds are not comfortable and walls are paper thin you can hear the person next to you clearly.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean with plenty of space. Our only complaint would be that the one night we were there our TV wouldn't work. It wasn't getting any signal. The WiFi is pretty bad. Even following the instructions they gave us, it just wasn't strong enough. We couldn't use a laptop to watch TV. Everything else was fine.

The air conditioning in our our room didn't work well and it was way too hot. We called front desk and they sent an engineer to help fix it but the engineer did not fix it and it was still hot after. There was also a lot of banging and noise, the hotel is definitely not soundproof. My sleep was horrible here.

Everything is good but soundproof. Can hear the sound of the next door, the same as the AC hotel Sunnyvale.

The service when I arrived was weird and not welcoming at all. My room wasn’t ready, so I was told I could grab breakfast in the buffet they had. When I walked over there the gentleman that was greeting me said “You can eat here, but we close down in 8 mins, so make it quick.” I got my room about an hour later, and waited incredibly long for an elevator because they have 2 of them and 1 was broken. I get to the room and it was nice enough, but the walls are paper thin. I could hear traffic, people in the hallway, and the rooms around me. The shower door handle was broken and falling off. The rest of the room was clean and accommodating. Let’s also call out….this might technically be Beverly Hills, but it doesn’t compare to the other hotels in the area that I’ve stayed at. The valet pull up is extremely hard for Uber drivers, who end up just preferring to pickup and drop off on the street instead. Probably won’t stay there again.

I had reservations for 2 rooms. Unfortunately when we arrived at 8pm only one of the rooms was ready. The other room had to be cleaned and we were made to wait a good 45 minutes before we got our second room. On the second day of our 3 day stay we requested cleaning service for our rooms but this was not done. When we returned at the end of the day we didn’t even have clean towels. A call to reception got us fresh towels and an apology for our rooms not being cleaned. Overall, a newer hotel with nice people working but not good service. Perhaps not enough personnel.

Hotel is very nice But i really don’t understand staff who works at Front Desk late night He make’s me really feel bad his acting and talking like “Motel owner” it’s not a Marriott quality service also he does not now know what is the Ambassador elite He needs training for front desk and he has to learn about Marriott Bonvoy I am not going back to this hotel nomore

We always like staying here. Great neighborhood, close to Farmers Market (3rd & Fairfax), could walk through a very attractive neighborhood to get there. I find the pricing of parking to be flat-out outrageous, then again, welcome to Los Angeles. The rooms are fairly ordinary, but clean and not crowding. Staff are very friendly, courteous, helpful + they remember me every time I check in. Proves very reasonable for central location. Enjoy.

I had a tremendous stay it was close to work. Unfortunately they put me on the second floor right next to the ice machine and it was very hard to sleep at night. I really liked the updated amenities like touch screen DND and housekeeping button while i was away. However, after checkout i realized I cannot find my house keys I immediately called the hotel front desk and a woman named “Rashonda”was very rude upon answering. I immediately greeted her politely and told her my situation and asked to speak with housekeeping, she immediately cut me off and transferred me. After I wasn’t connected and mailbox was full I spoke to her again where she redirected me again, mid sentence. So I’ve grown frustrated and instead of responding negatively I asked to speak to someone else would like to help me because she was evidently burdened by this request. Eventually she transfers me and passive aggressively lets me know to “have a good day” in an obviously condescending tone. Mind you, I am locked out of my apartment with a one year old and felt it was easier to locate the keys before I notify my landlord. Overall, I was helped by a kind staff member named Alisa who was empathetic to my situation and showed remorse for the actions taken by the front desk employee. This phone call was recorded as stated upon the phone dial and I do hope that Rashonda gets the help she needs because clearly she is crying for help lashing out at people.

Staff were rude and slipped a $160 charge on the bill without consultation. When challenged they said it was because we got a nose complaint about you. But no consultation no agreement by us but they still do it. When challenged the management basically said tough that’s what we do. So be very wary of this hotel and it’s questionable business practices.

Staff was so helpful with early checkin and Kate check out. We were in a stressful situation and they helped lower our stress levels.

Good location, walking distance to LACMA, Petersen Museum, and La Brea Tar Pit. Breakfast was great. Staff are friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

This is just a nice, easy hotel for stays in the Fairfax District. Close to Farmers Market and other shopping areas and not too terribly far from freeways.

This hotel is on the edge of Beverly Hills; would not consider this BH. Standard Marriott hotel, mostly clean, with friendly staff. Beware of the $68 parking fee. Parking lot is shared with an adjacent building, so parking options are limited.

Very nice location to get around Los Angeles in 15 to 20 minutes and close to most sight seeing places in LA. Very nice hotel especially the view from the roof top seating area,

Friendly and efficient staff. Only major complaint - the hotel's web site plugs its rooftop bar with a great view. One problem with that - it doesn't exist anymore.

Everything was great except the buffet breakfast in the morning was $27 a person which I thought was ridiculous for the price per night for room and for the variety of food that was available in the buffet it should just be included. Everything else was awesome.

The stay was good. Great service. Clean room. Roof top bar beautiful. Only downside, the last night we had dinner and I was up with food poisoning most of the night. Still not feeling well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited. Access to hot items was very awkward as you could hit your head on the glass overhang as you shouldered your way underneath to serve yourself. Basic orange pekoe &/or English breakfast tea not available. No oatmeal.

Rooms were great, lobby smells amazing! I wish the front desk staff was a bit more friendly. We did have breakfast Sunday morning and the selection was excellent, with Alex being friendly and attentive. He really made our dinning experience very pleasant.

Stayed here many times. A good back up place and the staff and bartender all friendly Breakfast is limited, Nice people running the hotel.
