I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel is quite small and feels dated. The biggest issue was the noise — I could clearly hear people talking in the room next door, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. I spoke with the front desk about switching rooms, but they said they couldn't accommodate the request. They also mentioned they would call the neighboring room about the noise, but that never seemed to happen. Another downside is the parking. Valet parking is the only option, and at $66 per night, it's extremely expensive. Overall, the lack of soundproofing, limited resolution from the staff, and costly parking made this stay not worth the price.

Good location with some great restaurants close by and the rooftop bar has fantastic views. Unfortunately, the fire alarm did go off very late when we were there and the valet parking tends to back up which makes it challenging given the volume of traffic on Wilshire.

Stayed here for my girlfriend’s 26th birthday, and we both loved it. We came all the way from New Jersey and stayed in the King suite with the city view, the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect and in proximity of all our excursions
