Nice pool & hot tub; LOVED the fire pit! Location: Literally right off US41, but it's quiet & a convenient location. Cons: Bed: rock-hard mattresses. If you have any back/knee/hip issues, you will not sleep well. Housekeeping: we stayed for 4 nights. Upon check-in, we requested our room be cleaned daily. It wasn't. We had to chase down staff daily, after 4 p.m., to get it done. Also, they absolutely do not understand English. I had to google for Spanish translations for towels, coffee, etc., then write them down & leave it on the pillow. If not for mattresses & Housekeeping issues, this would be a 5-star property. Again though, once I called Front Desk, they made sure my room got re-stocked/cleaned.

The beds/pillows were very comfortable. I liked the mounted shampoo/conditioner and bath soap. I liked he availability of a printer for printing my boarding pass. I thought it would be nice if the lounge opened at 4 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. I thought the price was high...$359 per night. I wished I could book directly in the future and get a lower price.

We have been visiting the Courtyard by Marriott for several occasions and we have been very satisfied with the service and quality of every room at the places that we were staying. But this particular location at 3250 9th St in Naples Florida definitely doesn’t meet the Marriott standards especially with the bed linen and towels looking very old and deteriorated. It is the very first time that we when out to purchase towels because the towels at the hotel were too disgusting. Worst towels ever

Construction going on outside of the building and we woke up 8:30 AM yelling and drilling on Sunday morning right front of our window and room didn’t even have blackouts curtains. I can see guys working out side. Can’t recommend hotel for anyone till they finish all the work.

First of all I appreciated the friendly staff and quality breakfast but e Very, very dissatisfied with the balcony, being so small the chair barely fits alone in it. Couldn't fit a person sitting in it though. Very misleadingly advertised. I felt the extra charge was unjustified, which lowered their overall rating from 4.5 to 3 stars.

Simple, pretty clean, decent. I asked for a quiet room. I got a room where nobody changed the towels for 3 days, facing a small power plant, making some noise. No centralized AC in 2025 is a 2 star property. But it worked for a last minute booking, I just won’t come back. It was ok to visit Naples for a weekend, next time with more time to prepare, for that kind of money, I’ll get a nice air bnb.

The hotel was typical of a Courtyard. The bed was comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was the type that would run for 2 hours and stay off 8. My wife is a diabetic and has to carry insulin. The concern over the refrigerator not staying cold was not good. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

My only issue was the breakfast: the food was fine but they have only 1 person working on the bistro to take orders, prepare coffees, waiter, collect dishes, etc, and it was a long and slow line , as she can only attend people one by one.
