Central location 5 minutes walk to Rotterdam Blaak station, Markthal, and cube houses. Great Italian restaurant on same street with amazing decorations and artwork. Top floor has walk out deck. Full breakfast with good variety and cappuccino machine at reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff. To sum it up, it's a gem.

Uitstekend hotel, op loopafstand van centrum, rustig gelegen, uitstekende voorzieningen, AH om de hoek, minibar, Nespresso, uitstekende bedden, luxe badkamer. Het enige minpunt vonden we de herrie op de gang (schoonmaakteam??) ‘s avonds tot een uur of 11. En toen we bij de receptie aankwamen werden we eerst niet verwelkomd door de twee dames, tot we gingen typen om zelf in te checken, dat was een beetje raar, daarna wel en waren ze toch erg aardig

i needed something last minute in the area the savoy was best option in my case price was ok, rooms very small, elevator very small and apparently bar/lounge area closes very early it could have been nice to have had a drink around 9pm without having to leave the property

The hotel was in city center, has bar and mini store. The room description was on point as we booked an small double, but has spacious shower (with water pressure). Clean, comfortable bed. The parking was across the hotel in a paid parking garage ( a little bit expensive).

Very nice hotel for a week in Rotterdam. Very handy for city centre..easy walking distance and also close to Centraal Station. (15ish euro taxi). Room small but everything we needed. Beautifully clean. Quality bed linen and towels. Nice sized powerful shower. All staff we came into contact with were charming. Breakfast a little expensive if you only want toast and coffee.Nice bar area inside and outside with very reasonable ( for Rotterdam!) prices. We WILL ,without a doubt, stay here again in the future. We love a hotel where we can be totally anonymous and lose ourselves if we choose but can also get wonderful attentive service if/when we need it. Totally love their green policy of not servicing rooms EVERY day unless requested...makes so much sense

Everything was lovely just have one complaint. In our week stay housekeeping didn't come once. Totally understand that you can book your cleaning for anyday, however they were supposed to come every 3 days and never came to our room despite going over to our friends room next to us

Nice hotel but the big let down was the accessibility for wheelchair users. Also could pay a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning as a few cobwebs around on the ceiling and under the bed not hoovered. Staff was fantastic both day and night. If access wasn’t an issue I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, comfortable bed and stylishly decorated room. Focus on sustainability. You have to actively ask for daily cleaning/ towel change, otherwise it is once every 3 days. Adequate but relatively limited breakfast buffet which is continually restocked to avoid waste.

Kamers zijn gewoon goed. Netjes, ruim, schoon met alles erin wat je mag verwachten. En het sanitair was top! Deur van onze kamer sloot langzaam en ging moeizaam open. Ontbijtbuffet was goed, warme gerechten werden met grote regelmaat bijgevuld en er was voldoende keuze. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen, met goed 10 min lopen ben je op de coolsingel in hartje Rotterdam. Ook het museum plein is te voet bereikbaar, maar vind je dat te ver kun je met de metro. Minpuntjes: temperatuur in de kamer was moeilijk te reguleren, omgevingsgeluid komt je kamer wel binnen en als je buren hebt die om 1.30 uur keihard de tv aanzetten wordt je daar wel wakker van...

The bed is very comfort,shower great and amazing location.But as we paid room more than 300 € didn’t expect dark room on the first floor overlooking to psrking and building with too many windows (which overloking to our room) and our room was also just next to the elevetor which means all the time someone is in front of your door! For price which we paid i expected little bit more!

La stanza non era molto spaziosa, ma molto nuova, pulita e accessoriata a dovere. Il balcone grazioso e utile per i fumatori. La pulizia ogni 3 giorni o a richiesta, eco-sostenibile e comoda per evitare giornalieri via-vai... L'intera struttura piacevole e moderna. La posizione centralissima. Il servizio pranzo (utilizzato una sola volta alla partenza) un po' lento e non ricco di opzioni.

Check-in was disappointing, little explanation about the hotel, no real greeting or welcome, although friendly, this was off-putting to be honest. Despite that, I would definitely stay again.

Todo estuvo excelente, nos encantó el detalle que nos dejaron en el cuarto (una notita de bienvenida más una caja con chocolates), el único problema fue que nuestra habitación estaba justo a lado del elevador y había mucho ruido desde las 6am

I generally loved this hotel - very well located and close to varied dining options and attractions (Cube houses and Markhal). The room was comfortable and well decorated. It also had a lovely sized fridge that I could stock up on drinks and food. Overall this hotel was a win! My only issue was the quality of the toilet paper, not the most luxurious or comfortable. I know its a small thing, but its always the little things when you travel.

Surprisingly nice rooms with kwerky extras. Seems a lot of thought has gone into the design to make the space enjoyable as well as practical. The place has obviously been renovated, but the classy beginnings are still evident in the structure.

Great location however if you hire a car, it’s €40 for 24 hours parking if you hire a car. Keeps them out the centre I suppose which is a plus! Staff are super friendly and attentive. Housekeeping is a bit confused as unless you scan the qr code you don’t get any cleaning or replenishments! We didn’t know about this so didn’t get a clean or more water etc but only there two days. Still a lovely hotel with a great location and very clean. Lovely design.

I had an amazing stay at the Savoy, the staff were brilliant and it is honestly a perfect experience. I had a brilliant breakfast there at their bar/cafe and the ability to buy niceties at a semi-vending machine was brill. I loved the records in the hotel. The Savoy has character and charm, and offers an excellent experience.

Wonderful hotel and perfect for a city break to Rotterdam. Staff absolutely amazing and so helpful. Especially Kim, who went out of her way to help us and every customer. An absolute credit to the Savoy.

Central location 5 minutes walk to Rotterdam Blaak station, Markthal, and cube houses. Great Italian restaurant on same street with amazing decorations and artwork. Top floor has walk out deck. Full breakfast with good variety and cappuccino machine at reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff. To sum it up, it's a gem.

I had an amazing stay at the Savoy, the staff were brilliant and it is honestly a perfect experience. I had a brilliant breakfast there at their bar/cafe and the ability to buy niceties at a semi-vending machine was brill. I loved the records in the hotel. The Savoy has character and charm, and offers an excellent experience.

Hôtel correct mais bien loin des standards d'un 4 étoiles: il manque des produits dans la salle de bains (pas de lait corporel, d'après shampooing, de gobelet etc). Literie très molle et le lit double est en fait 2 lits simples accolés, ce qui créé un gros trou au milieu. Petit déjeuner plus que moyen, très cher au final pour ce qui est proposé. Choix assez restreint, réapprovisionnement au compte goutte. Produits de qualité moyenne.

Very nice hotel for a week in Rotterdam. Very handy for city centre..easy walking distance and also close to Centraal Station. (15ish euro taxi). Room small but everything we needed. Beautifully clean. Quality bed linen and towels. Nice sized powerful shower. All staff we came into contact with were charming. Breakfast a little expensive if you only want toast and coffee.Nice bar area inside and outside with very reasonable ( for Rotterdam!) prices. We WILL ,without a doubt, stay here again in the future. We love a hotel where we can be totally anonymous and lose ourselves if we choose but can also get wonderful attentive service if/when we need it. Totally love their green policy of not servicing rooms EVERY day unless requested...makes so much sense
