Staff were friendly, pools were amazing. Cabin was outdated and definitely needed some extra attention, bed were so soft you sunk into them

Upon arrival our room was FULL of mosquitos, all over the ceiling. We were biten for 2 days and nights and have returned home covered in welts. There was black mold covering the entire black out blinds in the room. Dirt all over the window frames and floor surrounding like it hasn't been wiped down in months. And other peoples rubbish under the bed.
