Good location and hotel to see all the falls. Would be great if they would fix the 2nd elevator ( I stayed here last year and it was down then) and upgrade the tv/charging options

This hotel is located a bit off the main tourist area, so it is quieter and less busy. Having both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a hot tub and sauna, was a plus. The adjoining restaurant had good food.

Hotel staff were very friendly and receptive to feedback such as indicating on weekends and busy season that you can go through the pay booth line next door to access the hotel parking lot which was blocked off They even had staff Pilon off parking spaces to saved for guests on busy days The pizza at the restaurant had very little flavour, needed salt or something. Too bad the indoor pool wasn’t a little warmer because with it so humid inside and warm even in hotel hallways the pool was often too cold to get into. Hot tub was nice. The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly: “you come back you get 5th floor. I take care of you.” There was no creamer of coffee mate for the coffee but it was nice to have the option with the keurig cups in our suite. We like our room cool and after we leave it’s warm again by the time we get back. My mom couldn’t very well sit next to the AC while it’s on blowing cold air on her as the chair is right next to it.

So many restaurants nearby and just a walking option to the Falls itself. We usually just walk down, coming up if walking would be a little stiff. The Hotel was great. There were Sauna, indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. My only comment is inside the elevator was not properly ventilated

My wife and I were drawn to this property due to its location, and distance to the falls. We checked in early and were able to get our room instead of wait. The front of the building has no parking and is for check in only. The Parking lot out behind the hotel is a major problem that everyone should be aware of. Next to the hotel parking lot, is the parking lot for the Skylon Tower as well as a separate paid parking option. There are no barriers between these lots at all. As you can imagine, non hotel guests will park in the hotel parking lot. I came back to the hotel to find the lot completely full, I went to the front desk and told them there is nowhere to park. Baffling to me, they pulled out a printed birds eye view of all of the parking lots and showed me where I can park. This would not be suitable at all for anyone with an issue walking, as I had to park like an 1/8 mile away from the hotel. This is totally unacceptable, manage your parking lot and block it off to other non-hotel guests. This should be common sense. The room was decent. Renovated in recent years but is beat up, bathroom shows the worst age. Balcony had 2 cheap plastic patio chairs. TV wouldn't always work, showed a black screen sometimes. Best thing was its close proximity to the falls. But beware, it is a STEEP hill going down. The walk down is fine, but coming back up may be a serious challenge to those not in decent shape. Also - They will charge you $11 CAD just for booking with Expedia.

I enjoyed my stay. From the moment I got to the Hotel, I knew I had made the right choice. Sign in was hassle free and did not take that long. The staff member at the front desk was very professional and made me feel at ease. The hotel's front lobby was very clean and well maintained. The parking lot was monitored in that it was clear of show and I was able to walk without fear of slipping on snow or ice. The room was the perfect size for me. Next time I will bring friends/family to stay with me. The hotel's location in proximity to the Casino was great. It was practically right across the street. The room was clean. The bed was in perfect condition. I enjoyed my night's sleep. I had a pop machine close to my room door but, there was only minimal noise once when another guest was using it to get beverages to drink. The floors in the rooms were very clean ands in great condition. I loved the washroom. The washroom was left spotless I had no hesitation using the sink, toilet and the bathtub to shower in. The desk and furniture were in great condition. I used the fridge and the sink neat it and they were both also spotless. In hindsight I wished I had booked 2 night instead of only one night. The next time I come to Niagara Falls and wish to stay over, This hotel will be my first choice. The sign out process was fast and the Staff member who served me was both polite and friendly. I could feel that the staff would be than happy to have me come back to stay. Great experience!

The floor was disgusting. Hair all over it had obviously not been swept little lone mopped. The hair dryer could not be used because the plug was melted.

Bead sheets were dirty and some one's underwear were in the washroom sink.

Hotel was old. Beds had old style springs. Decor was older/ out dated. Dusty/ dirty hallways, lobby. Shower was too low and tub floor was curved. Hard to stand in tub. Balcony slider didn’t lock. You could hear the neighbors all night. Hallway smelled like pot. Restaurant food wasn’t very good. No microwave in the room. Free parking was nice and the location was convenient.

The room condition was not well-kept and turned what was supposed to be a relaxing experience into a stressful one. Selected this room for the jetted tub, once in the tub you could see debris and brown stains around the jets/faucet. The shower itself had buildup between the tiles... If you look up when lying down in the bed, you can see the ceiling paint has peeled off above. Staff were not as hospitable or welcoming as has been my experience with other IHG properties. Unfortunately really regret this stay and won't be coming back.

Bathroom wasn't clean. Long black hairs in bath/shower. No bars of soap. Can't use soap out of a squirt bottle at shower height when you're sitting in the bath.

Room was updated and clean. Only one hook on back of bathroom door, no where to hang any towels. No microwave as stated in room description. Walls must be very thin as I heard everything above and next to us. Location was awesome and staff was friendly

The room was adequate to my needs, comfortable and clean. The view left a bit to desire but it was nice to have a balcony even if all I could see was the empty pool and the back of Margaritaville. The noise level was negligible - overall it was a peaceful stay. The staff were professional and attentive and the location was unbeatable, especially with free parking.

Very outdated needs renovations

Rooms were quite nice, but the fan in the room did not work and was running all night. It was quite loud. Also location near elevator was loud.

The elevator was a little scary. It would jump up and down when stopping. Shower was a little clogged. Air conditioner and heater wouldn’t turn off when set to off.

Staff was friendly ! We arrived early to beat the snow and they checked us in early which was wonderful! Room : Ceiling in the room had some cob webs but other than that it was nice. - walls were thin, we could hear people easily and they were talking at normal volume. - if your room faces the parking lot you will experience the lovely melody of thebman with the whistle. Hes doing his job but if you plan on sleeping during the day you need tv or music to drown him out.

did not use the pool. The check-in clerk was not very friendly. The Hotel was dirty, worn out as far as the furniture was concerned, the bar served watered down drinks and had torn-up chairs. The bathtub was not level and the slide resistant strips on the bottom were practically nonexistent. I will never stay at a Holliday Inn again. This was the second experience them and neither were very good. Now this contrasts with Holiday Inn Express which have been for the most part very good experiences.

There was one front desk work whom greeted me was not very friendly. When i asked questions about tge currency her reaction was vert cold heart as though she did lnt want to be bothered. I had to pull answers out her. Maybe she didn't understand what i was asking. However, the front desk which is the first of contact for visitors should be the friendliest and greet/welcome the customers with a smile and a pleasure attitude. Other than that the stay stay was great!!!

This hotel was excellent! Location wise, it’s the perfect distance between the falls and Clifton Hill. We had a leak from the room above ours on our first morning and I cannot say enough good things about how quickly they moved us to another room. They gave us breakfast and tickets to Skylon Tower. Whoever is running this hotel is doing a great job training their staff on how to deal with issues and make things right. I can honestly say if I’m ever in Niagara Falls again, I wouldn’t even consider staying at another hotel. Also, it’s probably one of the only hotels in town that offers free parking! That was a major selling point for me, considering some hotels (also without falls view) were charging upwards of $50/night. If you want a good location, clean and safe hotel, and friendly staff, this is the place for you.

I would like to point out the exceptional staff and management at this location. We arrived with our toddler 2 yr old and the room beside us had become occupied. Occupants were heavy pot smokers, which does not bother us one bit. But with my toddler and how bad our room stank we requested a new room. The moved us immediately and felt it should be noted how professional they were and respectful!! Thank you! We will be back :)

Very close to the Falls. Central to many attractions.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for everything. The only problem was they list the falls has a 8 minute walk. It is 8 minutes down a very steep hill. Coming back up it’s 25-30 minutes if you’re in average health.. Not recommend for people not in shape. Granted the hotel can’t control the shape of the hill but a little heads up would have been nice.

While visiting Niagra falls on Labor Day weekend, we stayed here. Location is excellent, the falls are about a 5 min walk. Your close to casino that has additional restaurants and close to two Starbucks😂. The staff was very nice and place was clean. They have two pools- indoor and outdoor which was clean!! Room was good as well. Very clean, modern bathroom. I stayed in room with balcony which was great to let the breeze in! Will be coming back!!

good hotel in a great location for viewing the falls

every time i’m in niagara i stay here! it’s affordable and central. very easy to walk down to the falls and to clifton hill. highly recommend!!!

The room was very clean and also a very good size - bigger than the normal room found in other hotels. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. The only negative is that the chairs in all the rooms and in the dining room really need to be replaced or they need to be redone. Everything else was beautiful, clean and comfortable

Coco's, the restaurant at the hotel, is very good and very convenient, especially after a long day of traveling!

Everything was very good, great breakfast and overall experience. The only issue was that the office chair in the room was worn out and looked a bit bad. Other than that, the room, bathroom, and cleanliness were excellent. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. There was also plenty of parking space. The breakfast, worth $45, was definitely good value for money.

From check in to check out the staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel also served great food! My daughter loved the chocolate strawberries that were complementary with the room. Would definitely go back.

We loved the hotel, it's proximity to the OLG stage (5 minute walk), the free parking and the breakfast included. The only complaint we have is the service at Coco's. The food is excellent. I had the beef ribs and my husband had the fish and chips. I was served 4 huge ribs which were delicious. Took two home because I couldn't finish. The fish was two huge servings of thick fish. Delicious. Again half came home. The food was great but the service was terrible. I had finished my dinner before the fish n chips arrived. They are understaffed and it's a shame because the food was delicious. Breakfast was made to order and fabulous. Service was better in the morning.

Loved the restaurant cocos and the breakfast .The staff and waitresses was excellent .front desk was also accommodating..very close to the skyland towers walkable.The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Across fron the casino and next door to jimmy buffets.i would of wished the indoor pool was warmer was cold..The outdoot pool was warmer than the indoor but was chilly beca it was nite time was cool.i would of liked better view from my balcony than a parking lot but none was available. And the guy blowing his whistle in the next parking lot day and late nite to get customers in his parking.lot was annoying. Had a great time and was better than staying at clifton hill!

Great experience, smooth check in and nice retaurant. Convenient for Niagara Falls visit and activities. Breakfast did not include orange juice, which was a disappointment.
