Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls At the Falls

They charge $15 for hotel guests!! If I am renting a room where do they expect me to park? I was there three nights nad paid $15 plus tax for all three nights. And on top of that they rent it out to people and the hotel guests sometimes can't even find place to park.Happend to me!

Very good location, the only bad part is the parking always busy hard to get a parking spot and also The hotel charges for night.

Location is in Clifton Hill which is the perfect location to walk to all the fun offered. You can see the fireworks at 10pm from your patio. The pool is a wonderful option. We were in room 150 and got a parking spot directly outside of our room. Our room was nicely updated, clean and spacious. We would stay again.

Close to attractions and for viewing falls. Very touristy area. Room clean. No elevator.

Perfect location! Staff was so nice, we had an easy check-in and were pleased to find out they had free electric vehicle parking.

I had three luggage and our room is on the 3rd floor it's very inconvenient because there's no lift, only stairs.

Great location, very clean, and staff were pleasant and friendly. Beds were a little firm for me, but my husband approved. Only complaint is parking is very tight and sparse for the visitors staying there. Would definitely stay again!

I didn't like the parking situation...the parking for the hotel is a public parking lot and costs $15 a night not included in the price of the room

Bedbugs, switched room in middle of night, tv didnt work, coffee maker didnt work.Staff on duty at night not compassionate to situation, didnt offer to assist with move. There's more negativity but im waiting to see what management does to help on this situation first.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty, the bed had bed bugs, and the whole place smelled awful. It was clear that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. I couldn’t even sleep because of the bugs and the bad odor. Definitely would not recommend staying here — the pictures online are nothing like reality. Avoid this place at all costs!

Stayed in room 253 for 2 nights and the room was infested with bed bugs! Bith me and my fiance had over 50 bites each on our bodies and they itched like crazy! I never experience bed bugs before and dont want to ever again! Its too bad because the property was close to everything and within walking distance of lots of attractions!

Room smelled really bad, staff was nice and changed the room right after we told them about the problem. The second room was better but still smelled funny and had dirty carpet, bathroom was tiny, water didn’t drain fast enough in the bathtub so we had to stand in a puddle in the shower, furnitures were outdated, people are allowed to smoke right outside of the room, whenever we opened the door we smelled very strong cigarette smoke. I paid over $330 for a night and it was the worst room I’ve ever been in. We will not return.

The door didn’t seal good so the wind made a sound like someone was crying all night. Bath tub was rusted and it look dirty.

The room was dirty, smelled like smoke and had rust in the tub. Everything is old and needs an update.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels👍 Bathroom was basic, but neat and clean, blow dryer and soaps and shampoos were included as well as body lotion, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine with teas and coffees👍

Shower was borderline unusable. There was brown residue in the tub with some around the drain and in the middle of the tub. Other parts of the room were nice.

Rooms were newly renovated, and very clean. Location is right on the Clifton hill, great location, close to everything especially the falls. Would recommend!

Our room was nothing like pictured on the website when we booked and there was zero soundproofing so you can hear everything from the rooms around you and outside. Our pillows and the bed was also very uncomfortable. The employees were nice though

Staff at check in was great. Room not so much. I love the location but the room needed a makeover bad. Crack in wall and wallpaper peeling off. Very dated.

This hotel was dated, and the old vent system was and rusty. The closet door slot was dirty. You could hear everything in the rooms above/nextdoor. The bed was comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better.

The only thing they need is be able to close drapes. The light came through at night .

We booked 2 rooms, we couldn't sleep over the tractor motors inside the 30 years old ACs, which also blows air right in your face as you sleep. Hard to understand the 8.0 rating, unless all that matters is location.

Great renovated room .. we did miss the drawers on desk , bedside table and in the room .. used suitcase for 4 days .

The room was newly remodeled. Housekeeper Sherrie very good. Balcony was very dirty upon arrival a real mess with bees and dead flowers and dirt. Premium price room but cant use the balcony and can not see over flowers so no view but half dead flowers.did not have a working tv for first day/night.. not worth 399.00 a night to see notjing.

Best location if you want to be close to Clifton hills. Very outdated. The room was freezing. The balcony door looks like the knob is going to fall off.

Customer services not help full when we asked to check out late, they give us only half hour we arrive late11:00 last night because of the border was so busy but they don't care thats especially when we are Travil with kids little bit concerned. Also the charges of parking fee $15 which is not mention when we book our room.

The staff was amazing!! We had a sick child and they helped us find meds, kept a close parking spot for us, and kept checking in. Very friendly, would definitely recommend. Very close to everything: falls, shopping, activities.

My main issue was lack of friendliness. Just smiles. Im going to check in, and i get looked at like im ruining his day. Maybe thats just hos face, but its not a noce way to start a trip. The room was clean. But needs updating, i need an AC, and this kne would constantly shut off. The floors had so much give in them you could bounce.. another big thing I didn't like, they charged us for parking, they charged us the same price that they charge anybody that isn't staying on the property. No discount. I don't think you should pay it all if you're staying but at least a discount

This hotel is located in the middle of the action. Very convenient.

We stayed a few nights. Beds comfy, room clean, Nice view of Clifton St. Close to many museums, stores, restaurants. Fifteen minute walk to Skylon Tower and Horseshoe Falls. Adjacent to Casino Niagara and 15 - 20 minute walk to Fallsview Casino. Great location for us!

Staff was great, loved the breakfast vouchers. Rooms are in dire need of upgrades. We didn't spend much time in the room so it was okay.

This hotel had a wonderful location right in the centre of Clifton Hill. Since they didn’t have their own restaurant, they gave us a coupon to go towards breakfast at one, just a few yards away. Great value for the money.

I like the fact that the hotel was in the center of all the fun activity great pool. Great dining choices a few blocks to the falls. There wasnt nothing i disliked about the property. Parking was good for hotel guest only

Great location, surrounded by restaurants, fast food, and shops. Most attractions are within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and quiet at night. Perfectly located with the main strip right there. There was plenty of places to eat nearby. They give you $5 coupons for breakfast at a family restaurant next door. Each person can use the coupon. Easy check in and easy check out.

Stayed in room 272, the location is excellent, the room was spacious and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showering. It was nice to have a mini fridge, however we paid $9.97 for a litre of bottled water from the convenience store up the street which is extremely expensive, and later ordered water and snacks from DoorDash for a fraction of the cost. Also a server told us about a local transportation App called “Loyal T” which saved some money, an Uber was $50 to Niagara on the Lake and Loyal T was $32, overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Niagara Falls.

Wyndham Travelodge is a little dated but overall a very good experience. Bathroom facilities were fine as was the bed and mattress . Easy walking to the falls and close to many places to eat and drink

Lots of food options close by, Ruby Tuesdays was our first stop but we were very disappointed with the service and the food wasnt great. The clifton hill tim hortons was disappointing, we went twice and both times my coffee was undrinkable and when I poured the last one out in the sink there was a fly in it. If you need your Timmies like me its worth a short drive down the street. We ate Wendy's and it was great. The family restaurant was good and the hotel gave 5$ off coupons. The rainforest cafe was fantastic and so cool if you have littles. They had fireworks over the falls every night at 10 and we timed the sky wheel perfectly for a birds eye view. Our favorite activity was Speedway gocarting but the lines were insane long... 1.5hr wait but you get several laps and it was a blast. It was super hot out so we explored mostly after supper and spent the hottest part of the day at the pool. Our beds were super comfy, there was free wifi, onsite parking was 20/day. We were thankful for the air conditioned room but it was very loud and pumped heat into the outdoor seating area. Our premium room came with your own outdoor seating area and was on the ground floor(no elevator). The room was clean but for a premium room the bathroom had calking for tile grout, a dated tub and barely any shower pressure. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I will say a bit pricey for the hotel but we did upgrade to a premium room, which I highly recommend and the location put us steps from everythi
