The staff were amazing. Place was clean. But lots needed to be repaired. "Breakfast" is something to be desired. Also every where in the hotel is freezing cold except rooms. Pool was freezing. And jaquzzi closed.

Orher than for nostalgic reasons, it really wasn't the place for us. We stayed in the older section. It was run down whitey a boats across one of the damaged entrance doors. Sticky handrails to the room that you didn't want to touch. A pool that n needed cleaning, it was murky. Staff was lovely. Breakfast buffet ok. The first day they weren't prepared for all the early guests and kept running out of things.

When we arrived we were informed that there was no Hot Tub and that it had been closed down 4 years ago! On the Hotels.com website it shows that there is a Hot Tub at this property for public use and there is even a picture of it on the site .... Secondly we booked 2 Queen Suites with a sofa bed and we did not get those room types as the hotel does not have rooms that are like that .... again we booked this room type on Hotels.com and the website showed that this is the room type we would get and we did not ! Anyone booking this hotel on Hotels.com beware as they do not have the proper descriptions on this hotel updated!

Only one stairwell works or safe to use. Smoke detectors do not appear to be hooked up. Pool is green, no shampoo soap in pool showers. Breakfast yes included but crowded and garbage fills fast. No remote to use in the room for tv so who knows if it works. Requested extra towels and they never showed. Bed was decent enough to sleep. Parking lot is horrible to get in and out of. Close walk to Clifton hill. Stayed in a lot of places and this was probably at the top for the worst to stay at with my kids.

I checked in at night and I was very tired then I found out the Bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty and also the toilet was broken then I had to change the room . I moved my stuff to the other room and that’s itself a job then also I found the bedsheet dirty and I saw hair on the sheets and pillows and the second day I got some rashes on my skin I had to complain in the morning to the office but no response at all and I was ignored so I feel that I wasted my money. This is was a horrible experience and honestly I will never go there again because this place is so dirty and even the floor and the washroom

The beds in our room where extremely uncomfortable, i woke up with a few bites kn my body. The hallway to our room, smelt bad. Bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. $20 + tax a night for parking, area is close to everything, which was nice. Would never stay here again though

We checked into our room. Absolutely disgusting huge brown stains all over the walls and on the carpet. We asked to switch rooms and they said we would have to pay $130 to change rooms. After asking for our money back to go somewhere else they were willing to change our room. It took a maintenance person to come see the stains to believe the condition of the room. Very disappointed with this hotel and the customer service

The part of the building we were in was very sketchy. The fire door wasn’t a proper working fighter because there was room underneath for people to like slide stuff underneath the door of the door didn’t lock properly unless you like shoved it close the drain plug was missing out of the sink. The water did not get cold enough and the hairdryer was missing and the Bed was a king size bed, but on what belt like a queen size bedframe, and so it like dipped a bit on the sides.

Stayed one night. Room was huge, beds comfy, location convenient, and parking easy. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the space but the bathroom wasn’t truly accessible (mirror too high, no grab bars). Mini-fridge leaked and hallway showed a bit of water damage. Overall, quiet, decent value, but accessibility could be improved.

The room looked good . But I left my food on table found it covered with ants in the morning. The noise was crazy either from street or second door . Who were blasting tv till 5 am It was a horrible experience. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. The room was renovated and the washroom as well . But the ants and noise were deal breaker for me

Hotel is nice and average. Decent price for what you get. Room was very large but had a few odd half repairs such as the shower tiles were poorly fixed, random patches of wallpaper cut and pasted, and fixed wall knicks missing paint. Overall was spacious and comfortable.

The only nice part about this hotel was how close it was to Clinton Hill. Otherwise the pool room was extremely cold, the hot tub was not functioning, and our room amenities didn’t really work well. The Staff however was extremely nice and welcoming. the breakfast was disappointing not many options on the drinks as the machine was “out of order”

At check in, they gave us the key cards and we went to the room. It was a single-bed suite instead of the double queen room I booked. There was an open, used yogurt cup sitting on the fireplace. We went back down to get the correct room. The staff did not apologize, and seemed aggravated about the situation. We got to the correct room style, and the next day our key card didn't work. They only activated it for the one day instead of our whole stay. So I went down and got it reactivated. Same thing happened the very next day. The staff always seemed inconvenienced with these issues and never apologized to us. Check out was 11am, and the housekeeping staff knocked on our door to leave at 10:50am. Convenient location, but would not stay again.

The customer service was terrible she was so busy talking on her phone hiding behind door before she entertain us. I was dissapointed because i did not know that the one i booked is outside the hotel "exterior" so its like we are sleeping in the motel its not clean at all . I have 2 kids with me i wanted to upgrade or change room but the attendant is not being helpful she left us and keep talking with her phone. I will never go back to this hotel.

Excelente si quieres viajar con niños, esta a 5 minutos caminando a Clifton Hill y a 13 minutos caminando al parque Victoria donde se ven las cataratas y se pueden ver las cataratas iluminadas. En resumen , buena opción pero si se debe especificar en el anuncio que no incluye estacionamiento gratuito. Osea que si hay estacionamiento pero que se debe pagar . Nosotros pagamos por 1 dia completo 22 Cad incluido taxes.

Free breakfast! Central location, walkable to Clifton Hills and the Falls. It's definitely nothing fancy but we just needed a place to stay for the night. Parking is an extra $25. Staff was SUPER friendly!

The staff was very nice and friendly. But I was very disappointed about the surprise parking fee of $20. Parking should be included in the price of the room. This makes a difference when shopping around for best rates. I stayed 5 days so i had to pay an extra $100 just to park my car. Also breakfast is from 7am-10am. If you show up at 8:30 or later there will be nothing left. Pancake machine is down too. Very overcrowded breakfast area.

No like the other Quality and suites… breakfast was awful! there were instructions for a pancake machine but no pancake machine. Eggs were heated in front of us in a microwave. No milk either for coffee or cereal. Huge line for the only toaster since toasts were the only thing you could “enjoy”. Building wasn’t nice but the room reflected the quality I’m used with this company. Great bed, nice bathroom

It wasn't the best of my choice. Check in was easy. I choose this hotel, because of the free continental breakfast, but it wasn't worth it. There was a limited selection, even the eggs wasn't real eggs. The pancake machine broke down all the time, the toaster didn't work properly. Cleanliness was poor. We stayed 3 nights, they did not clean the room. No garbage removal. I put out the towel and cleaning request, but they didn't come to clean our room. The staff was helpful, gave us clean towels, but I had to go and ask every time. The pool was cold, no hot tub. The room picture on the website, was different, then what we got. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard to find a parking, but we had to pay for it. I will never return into this hotel, and won't recommend it to everyone.
