Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls

The front desk staff were exceptional. When they learned that my wife and I were traveling with my niece from Singapore, they thoughtfully arranged two connecting rooms for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. We also truly appreciated their honesty and efficiency when my wife accidentally left her cellphone in the lobby washroom. A staff member had safely retrieved it and turned it in to management. When I called the phone, a team member answered promptly and helped us recover it without any hassle. We’re very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by your team. It made a lasting impression, and we look forward to staying at your hotel again.

Breakfast was not included and very expensive

Property was excellent, very clean. Close to attractions, easy to walk to Clifton Hill, Falls, etc. Wished there would have been breakfast and free wifi available. This has nothing to do with the hotel directly, but there was a large group that came into the pool area while we (and several other families with kids) were in there. They walked in with a bunch of coolers of alcohol and food, took all of the chairs, and set up a little party on the pool deck for themselves. The pool rules state no food or drink other than water, and no glass containers of any kind. They did not care, even after one staff member came in and spoke with them. They yelled and swore at kids multiple times, and basically acted like they owned the pool. People like to say the younger generations act entitled, but these were some of the most entitled people I’ve ever seen, and they were all 40-60+
