The stay was great! We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. The room was clean. The only downside was the elevator wasn’t working so there was long wait times to go between floors, so hopefully that’s resolved quickly.

Great place to stay with easy walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet during our stay. Parking onsite (extra $ ??) was easily accessible. Lots of eateries not far from the hotel. Pool was nice but cold. Had a nice workout area. Would stay again!

This property is immaculate. The rooms are big, bright and sleek. The cleanliness is on point. Bathrooms are brand new and we like the fact the toilet and shower are separate so it makes it easy if you are staying with multiple people. Will definitely return.

Liked the hotel. Clean and well kept. My wife and I booked a Presidential suite hoping to spend a quiet weekend. Unfortunately, the room was adjoined by a door to another room and the sounds of guests talking and kids screaming were very disturbing especially during the early morning hours. Don’t know why they would have a presidential suite adjoining a room with a door in between. Other than that, our stay was great. The hotel is very conveniently located. Close to the falls and dining and entertainment.

I booked a new year eve's stay at the hotel with a 2-queen beds room for my family. I was glad to be given a free upgrade to a bigger room King bed, sofa bed and extra roll-away bed. The hotel was clean, well maintained and well located. The air conditioning was set to perfect temperature for Canadian winter. The room was ready when I arrived. Hotel is pretty close to Niagara falls via the stairs going down to Queen Victoria Park from the Skylon Tower parking. Clifton Hill is a few minutes walk and lots of restaurants are nearby.

We got lucky with a room on the 10th floor, and it truly made our stay special. The highlight? A massive Jacuzzi tub—so big that my 6'3" husband could stretch out completely without his feet touching the end! The room itself was incredible: spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. We even had a partial view of the falls, which was a lovely bonus. After a long day of walking what felt like a million steps, relaxing in the hot tub on the lobby floor was just what we needed. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just steps away were countless restaurants and family-friendly attractions. We were able to walk everywhere—Skylon Tower, Fallsview Casino, the Falls, and Clifton Hill were all within 15 minutes. Not needing to drive around saved us a lot on parking, which can get pricey in the area. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcomed. The hotel felt safe and comfortable throughout. Although there’s a Keg Steakhouse on-site, we chose to explore other dining options nearby. All in all, this was the perfect place for a short getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Had to pay $23 for parking and had to park vehicle in Tim buck two….. front desk said it was because people who are dining at the keg restaurant use their parking. Our door to get in to our room was stuck and was NOT easy to open with one hand we had to put our bags and luggage down to open the door with both hands. Wifi was horrible and kept cutting in and out. Manny the maintenance guy came to help with an issue with the TV and he was by far the nicest worker in that hotel. I was all in all expecting so much more from this hotel chain especially for the price.. even the tub had some random hairs in it.. I will be staying else where from now on unfortunately…. This hotel in my opinion was Five star pricing for 2 star quality

Room was either always too hot or too cold no matter what we did with thermostat. Parking was more expensive to park in our hotel lot then if we got a day spot in one of the other lots, $20 a day to park at a hotel we booked, but was $5 across the street at Denny’s. Felt like a burden to any staff member if we had questions. no staff member ever smiled as we walked by or said hello to. Was a really weird vibe from the staff here.

It’s truly a very good hotel, especially Mr. Seyed, who is the manager. I usually arrive at the hotel at night, and he always welcomes me with a smile. He is very helpful. The hotel staff are also very good and professional, and I am completely satisfied with my stay. Thank you.

Very spacious room and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area looks nice although we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of it. A microwave in the room would have been nice. A food/drink machine on the floor could be beneficial instead of having to go down to the lobby. Parking is expensive. All in all a comfortable stay with a nice dinner at The Keg, which is on-site.
